This office and agent Leticia Gracia was a nightmare. She made mistakes on my closing papers, distribution of funds, and my direct deposit was not done, she sent all the funds to the other title company and they had to pay me. The bright side was an agent named Karla Brown who doesnt work out of this office but helped me and communicated with me. She is excellent.
