I’m a huge fan of F45. I have a very busy schedule as a working professional and a mother of two active children. This workout allows me to get in an out within an hour. I don’t have to overthink what I’m going to do at the gym. The workouts are preplanned and reviewed at the start of the class. There are great trainers there that will push you harder than you thought you could train. Shoutout to Jordan, Brenna, Nicolette and Xavier.I’d also like to mention the amazing F45 family that has come together at this location. I love showing up and training with the family I’ve made!

F45 is THE place to be if you are on a fitness journey. This gym is high intensity, has top of the line equipment and a community environment like no other. They welcome people of every fitness level and customize workouts to challenge your specific training needs. The trainers are superior to every other facility I have been to. They are professional and experts in their field. They care about your well-being and make your goals, their goals. I love this gym!

My favorite place to work out. I’ve tried a variety of workout classes and this is the first place I’ve been that has made me consider waking up at 430am so I don’t miss a workout on days I work! I feel so much more motivated and strong since getting daily movement here and I can’t say enough good things about F45!

I’ve been apart of F45 since the day they opened and I still enjoy every workout, every single day. The coaches care about your goals and push you everyday. The team environment is extremely motivating because you’re not only pushing for yourself, your pushing for your teammates as well. F45 arrowhead has been a blessing for me and I couldn’t be more thankful for them!

Great place to workout! Workouts are always different which keeps you engaged. Equipment is ready so you don’t have to overthink or wonder what you are going to do. Love it when the trainers encourage us and critique my form (they always do it with love :) Never thought I would wake up early EVERY morning to workout at 6:00 a.m. but F45 Arrowhead is worth it!!

There is a closer f45 to my house but I chose Arrowhead location because of the trainers. Theyre the best Ive had! They nudge just enough to give me a better workout and theyre very well versed in proper form. Theyre all good but I have to acknowledge Jordan and Brenna for their extra efforts helping me improve. Love this gym! Just moved here and needed to find my place at a gym. I wasnt successful until I found F45 Arrowhead! Everyone is so nice and the trainers are wonderful! They even work out beside you for more encouragement sometimes! I have found my gym family.

F45 is the best workout around. The workouts are different everyday, ensuring that you are absolutely never bored and always challenged. The trainers are the very best, bringing energy, challenges and humor to every workout. Also it’s only 45 minutes which gets you in and out with a full workout for your day.

F45 is the best workout out there and will make you feel like you are training like an athlete! Great for any fitness level from beginner to advanced. If you want an awesome community and some great results, come and check them out!

I have been at F45 Arrowhead since they opened back in December 2020! Since being here I have lost over 15 pounds and kept it off!Aside from the weight loss, I have gained friends and always patiently wait for my next class! The classes change weekly and you will never get bored with any of these classes!If you are looking for a life changing gym with great community, workouts and trainers you won’t find it anywhere but here!

The best - no contest! F45 gives you a workout like no other - and the Arrowhead coaching crew is top notch! I’ve been a member for almost a year, and even if I move across the valley I’ll continue coming to this location. 10/10! Shoutout to my favorite coaches - Brenna, Jordan, Nicolette and Kass!! 😘

Results are what you make them to be; F45 is the extra kick in the backside to help you achieve them. It is a high-energy, fun-paced environment.The trainers are accredited trainers who will both mentor your form as well as take away your baby weights to make sure youre pushing your own limits.F45 is the weekend rush I crave and the end-of-the-day pick me up.Thankful for Matt (owner) and his incredible staff who are now friends and apart of my fitness-family.
