My experience with Carol Ulinger has not been a pleasant one. I did not actually need a travel agent, since I knew exactly which cruise, date, ship, and even cabin number I wanted. She even told me she was of no benefit to me. I decided to book with her anyways to build rapport for future trips.Well... it all started with the first deposit. Instead of one transactions ... she rang it as three separate transactions without notifying me or asking. Which then caused my card to detect fraud and get frozen. I had to call her to ask what happened about a week later. She claimed she forgot to call me because she was too busy. This didn’t sit well with me so I sent her an email simply asking that she release my reservation back to Royal Caribbean.She emailed and said she would but over two weeks later she has not. In those two weeks I three way called her with Royal Caribbean to see if we could get everything squared away, when she thought I hung up the phone she started bad mouthing me to the agent. I had never engaged in any conflict with her, even after the credit card situation so I was truly shocked and appalled. I let her know that I was still on the line and she continued to be nasty.She is very unprofessional and classless. I do not recommend you book or work with her ever. She doesn’t have any customer service skills or professionalism. There was absolutely no benefit to me working with her and it has become such a headache. I have actually had to contact Royal Caribbean upper management directly to get my reservations released from her.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
