Super clean store with easy sign-in and their staff know what theyre talking about.The wait was about 15 minutes with 5 people ahead of me, so they seem to be pretty quick as well.This is my third time coming here for very different reasons over the years and each time I leave in a better mood than I expect.
Honestly we have never had an issue with cox up until now, I work from home as of 4/5 weeks ago and from that day I have had nothing but issues after issues, we have had 2 techs come up suggested we up grade our router because we use a lot of internet it’s still problems, I had to miss now a total of 4 days of work and I’m still in training, along with them giving us less than 24 hours notice that they were doing an update on our service and we would be out of service to only wake up Monday morning to find out our internet is down because they are STILL working on the internet,, I am not sure at this point what the problem is . We pay a very high monthly internet/cable bill and for this to be happening as I am loosing money because of cox is an inconvenience, but they want their payments on time.it’s ridiculous
Cox is trash.N dey make up stuff so dey can charge you more.
I brought my old phone modem to this store because it stopped working. Only had to wait a few minutes and they gave me a new one. Easy.
Demetrius was awesome, helped me out with an error that Cox had made and then was so patient in helping me understand my billing and payments. Definitely the place to go to get your internet figured out.
After various issues with my internet service and customer service (or lack thereof), I decided to cancel my internet with Cox. I was told to go to the store and cancel my service which I did on 6/9/21. As I returned my equipment and cancelled, the woman helping me said she cancelled everything and I had no outstanding charges to pay ( I had paid my bill days prior), printed my receipt, and I was done. I was impressed by how quick everything was and was happy I FINALLY received some positive experience with Cox. Until today… I had a message from Cox that I owe $100. I called back and apparently these were usage charges that I owed, although I cancelled over a month ago. Apparently the store should’ve seen these charges when taking back my equipment and cancelling my service. Again, I was given wrong information. I never leave negative reviews, but the past three months with Cox have been a terrible experience.
Josh helped me. He was awesome. In observing the other customer reps they seemed great as well. I lucked out time wise and only had to wait about 5 minutes. KUDOS to everyone at the store. Josh was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to increase my service and still save me money.🤸♀️🤸♂️👍
Extremely busy, only had two techs working. Came back another day. Same thing 2 techs working with a 40 minute wait. Staff was knowledgeable, just understaffed.
Went into this store because my 2 year contract was expiring and I wanted to get rid of home phone and security parts of the package. I was greeted by a very nice rep. She didn’t try to sell me or talk me into anything, I said what I wanted and that’s exactly what she set up and showed me the billing plan on her computer for full transparency. Great job by her(sorry for not getting your name).
The store was nice, and the wait time was short. I went there to exchange a modem. The dude apparently didnt actually process the order for the new modem because when I got home I had to spend over 45 minutes on the phone with tech support fixing what he messed up...
Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Made setting up a new internet painless and easy with zero wait.
The Cox employees at this location are always very helpful. The walk in center is kept at a very comfortable temperature and social distancing is done very well here. This location is very close to great dining and shopping areas so you can multitask.

Today my wife was Michigan and received an outages bill for our first months parent at our AZ home. After being hung up on the second representative for cox did get the cox reduced about $100.00. she tried to pay the bill q, but couldnt. She called me in AZ and asked me to go to the cox office and pay the. Boy am I glad I did.I entered the building and was greatest by representative (ABBY) what an great person she reviewed my account and ended up saving me over $100.00 a month.ABBY IS A GREAT EMPLOYEE AND AT THIS POINT THE ONLY REASON IM STAYING WITH COX TVTHANK YOU ABBYGORDON

The reps are fine, but this is big box cable... Dont trust the return bin, get a receipt. Everything is usual and customary - absolutely nothing show stopping. Youd expect big telecom to have better presenting stores, but, oh well...Its a shame theres so few options.

I went into this location to turn in my equipment due to an unpleasant experience honestly. I was helped by Brian and Abby and they completely changed my thoughts about Cox. I didnt have a very fun time dealing with their call center and the whole situation I was put in. Brian and Abby really took the time to look at my account and attempt to understand what had happened. They were SO NICE and PROFESSIONAL and did everything they could to try to help. I really appreciated how kind they were considering the previous people I had spoken to. Thank you so much for your help!

Every wind that blows across the country my internet buffers and I have their high speed panoramic WiFi...pure junk! It cannot run in my small home. The signal didn’t even go 30 feet! Cheap equipment, lack of responsibility from Customer Service Representatives. When a customer is paying for High Speed Internet at over $1,200 a year you expect your service to run anytime in a 24 hour day but not this customer. I get about 26-27 days of fair service not even good let alone stellar as promised at installation. Junk equipment, doesn’t last and causes more problems then they are worth. Find another provider!

Good social-distance system set up and very patient and understanding employees helping everyone social distance. Sending customers to their cars with the promise that their customer service rep will personally come get them when their turn in line is up. Well done, guys!

The worst internet company I have ever dealt with in my entire life! the service goes down at least twice a week. For someone who works from home and needs reliable service, this company is a nightmare! Their support line is always busy! unless you want to buy service for the first time. in that case they pick up the phone in 2 seconds. Dont waste your money, time, energy on this company if you have other alternatives! Unfortunately internet in 2020 is sill a monopoly and corporations do whatever they like to consumer without being held accountable!

Gigablast doesnt work, fake services, they do this to get u to up grade to more expensive services, someone should investigate this company!! if Im paying for a gig of service then I want a gig of internet speed, not every time I call they tell me my neighbors are at home so mine slows down, what does that have to do with my service, am I paying for their internet?
My husband and I went to this store to negotiate the price that went up after promotional has ended.The price was almost doubled. We met Alejandra. She was really nice, listened to us about what was the problem.She finally offered us the solution and reduced a bit of speed since we dont do gaming at homeThe store was clean and all the employees were nice to customers. Even though it was a long wait, we were happy that the problem was solved. Kudos to Alejandra.Make sure you check the hours before you go. Our house was pretty far from the location.
I had a bad DVR and brought it in. I was out in less than 10 minutes with a new one! Service was extremely friendly too!

The staff is great. But the company has big issues. Their pricing is ungodly expensive. We need more people providing internet and cable in Phoenix. Cox needs to know what its like to hurt for a little bit maybe theyll bring their prices down.
Based on just returning my equipment, an employee immediately asked what I needed when I entered the door. They took my equipment, made sure everything else on my account was still good, and gave me a receipt. The process was quick and simple.

Extremely disappointed. I recently had to visit this store in regards to returning some Wi-Fi pods (which I was told by a tech they were worthless and didnt work) I had purchased and was advised I would see this credit on my next billing cycle which I never did. I have since tried calling the store to just be sent to an automated voice mail where they advise you to leave a detailed message and they would return your call. Well.... I have left several messages and havent heard back. I tried calling the toll free number and was advised by the customer service rep that there was no notes left by any agent regarding this credit and was advised to go back to the store and speak directly to them in person. I have never dealt with such poor customer service and will be considering taking my business elsewhere.
Service was good still with the new process in place (due to the current health pandemic). The wait was a bit long, but once it got to my turn I realized it is because the assistance you are given is quite thorough. This is a good thing. You dont feel rushed while getting help in the store. Just dont get in an hold long conversations for the hell of it. People are waiting outside for their turn for service! 😉

Terrible internet, terrible customer service. We cant use our home internet without it failing every other minute. Everytime theyve come out to check, they say everything works fine. Now, we cant use our phone, computer or TV because the internet doesnt work. We are paying money every month for a service that doesnt work. And dont get me started on their 24/7 technician text feature... nobody responds to that.
I had called about my issue and was told that my new cable box would be waiting for me. I got there and they were so busy! People were standing by the wall and even waiting outside. So much for it being there and waiting for me. The clerk nice and quick, but it was a long wait.

Went there to get replacement t box for guest bed room. Greeted right away, told them my problem. They replaced not only the box but also gave me a re hook up package that included a new clicker with voice. In and out in under 15. Awesome service. Oh yeah went home hooked up new system and under 5 clicks was up and running because they synced the system at the store!!
Sent the wrong wifi box first time ok, no big deal, called customer service was waiting for 4 hours (by the way the number for this store doesnt work!) Then was told to swap out the box. Get home with the second one and it still doesnt work. Setting up WiFi shouldnt be this big of a hassle. Now Im going to have to swap out the router/modem once again! Why bother at this point?

Overpriced and rude staff. I hope the day will come when cox doesnt have a monopoly in the Phoenix and surrounding areas. My sons bill changes every month. He has to call. They argue and fight with him. Have an exscuse for extra charges. He took screenshots of one of his Bills. Looked at the bill 2 months later and weird charges were added on the bill from 2 months prior and they carried it forward. His bill is never the same. He dosent order extras. They added some service called cox complete care. Never asked him. He saw it on the bill and called. They charged him $75.00 cancellation fee! Their books need to be audited by a federal agency. I guarantee they are doing illegal things. They dont care about their customers!! So many people say the same thing!
Great experience. I called in and was greeted immediately no wait the representative was knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. I ended up with all three services for 127 after taxes. When I received my bill just like they told me it was accurate and the price was right!!! nice to deal with people of integrity....

I have had the runaround with cox. I changed from Dish to cox and was told I would have the gold plan that includes all movie channels plus a lot of extras they came and installed. No movies and nothing but basic. Went to store found we were not given what we ordered they added movie channels and told me to contact Brian monday. Did that now I have what I ordered but more money than I was told. This program comes with wifi there have been 3 tech out none have the wifi working these people dont know their butt from a hole in the ground
If you talked with them in the phone every one of them they given you different answers you cant get form them Solution for any issues they put you in circle to get from you more money I went to the store they (called solution cox store). They were worse than people they spoke with me in the phone . .last month I stated on the phone with cox company for more one hour they said they fixed my issue. Today I went to the store the guy in the computer he name Joey told me completely different stories from what they told me in the phone last month for more than one hour talking . I feel now I cant trust them anymore .please people stand up and help me and help too many people from scams .
The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is the set up of the store is nice. The customer service however is subpar at best. They dont communicate with phone customer service very well at all which creates circles in conversation.
Quick service, replacing a remote that had buttons starting to require firm pressure, I was in and out in no time, friendly rep helped me.

This location has some awfully positive employees and they answered all of my questions quickly and accurately! It is hard to find places that employ people with enough knowledge to answer all of my questions. I work in computers and technology, so I tend to ask some harder questions. The lines tend to go fast if there are any, so in general everything goes great!
Beware, even if you get an answer its a lie. They do not disclose their terms which are always a year or less on any deal and then they really screw you with insane compounding charges even if you are paying your usual monthly fees. They charge you for installation and they reward their customers by increasing their monthly bills without warning.
