Had some DIY projects and needed power devices..Jackhammer..very pleasant experience.

Very disappointed. I ve going to that particular Homedepot for over 17 years. To me that tool rental dept has gone down hill. I had a bad experience dealing with people in that department. They have hired alot of new people that obviously dont know their job duties. Sad day that this is what Homedepot in that depth. Has come to. When the older employees worked in that dept. Things were on point and they new their stuff. These young guys know nothing about the tools, repairs, and how to use the machinery thats available for renting.

Renting the van was easy. But it wasnt full of gas when I went to leave and so I had to go back in to have them change that and the inside of the van was gross, like something splattered all over the middle of the dashboard, cupholders and middle of the windshield. We literally only had to drive it 1.5 miles so we let the interior be and let them know.

Rented a cement mixer. Got the mixer home and it was filthy inside. I had to use a hammer to break apart dried concrete left in the bottom of the mixer and clean it up before I could start my project. Won’t be renting here again. I guess I should have checked the inside of the drum before I accepted the rental, lesson learned. Seems like they don’t really care about the condition of the tools they rent. There are better places to rent from with nice tools. Will go elsewhere for my rentals.

They always have what I need !!

I have never had any problem finding what I need or getting help at this Home Depot. This is the closest one to me so I done it regularly, including tool rental which came it handy for home projects.

Mark the guy who helped me with my car carpet omg this guy is awesome if you want to rent somthing talk to mark at the rental tools Department

Good spot to rent tools and or truck for certain jobs
