After attending a friends wedding and being so impressed with Pat Frey Designs, I hired her to do my baby shower. She understood my vision perfectly and created a dream shower. My guests were so impressed. Her decor and flowers were heavenly, she helped me stay on budget and the execution of the event the day of was so smooth! The day of my shower happen to be one of the hottest days of the year. She came up with last minute solutions to offer the guests to keep them cool. She and her team are total pros!

PAT FREY DESIGNS WAS A DREAM TO WORK WITH ON OUR HOUSE UPDATE.We wanted to give our home decor a facelift. Although it was fine we knew it lacked a cohesive style. Pat brilliantly got to the heart of the matter - taking my concept and bringing it to life. Giving our home a warm, cozy feel while adding that much needed professional design eye that we were looking for. Pat was so easy to work with. She always listened and was ready with suggestions that resolved any problem. We are thrilled with the result!

If you are getting married, HIRE them!!! They handled everything, and they’ve done it so many times - they know their business! Total pros. The staff are so sweet and never made me feel overwhelmed. Every time we spoke to Kari, who was our wedding coordinator and main designer, we were less stressed after talking and she made us more excited. I couldn’t believe how gorgeous the flower designs were, and I mean GORGEOUS! Everything was beautiful and to this day I still have friends comment on how pretty the table designs and flowers were. The wedding was pulled off without a hitch. They’re just the best.

I couldnt have asked for a better support system to help my create my dream wedding. They took my power point presentation from high school, where I met my now husband, and transformed it into the perfect day. Kari was able to keep me on task, maintain flexibility, and manage the budget professionally, all the while being positive and supportive during stressful times. This team has great resources for vendors that hold up to what they advertise and if a vendor doesnt work out they are adaptable without fear. I attached a lot of photos of the artistry because words cant describe the detail and thought that goes into all the display and floral pieces. If you are like me and dont have a family very interested in helping plan a wedding, give this team a try, they will become your family before you know it and give you the wedding you have always wanted. Though, even if you have a lot of family input they are the perfect Jiminy Cricket to help you stay strong and politely decline the suggestion. I tend to be very blunt, so this was very helpful. I thank Pat Freys team and especially Kari for making the wedding planning process less painful and the day, more than I hoped for.

Without Pat, our vision would not have been executed so flawlessly. She made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. Pat and her team are very professional and extremely pleasant to work with. She helped us from the beginning right until the last second of our wedding. Pat is always efficient, professional, and quick. Very patient with us and was super accommodating to my and my husbands busy schedules. This was a destination wedding and we couldnt have done this without her. She has great vendor connections. Kari and Pat Frey Designs curated, organized and designed my wedding last autumn at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County. It was “enchanted forest amongst the dinosaurs” themed and had little nods to timeless films like Harry Potter, Edward Scissorhands, Jurassic Park, etc. Imagine a client telling you they want all that along with a tight budget and having to deal with very particular museum restrictions! Well, let me tell you... this team went above and beyond to accomplish this eccentric bride’s dream wedding!!Take it from me, weddings can be super overwhelming for a bride. Like decisions of what color napkins look good on the sweetheart table to how they coordinate with the linens on the cocktail tables, to making sure all the build staff are on the same page behind the scenes, to paperwork and communicating with all the dozens of vendors. I could not imagine doing this by myself! My head would have exploded!Not only was the design and organizing aspect completely handled and managed by the team, Kari was my personal therapist through months of planning and dealing with typical wedding pressures. Kari is a powerful force who gets the job done. She will let you cry on her shoulder and she will step up for you if you need someone who can grab ‘em by the balls!I recommend Kari and Pat completely and if I had to do it all over again, I would hire them again and again. I plan to hire them when we renew our vows in 10 years and I’m sure I’ll come up with an even more elaborate theme for them to play with.Working with Kari and Pat Frey Designs was the most therapeutic experience of the entire wedding. They held my hand every step of the way, had patience for all my indecisiveness, and kept me sane on top of it all. The final product was literally ripped from my imagination and executed flawlessly.
