Major problems with my laptop. My laptop is an intricate part of my Prayer Ministry. With limited trouble shooting knowledge, I knew I had to seek professional help. When my new HP laptop crashed shortly after I purchased it, I paid well over $500 to a company abusing Pauls company name. The computer crashed again & I had a much more pleasant results from the true site. But only a few days later I had the blue screen of death. Paul gave me $20 off the $88 charge and fixed it again. When I had an issue with a software program yester laptop yesterday the tech support I called wanted to charge me almost $200 to remove adware before allowing the software to download. Not going to happen. No one is going to touch my laptop except my personal computer expert. Paul. Thank you SO much!!
