I highly recommend The Good Feet. I was in a great deal of pain until a friend recommend that I visit The Good Feet. Like so many others I was putting pressure on the wrong parts of my feet creating a lot of pain on the balls of my feet. They quickly analyzed my situation and fitted me for orthotic inserts. Once they were in my shoes I felt immediate relief. It’s been a week and my feet are already feeling more like they used to so I’m positive that The Good Feet has saved my from future foot issues and potentially surgery. I’m very grateful for them and my friend who recommend them.

My experience was good, items were a bit pricey and I didn’t need all of the inserts. The shoes are very noisy when walking and embarrassing. I still have foot pain.

The arch supports are very comfortable. Ive found I can fit them in the shoes/sandals I wear currently. I will take the advice regarding my shoe size; its increased by a half size.

The shoes and arch supports are good. I would have appreciated a more in depth explanation of the bill before I paid for it. I thought the $149 lifetime charge and the $149 for the inserts were included in the price of the supports. I realize I should have asked questions and looked at the bill closer when I checked out.

Very pleased with this location and the process. I have had challenges lately with my back, quads, and knees. I went in and they went over everything with me. I was pleased with the attention to detail and the breakdown of all the information as there is a lot to go over. You are going to pay a pretty penny, however it’s a lifetime guarantee as long as you follow the instructions and take good care of your orthotics. You can use HSA if needed and the investment is well worth the quality of life and taking care of pressure points. My back and legs are already feeling better 2 weeks in. Update on 3/18/21...My original review was done after just a few days in...Good Feet Glendale contacted me almost immediately about my issue...I gave the inserts a few more days, then visited them today. My needs were addressed immediately by Jason and Bonnie! I exchanged the shoes I had purchased and was refitted with different arches. I felt a tremendous relief once I put on the new shoes and inserts...these should give me the relief and support I need!!! Thank you Bonnie and Jason so much!!!

I had some difficulties with my arches at first with them staying securely in my sandals. When I went back the staff was so supportive and helped me fix the problem. They were great!

Tara was super helpful and took her time getting me fitted for my new orthotics and shoes. My feet already feel better.

Sales person was very nice. A heads-up on, at least, an average amount of cost on these inserts would considerate. Also, since the price is so high, a little something would be nice. Thermos gives away three free lids a year on thier thermoss and they are only $15 - $30. Now that is customer service. What is not customer service is charging for cheap foam inserts everytime we need them. My Podiatrist was not very happy with the inserts. I dont know who to trust.

Jason was very helpful with the fitting of my arch supports. However, my feet still hurt since I do a lot of walking at work as a CNA. I will hope that my feet become a little less sore as my feet become adjusted to the supports. Otherwise, I am happy to know that I can go back and try again. As of today I am able to walk a little better and my feet are a little less sore. So that is good.

My toes and feet had been numb for many months and finally decided I needed to do something. I went into The Good Feet Store and Bonnie took the time to explain how the arch supports would help me with that. She fitted me for what I needed and after wearing them for one day my toes were no longer numb. It has been a week and I won’t wear shoes without them. The service was fantastic and they sanitized everything between each customer. I would not hesitate to recommend these arch supports.

I am so glad, I finally listened to my husband about The Good Feet Store and went in for myself. Brian was the gentleman who helped me. He was very knowledgeable and easy going. I never felt pressure to buy anything, I didnt want to. I have suffered with lower back pain since I was a child, I thought thats just how it was. After taking measurements and prints of my feet, Brian brought the arch supports made for me feet! The moment I put them on instantly my back pressure/ pain disappeared! I am beyond satisfied with my purchase. I LOVE THEM!

Although they were very busy at the Glendale store, they took as much time as the customer needed to explain the program and make the right fit. I have worn orthotics most of my life but desperately needed an update. I love them and have already noticed less hip and knee pain then before. I highly recommend Good Feet if you have any hip, knee, or ankle pain.

I have been dealing with Plantar faciatis for 6 months. The pain was horrible. I couldnt exercise at all. I was in constant pain. My husband had been telling me to go too Good feet forever. The minute they were put in my shoes I felt a huge difference!! I am exercising and actually not afraid to stand up! Did I mention o have only been using them for 4 days!!! Well worth it!

Ive heard the commercials on how people go in with foot pain and how remarkable these inserts work. So I finally went in. Jason at the Glendale store was really a huge help and guided us through the progress. After fitting and walking around I was impressed. DO NOT be fooled youre not going in for a Dr Scholls replacement, youre going in for something to fix your PAIN and that comes at a very hefty price tag. I will do a review in 6 months to see where I stand with the Good Feet Store as of now 2 days into it I feel comfortable.

A piece of plastic that fits in your shoe costs over $1000. This must be a company based in India because they scam people just like the calls from India. I went to my doctor and got the same thing for a $15.00 copay. If you like being ripped off then this is the place for you

The guy manager there at 67th Ave store, gave bad customer service. He pressured me and sold me a half size wide shoe. Said the Brooks runs that way. Brooks shoes is new to me, so I believed him. Tried to return it and he refused to take them back, just gave me extra velcro to buy to fill the sides. Went to Scottsdale location, the manager there listened and gave me my right sized shoe with no problems. He was awesome, Scottsdale is my location.

I have had feet issues my whole life. I have had been using the Good Feet soles in my shoes for a few days and all my pain is non existent. Aside from my flat feet adjusting to the new product everything has been fantastic. It really helped that Jason at the Good Feet store in Glendale, AZ helped and explained everything. Im very thankful for finding the Good Feet Store. I could barely walk from the pain of plantar fasciitis when I called the store. They were so compassionate and told me I could come in right away. I found people that understood and cared for the problem I had. I couldnt get myself to believe it when the woman helping me said that she would have me walking out of the store, but she was right. After the supports were in my shoes and I began cautiously trying to stand and then walk, my daughter said, Wow, Mama, youre actually walking up straight ! Also, I think the woman helping me was called, Tara. She actually shared her story and how she struggled to find help herself. I have had battles with plantar fasciitis for many years and it would come and go but with my new job it decided to stay with me like a bad joke.My wife talked me into going to Good Feet because her mother loves her shoes.When we got there I was seated by the cash register counter and a customer checked out to the tune of $1400.00 and I said “No Way”. Not for shoes and arch supports.My consultant, Jason Matulin, sat me down and asked me about my feet and the issues I was having and then had me step on a device, one foot at a time, to look at the arches and pressure points of my feet, he then showed me what a normal arch should look like and proceeded to tell me how they can help me with the proper shoes and supports for my feet.He brought me a pair of shoes and a set of supports and explained how to use each support and what each one does. He showed me the insoles and how to insert the arch and insoles into the shoes. When I put on the shoes and started walking there was no pain, none whatsoever and I limped into the store. This to me was amazing, no pain in my plantar fasciitis.When I told him I had no pain his exact words were “That’s What We Do”.I ended up buying 3 pair of shoes and the support system and paid the $1400.00 gladly and well worth it.Jason is a marvelous consultant and I can’t even use the word salesman because once he explained the system and how and why they work so well they sold themselves.Thank you Jason and Good Feet!Good Feet for life is all I can say.

I went to The Good Feet Store approximately two weeks ago. I spoke to a lady about the problems that I was having with my feet. The lady had suggested that I start wearing the insoles that she suggested. I tried them in my shoes and they worked absolutely excellent. A few days later I purchased the three insoles. They are a work of magic. Thank you for all of the help and suggestions that you had given me.

I have very flat feet and had a foot surgery 5 years ago which is painful if I don’t wear really good arch supports. I have been trying different brands and even custom orthotics and so far I’ve had other problems with back pain as well as knee and hip pain. I’ve been using my new arch supports from The Good Feet store for a week and I am already seeing improvements with my alignment and less pain! The versatility of having three different levels of support has been key to feeling comfort while getting used to the new arch support. I am loving them so far!

Ive been struggling with finding a solution to my heel pain for a few months now. Very unsatisfied with the way we were treated on Tuesday when I went to buy another pair of shoes and could not use the Wells Fargo account.

The stars are for the sales guy who was great however, buyer beware. First of all, I felt it was strange that they assume everyone has plantar fasciitis. Secondly, prices are outrageous and third, they kept saying they would give me a price break in things in the future but nothing in writing. As a matter of fact, when I asked he wrote a few numbers down.... For that price (talking used car prices) I would expect a professionaly typed contract. So all in all, loved the dude but the place seemed shady. Sorry, I dont normally give bad reviews but wanted to be honest.

The person that helped me was very knowledgeable and was able to correct problems I was having with arch supports purchased at a different Good Feet store. These new supports fit perfectly and I have no back or shoulder pain now. Ill go back to the Glendale from now on for all my foot wear needs. Very satisfied.

Jason was sincere, very helpful and informative. I was skeptical but during the test walking I felt some relief. It has been a week since I walked out wearing the shoes I purchased along with the arch support which gave me a noticeable relief from pain. My husband said, if it doesnt feel like the angels are massaging your feet dont buy them . They are pricey but they are well worth it. I am on my feet for 12 hours per day. Ouch. As soon as I put the inserts in my shoes the pain in the top of my foot went away. They have different degrees of support for various needs. Theyre not cheap but theyre a one time expenditure as they will exchange it your inserts as your feet change. I would go to them even if their service was lost because its a great product. However, the staff is attentive, friendly, knowledgeable so its a win - win.

Im shocked and very satisfied by my visit to this store. I had very strict requirments, and only an hour to find these shoes before Id have to test them at my actual, tedious, slippery floored work. It couldnt have gone better though.They were very kind and quick at helping me. (Im looking at you, Jason ;D) The first pair of shoes Jason recommended for being reliable in his own life, and likely to suit my needs. They fit perfectly and gave strange support I never had in my entire life. I was in and out in a record of time, with time to spare before work.Since then, I have worn the shoes practically everyday. I find that wearing them have solved a TON of prior issues I suffered near chronically from- including ankle pain and severe knee pain Id had for the past 7 years. I can walk normal and more confortable than ever- and I cant be much more grateful for their time. My experience at the good feet store was educational and informative. My sales associate Bryan was helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain how the good feet store arch support systems may help to relive my buack, shoulder and neck pain. I experienced pain relief during the test walk and even bought the shoes used during that demonstration. I’ve been using this system for less than a week but I think it is helping to relieve my back pain. The only reason I did not give five stars is because I thought the price was excessive but if it helps it will be worth the cost.

Ive neck and back for years, so I started buying better shoes. The neck and back pain went away for the most part, but started having heel and arch pain. I went to a podiatrist and found out I had heel spurs and plantar fasciitis. I was given injection and that kind of helped for a week. I went to a foot/shoe store and got shoes and generic inserts that they said would work after they scanned my feet. The pain relief was minimal, so I thought that was as good as it gets. Almost two years later Im done with all of that. I went in to the Good Feet store today and was greeted by Bonnie. She had me fill out a paper and went and grabbed a few things. After her assessment she went into back and came back with a pair of shoes and the 3 step system. Tried them together and wow. What a difference. Ive been wearing them for a couple hours and Im now pain fee. The products were really pricey, but well worth the money. My lower back and neck are even starting to feel a little better. I want to think Bonnie and the Good Feet store for making a difference in my life and really caring and knowing their craft.

Went in for back pain and siactica. Sales woman very convincing. I bought the whole system. Could not get use to walking on a golf ball. Went back a couple of times with no satisfaction. Was not told there were no returns, only store credit, printed on the bottom of my receipt. Very expensive mistake. Still paying for them and not able to wear.

Tara was the person that helped me out with my new inserts. During the whole experience she explained everything thoroughly, and by the time that we finish the process I was more than sold. Walking out of the store, all the pain that I have been experiencing for such a long long time was no longer there. This is my fourth or fifth day using the arch supports and I am still having no pain. Its amazing and I feel very blessed. Thank you and I will recommend the Good Feet store to family and friends.

Tara was very friendly and answered all my questions about the inserts and how they worked. I have arthritis in my left hip and its slightly longer than my right leg. She had me try a set with a small lift in my right shoe and after 30 minutes walking around outside I was sold. It’s only been a few days but I do t have the pain going down my leg like I did before. The inserts did make my work shoes a little tighter but i stretched them and now wear better.

So far, I give it three stars. The store was great and explained everything, but the analysis of the data colected. I am concerned on how the particular supports were selected. Again the store was a good experience.

It has only been a week, but I believe that the Good Feet system will relieve my foot pain by 80 percent or more.

These supports do take a bit of time to adjust to. I was fitted with the 3 step system and a pair of shoes. After a week I decided that the shoes were not a good fit. The staff was very accommodating and exchanged them for another pair. Very nice staff, take lots of time explaining everything. My opinion about the actual arch supports is still out. They are pricey, but I am guaranteed that they will make adjustments until I am satisfied.

I received my ache support right away. That I was very happy about, sent my old ones back...my feet are happy again....

I purchased my Good Feet inserts 15 months ago. I was skeptical and surprised by what I perceived to be high cost. If been having foot and keg pain and had been purchasing Dept store inserts for years. Do I bit the bullet and became a Happy Feet client. I dont know exactly when it happened, but at some point I noticed I had no more leg or foot pain. So now Im a believer. Went in for my second visit this month and traded in my every day pair for s new one the same size as my original. I guess they get a little saggy over time. If you have the money, you may want to give them a shotThey worked for me. Im 67 and very active everyday with golf or pickleball. No longer need ibuprofen.

I came in and I was promptly greeted, I explained what was going on, and they measured my feet and did some imprints. I was able to try out the insoles in the shoes offered in store as well as in my own shoes. They are take a little getting used to but i dont have as much pain in my feet by the end of the day

I had a gr8 experience. I don’t remember what the blonde haired gals name was but she was very attentive & informative . My feet knees & back are feeling a real difference. She told me to break them in slowly which is hard. I want to keep them on all the time

The associates at good feet store in Glendale @ 67th off 101 Hwy are awesome and out of this world. Tara helped me and she new how I felt when came in. I am on my feet at work no back ache and feet don’t tingle anymore. I paid part of bill so she worked with what I paid. She informed me since I could not afford entire amount of 1100.+. I was able to pay 530 on fsa card, and 162. On checking Acct. She mentioned if I return within 1 yr and pay remaining for rest of arch supports, I would be able to get life time warranty on the arch supports.I’ve been out of a job several months, wife has been out of job for 2 1/2yrs. I went in today thinking it was a shoe store and foot insert store. It is mostly foot insert with a slim selection shoes. Julie helped me, she was nice. She measured my feet. I tried on a couple pair of shoes. Not my style. I would recommend this place if you are looking for inserts only.

I have not bought anything from here, but my grandmother saw an add on tv and wanted to shop at this store. She didnt realize that it wasnt a shoe store, but the manager Bonnie bless her heart, helped her out and was really polite in explaining to her that she cant buy shoes here, but for prosthetics. Im just glad that there are people out in the world that dont take advantage of the elderly to profit, and that alone is enough for me to write a review to let the public know that character of the people who work here. I was three weeks into extreme pain with my heel spur. After two days of following the insert instructions and the advice from Jason I felt relief. My pain is still there after a week but the pain is subsiding each day.

Walked in with pain and a cain and in need of support. Partnered with Bonnie and Diane for consultation and fitting of my new arch supports. Two weeks ago, I went to the Good Feet Store after my third episode of getting up in the morning with foot/ankle pain. I did not see a Podiatrist first, as I thought I would check out orthotics (since so many foot problems are fixed by wearing orthotics). The Clerk at the store was extremely knowledgeable about foot problems & knowing which orthotic to try on each individual. My visit took 2.5 hours from beginning to end. I walked out with 3 pair of orthotics & a pair of supportive Brooks sneakers. It is quite expensive, but hopefully worth the money if it cures my foot problem. So, I gave The Good Feet Store 5 stars!

Customer Service is always great! Can get very busy at times. I used to have very painful feet, plantar fasciitis. I have had the Good Feet inserts for a couple of years now without any foot pain! I’m a believer to the point I went in and got a second and now third pair for several different shoes.
