Shelli is a wonderful agent, she not only listens to where we want to go, but also what we are want to do on our vacation - whether its just to relax; go sightseeing; or experience.I also love how Cruise Holidays offers seminars several times a year, with different companies, so that we as the consumers can learn about different vacation options.Whether I stop in unannounced or call, the staff is always so helpful and friendly. We have used them for several cruises and vacations - and its the only travel agency I will use.

I recieved very poor service from there travel agent Pat Williamson. Another couple and my wife and I hired here to book a vacation to Cabo San Lucas at the Reflect Krystal Grand Resort along the Sea of Cortez in Mexico. We paid everything up front. We even paid extra to upgrade our rooms to a room with an outdoor balcony and a view of the Sea of Cortez. Well when we arrived we found that she had reserved our rooms inside the complex with no Balcony, no nice furniture ( a small table with 2 folding chairs) a 4x4 window with a view of the top of a palm tree.(we were on 2nd floor). it really ruined what was to be a very special vacation to include the other couples first honeymoon. Ive tried to get our money back that we paid extra for the upgraded room. She seems to want to blame every one but herself. She now will not return calls or e-mail. I wouldnt use this agency ever again

Having dealt with cruise Holidays personally for more than ten years, to include four other friends who have booked multiple cruises, we have all been treated exceptionally and with zero reason to suggest other than excellence in service, price and accomodation of vacation plans.
