HIDDEN GEM! Ask for GAIO!!! I was driving down Glendale looking for a nail shop luckily this was open on a Friday and not very packed. The wait was about 10 minutes. Giao is the one who did my nails and its the best set that Ive ever had in my life! Not even kidding. T did my pedicure and shes very thorough and I like how she wasnt very rough with my feet.

Came here for full acrylic set, a pedicure and to get my eyebrows waxed. Vi did all my work and Im completely satisfied with what shes done. You can tell she knows what shes doing and wants you to be happy. Clean place and nice costumer care, Will definitely come here again.

They were pretty nice here. They were a little slow as they seem to only have 2 people that do acrylics and one of them was out today. They shop was nice and clean and they did a good job.

I don’t recommend, they did not wash their cloths that they use for pedicure because I started getting these bumps on my legs I don’t recommend this place.

It its okay prices are so so but it doesnt last very long so it might be a little cheaper but it does not last and theyre always trying to upsell you so if you dont buy up then they dont do very good job for you and they tell you youre going to need to come back soon its not good business my nails looked good but just didnt last

Nail tech decided to take off my nails after gluing them on and said she was not going to do my nails after asking her if she was going to finish filing one of my nails before placing the acrylic. Then she told me there was no manager and yelled at me in front of everyone there. I have never been treated like this. So unprofessional. It’s cheaper than most places because they can’t keep business.

These nails are durable and done right. Definitely the right choice for quality

Went once for pedicure. Older gentleman provided the service. He appeared to be professional but when he was finished my cuticles around my toes were burning and sore. Right after the pedicure he poured about 2oz of alcohol across my toes on both feet and was rubbing it in. It hurt and burned like Hades. I would of rather he tell me that he realized he clipped too much of my cuticle away when resulted in a skin abrasion. When I got home I showered again to prevent possible infection later. I examined my toes at a closer range and had many inflamed cuts around the bed of my toenails. Its hard to know youve been mishandled when they put feet back in the warm water making it difficult to know youve been cut. Dont plan to return.

Not a fancy nail shop, nail Polish colors are limited, but they have lots of gel polish...very pleased with my pedicure and fill... I also broght a picture of what I wanted and I got just that👏...definitely will be going back..

I have been coming to this nail place for a few years. They are very friendly great customer service great prices quick and good quality. I have tried other nail places and either their rude or they suck at nails. I love this place i wouldnt change it for nothing

Horrible never again. My boyfriend and I went to get our eye brows done. We specifically told her just clean them up we like our eye brows thick. My eye brows were so thin. My boyfriend eyebrows were so thin and shaped which we specially told her not to shape then one was shorter then another.

Ive been a loyal customer to this place for over 7 years. Referred many of my friends, clearly I would drop 50.00 or more every time I go to this salon, not to include I would tip my nail tech 5.00 or more. I am very upset that I attempted several times to make appointments at this location, and every time I would show up ON TIME they would ask me to wait 30minutes or more, because theyre starting a new set on another client. whats the point of me making an appointment if I am not going to be seen on time?!. I love Kevin, but this was my last straw. Definitely, this place needs to work on customer service. Especially when it comes down to loyal customers. I will be taking my money and my loyalty somewhere else. sorry guys..

Everyone is so friendly! I absolutely love how my nails come out every time,They last for ever over a month or more, they do such a great job! I never had a complaint. My nails have never brake Ive going for over 7months with them.

Quite frankly one star is too generous. We sat and sat, after signing in and a lot of other people whom were after us, with no appointments got their services first. Walked out without getting nails done.

Ive been coming here a for a while now. I have a wedding Saturday so I wanted to come clean up my eyebrows. I informed the lady, just to clean them up. She left my eyebrows super thin, theyre basically a thin line when I legit came in with very bushy brows. Im very upset, I came back to inform her and she just brushed me off and said she needed to them thin out. Im usually very patient, but I will honestly not come back.

They always do a nice job and they use very good product.

The lady who did my pedicure rush through it because other customers were waiting. We pay the same price can I give the same tip. Its okay if they have to wait a little while first come first serve.

I went hear in hopes of just relaxing instead while I got a pedicure they did the callus remover it was fine till she stared using the foot file there was a lifted metal edge I told her it hurt she continued to use till I pulled my foot away because it was bleeding instead of getting a new one she grabbed my other foot and tried to continue till my second foot started to bleed. I showed her again where it was s lifted metal jagged edge. What I cant believe after all that they still charged me full price nothing to compensate for 2 cut up feet both bleeding. I wont be going back. They showed me its more about getting paid instead of doing whats right. And now my foot is infected

Terrible!!! Showed them a pic of what I wanted and got something different, and lady still had the decency to ask for tip!! Left with 2 of my nails undone. Very unhappy, never going back!!!

I had a $40.00 pedicure two days ago. Almost every nail is chipped. The service was horrible. Yes, it was getting busy but every customer should have the proper treatment. The massage was the worst foot massage, I have ever had. The nail techs were busy talking to each other instead of interacting with their customers. I bought two pedicures and both of us, were very unhappy. My nails look horrible. They charged me an extra $5.00 to rub a cheese grater on my heels. No change, at all. My heels still have dry skin. I had a small amount of dry skin on my heels before I got the pedi and the exact same dry skin, is still there. Super disappointed as I spent a total of $70.00 and have chipped nail polish and dry skin. Extremely disappointed and contacted the BBB. I am sure all of you at this salon are capable if doing a great job. Take your customers seriously and stop talking about everyone and everything during salon hours. I will not return. Extremely disappointed in the pedicures and customer service.

I have been here a few times. My full set chipped easily and one fell off. When I went in for a fill they charged me to fix all of their previous screw ups. That being said, my nails look fantastic, minus the new chip on my thumb nail.

My mom got her toe nails done and asked for a little design on her big toes and they told they could do it but didnt finish the design for her and kept trying to rush her out the door when we where waiting to get it finished.

Its okay to get nails done here. Though the wait for a wax here is forever and the staff are not that friendly and tend to misunderstand requests.Place isnt that bright and is usually stuffy.They messed up on my eyebrows and waxed more off then intended.Btw, this place smells like smoke for those who dont like the smell.Prices are low.First time going here was not a memory to remember.For more questions I can answer them.

I do like the place. there is no perfect salon in USA(quality is poorer than in Europe), but I am ok with the place. I only do gel and pedicure here, waxing is excellent too. Depends who is doing it, i only go to the same lady (she is the one who does waxing too)

Took my mom for her birthday for pedicures. Not only did they charge me $10.00 more for the same pedicure but they ask you do you want this and dont tell you it would be extra. Both techs stopped in the middle of the message to watch the tv.

Ive come here a few times for French pedi and gel manicure. If you can look past the uncleanness then come here. I really liked Jessica, but she doesnt work there anymore 😔 I dont recommend the older lady. V does good though.

Ok salon. However the girl cut me 3 times and I asked for thin but natural looking and I got short and thick looking nails. Unfortunately I wont be going again. My normal salon was closed so it was my only option at the time.

Ive been coming here for 5 years on and off just for the eyebrow lady to do my brows (she does great but ive seen multiple ppl leave from getting waxed and i walk in after them and she hasnt change the towel out.) when i tell her to change the towel she flips it over instead of replacing it from the last person, very unsanitary. but anyways sometimes if im desperate ill have them do my nails or toes if my usual place is packed, which i hate because theyre super rough and the nail techs are rude. i waited 45 mins to get acknowledge when the shop wasnt busy and the only time they spoke up is wen i got up to leave. then the nail tech cuts the cuticles on my feet so deep that both my big toes were bleeding and bruised up. i told her to stop and she didnt even apologize. not to mention i got a calius remover and she scrubbed my feet RAW it hurts to even walk on my feet 24 hours later cus she scrubbed them so hard and theyre red on the verge of bleeding too! beware do not come here!

Great nail shop! I am visiting the area for the summer and I really needed a fill in. I came into the shop and someone immediately asked for what i was looking for. I sat down and waited (considering i didnt make an appointment) and a young man helped me. He was very gentle with me and made sure no mistakes were made. I didnt get the name of him but he sat somewhere else to do someone elses nails. Then a lady named Vee came to finish the job. She did everything beautifully and even did my little sisters nails abd toes for $10.00. I was so impressed with their service and I will be back again!

I got a pedi and full set of nails here today for the first time. They are very affordable I was expecting it to be over 60 for everything and it was under 50 thats amazing ( i got acrylic nails not gel and pedi *no designs just a paint job*) and the pedi was amazing very impressed! Staff was very nice and professional I will definitely will be returning here very soon.
