Amazing staff very helpful got me set up with the new prosthetic leg that is working wonderfully I highly recommend.

After getting the first prosthetic leg we were told it was a starter leg. Of course it wasn’t fitting right. While using it in therapy it was not functional and could have mamed or killed the person using it. Then the prosthtician I think u call him would not work with the physical therapist. We then got a”master” prostetician who is redoing the socket but keeps saying he’s real busy. Omg..well we are hoping that the redone leg will be ready soon. Every delay is hurting the progress we are making for walking again. Thanks Hanger

My daughter got a different orthotist for her foot today, and Im so impressed! Amazing bedside manner, and impressive knowledge about clubbed feet. Plus, hes great with babies! I highly recommend Ronald A. Favors! Absolute 10/10 experience.Also, we had a different orthotist at the same clinic, and he was also really great! I would recommend this to any parent of children with clubbed feet.

Although my leg brace is good, they are getting one start because of the front desk people including the manager. I sat waiting for my walk in appointment and listened to the manager lie to a customer about the time that she check in which caused her to be late and not be able to be seen. That was not true. The lady checked in at 10:20 and the manager kept telling her she signed in closer to 10:30. Then, I get called up after waiting 45 minutes to be told that a custom brace could not be fixed on a walk-in appointment. Why didnt she tell me before???? Because she said that she was busy admitting appointment people. Funny, there was not one appointment person in the office. There was me, the person she couldnt take, and a man that had been waiting since before I arrived.

Their Failure to communicate with our insurance meant that our son waited over three months for his equipment. Equipment he relies on to be able to walk. Not only did they fail at their job, they failed to grasp the severity of a growing child being completely wheelchair dependent for a long period of time. This office not only fails to operate in a timely fashion, they absolutely do not care what the repercussions are to their clients. I have never been more disappointed in a provider in my life. I would urge everyone to stay away from this office.

The lies from the front office and the lack of communication i.e. you need to wear a mask or we will reschedule your appointment. They are completely unprofessional.

All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Ron is awesome. He fitted me with an ankle brace to help in PT after surgery. Great facility.

My experience with this clinic is exceptional. From the front desk to my specialist Ibrahim Abe Ellithy they are a wonderful staff.Abe is more then just the guy that will build me legs to walk again one day, hes my friend. He has helped me in my own personal life and he does it or of the goodness of his heart. Im sure Im not his only patient that would say this.I highly recommend this location. Appointments are on time. Staff is great. Give them a call.

So I am a Texas transplant in Phoenix AZ and visited another Hanger location last year and now needed to establish a permanent prosthetic care company and professional and with God on my side he sent me to the Glendale location where I met Denis and he listened to my story and immediately had recommendations. He is in my opinion a senior level professional with 1 mission in mind to help his patients. Out of all the prosthetic care companies and professional I ended up with Denis and what a true blessing as I have been in pain and a half functional protheses and today I am functioning again without pain as he repair my current prostheses (at least enough to hold me until my new leg arrives) and is fitting me for the best prothetic leg to date...Thank you Hanger for having one of the best prostheses experts in the industry...

The Drs are amazing. Issue is the front end staff. They will let you sit there anywhere from 30 min to an hour without telling the doctor you are even there. Even after you have spoken to them and filled out paperwork. We will be going to a difrent location from now on as its been constant front end issues for the past 4 visets.

I have had nothing but a positive experience at the clinic. The staff have been nothing but professional. The prosthetics are very knowledgeable, take a great amount of time, and mostly listen to my concerns. As a combat wounded amputee, trust me I have been through good and bad and this is good.

I called for an appointment and was told they dont do custom shoes and lifts. I was referred to a luggage and shoe repair store which is permanently closed. I finally called another Hanger location and do have an appointment next week. Why wouldnt an employee know about what other Hanger clinics provide? Please educate employees.

All of the ladies behind the counter were laughing and having a merry time both times ive visited. They were also steadfast and courteous when it comes to customers. The only doctor I actually dealt with both times was Bryan, and he was fantastic in getting me my new shoe inserts for walking without falling! Nice guy both times, and over all a great place to go.

I had visited the clinic about a year ago for a sleeve, and the lady (Im sorry that I dont remember her name) who helped me was not only knowledgeable but very courteous and had a great laugh. She explained why I needed it, what it would do, and how to care for it. As a result of her help, Im doing much better. I then had to go in for adjustment of a TLSO brace today . I had a wonderful experience this time as well. The receptionist was very polite and made certain to obtain my insurance information. The man who took care of me, Abe Ellithz, called me right in. He was extremely courteous and knew exactly what was wrong with the brace as soon as he saw me. He listened, carefully, to what surgeries I had, who had fitted the brace, and the current problems I was having. The brace was on inside out and needed several items fixed. He even took the brace and cut it down so it would be more comfortable for me. He had a great sense of humor which relieved my anxiety. I have nothing but praise for this clinic. They always know about the topic that you came in for. They take extra time to make certain that you understand how to use it, why, and how to care for it. I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic. They will take REALLY good care of you!

I misread my address and ended up going to the wrong location, finally found them and walked in at closing time. They never let me feel that I was an inconvenience by coming in this late. They were so professional and friendly, from receptionist to all the staff...they all gave me all the time I needed . Ron spent time fitting me for my knee brace and explaining my injury to me. They were all so pleasant...I work in customer service daily and can sure appreciate their awesome customer service to me!!!....I recommend this location if you are in need of their services.

Arter a triple lumbar fusion surgery went badly and left me with Foot Drop, multiple appointments and procedures with various Neuro Surgeons, Orthopedic Surgeons and Pain Doctors ensued--not to mention endless trips /expense to the Physical Therapists. Enter Hanger Clinic and professional Prosthetist and Orthotist, Abe Ellithy.ABE is that especial combination of talented professional and friendly, courteous gentleman. Of the many Doctors and Disciplines mentioned above, it was not until I met up with Abe that positive, constructive results were achieved. He designed a wonderful APO Brace for my left foot and ankle that restored much of my lost balance and ability to walk without fearing an imminent trip and fall at any moment. Further, he was willing and able to make modifications to the Brace that catered to my aggressive use of it in Hiking.Yes...hiking, with Foot Drop! Too often, I suspect, we patients tend to complain loudly when things do not go our way. Well, let me be among those to cheer when something goes right. Thank you, ABE Ellithy.

The Best Place EVER, I have to admit I was a bunch of nerves yesterday and my Doctor sends me to the Hanger Clinic for two braces and I was scared, but to my surprise I walked in and the staff was so friendly and told me what to do, sign here, license and Insurance card and told me that I did not have an appointment but would be called ASAP and I thought ok I can do this, then Ronald A Favors, C.O. comes out to get me and apologizes for the wait and was so nice we were laughing in no time as I looked like a Lobster with two wrist braces on, it was the best visit and I really want to thank everyone there it wasnt a good day for me but I left smiling and laughing, so thank you all!!!!!!

I cannot advise strongly enough against Hanger Clinic. I recently was prescribed a soft cervical collar by my physician to keep my neck in good position as I toss and turn in my sleep. He explained that although he was writing me a prescription, it was simply a formality as the collar I needed was available over the counter for $15.I ended up at Hanger Ortho today after stopping by a few places that did not have what i was looking for in stock. When I asked about the collar, I was told that I needed to give insurance information and fill out forms. I explained what my doctor had told me but was told by the receptionist that we cant just sell you that.I complied and waited for about 45 minutes, asking twice about the insurance and information. I was told that they had not been able to check but would call me when my insurance was verified.Finally they called me back and put me in a waiting room. I asked what this was all about and why I was in a waiting room. Again I was told that they couldnt just sell me a collar, I would have to be seen by a specialist.More time waiting and a man came into the room, looked at my paperwork and asked me how tall I was. I responded and he went to get a 4 collar. I put it on myself. It was a bit restrictive so I asked for a smaller one. He then brought a 3 collar which i put on myself. That was it from the specialist. At least he was pleasant.Then he took me to the desk where I was told my insurance would not pay for the collar and that I was out more than $30. At my wits end I told them that they could keep the collar and left the office in a huff.I drove 3 miles down the road to OrthoSport on Bell and 51st where the nice folks sold me the exact same brand of collar for $10. Including my effusive expressions of gratitude and small talk it took 5 minutes.These guys at Hanger are whats wrong with health care; trying to turn a $10 over the counter item into triple the cost plus a big bill to the insurance company. Drive the extra three miles and get better service elsewhere.

They have such bad costumer service the staff are all rude and lazy the manager Mica doesnt do anything about it they are a bunch of idiots . I hurt my back at work had a back brace order its been a week and no one ever calls me back when they say they are and I went on to the office they had not even done anything about the ins auth because Mica is not in the office I guess she is the only one with half a brain that can take care of anything I am very upset and mad they should close this place or fire all the lazy idiots. The doctors are nice I would not recommend anyone to go there 😡

Very rude people and poor costumer service. I would never refer anyone to this place. I came 20 miles out of my way for them to tell me I needed my prescription on a different paper when they could of told me this over the phone so I didnt have to waste my time and gas, never coming back to this place even if you pay me.

Had to get a brace for my sons collarbone and everyone was great including the doctor he saw.I have no complaints

They have more people working the front desk than helping the patients. They are extremely slow and thats even when you have an appointment. I cant imagine being a walk in. Just ridiculous!

Front office is extremely rude. I was told I had to wait 2 hours because staff needed lunch. I went somewhere else first but they where closed during business hours. Someone, please open a good ortho company here.

I have gone to this place for 38 years and I have not had a bad experience once. I am very impressed by the people that work here. Abe is the guy that helped me out just recently and he is such an awesome guy! He was so helpful when I went in there a couple weeks ago to get casted for new AFOs. He suggested a design to put on my leg braces. When I went back in there last week to pick them up I was blown away at what he did on my braces. He put colored foam inside my braces to match the color that accented the outside color on my braces. He also put velcro straps on both braces that go over the top of my foot so my foot doesnt move when I try to put my shoes on. I loved that idea because I always had an issue with my feet coming out of the brace when I went to put my shoes on. Also, he put velcro straps on the back of the brace behind my knee pretty much to keep my leg still when I went to stand to transfer. I am always blown away at the service I get from the reps and the receptionists, they are all so friendly and helpful with anything I needed or questions I had. Also, Abe told me that if I need anything done to my braces to just call and set up an appointment and he will take a look at my braces and fix them. I will never go to another place. When I go through the doors I feel comfortable and they make you feel like family. They all go above and beyond to help you out with anything you need and arent afraid to give suggestions. Thank you Abe for everything and making my braces totally awesome! They by far are the most comfortable braces Ive ever had in 38 years.
