Do yourself a favor and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!! I began a no-cost streamline refinance with Broadway Home Loans who worked with Escrow on Brand and Lawyers Title about two months ago and Im still fighting with them. I have had nothing but problems every step of the way with these people. Inaccurate figures constantly, lied to over and over, strung along, increasing my interest rate without telling me or signing anything in regards to this, changing the settlement sheet figures after recording, coming back to me after recording for more documentation, had to sign closing documents three times, they have kept my $1500 closing cost fees for 23 days now. I am due a refund that was supposed to be overnighted to me yesterday and just found out they lied again and my check was not sent as promised. I am filing complaints against all involved with the Better Business Bureau, State Regulatory Board, Attorney Generals Office, HUD (Real Estate Settlement Procedure Act) and the FBI for their fraudulent business practices. Ive bought three houses, sold two, and refinanced several times previously and have never been put through all of the unethical procedures Ive experienced with these companies. Very, very incompetent employees working at all three companies. Steer clear of them for your own best interests and well-being. So wrong on do many levels!!!
