Ben is awesome. Our store was broken into and vandalized. Our video security system was damaged. Everyone or company I called wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to just come out and couldnt do so for a week. I happen to find Ben searching online and when I called him he happened to be 5 minutes away (speak of luck and timing) and came directly and fixed our problems. He is professional, knowledgeable and best of all affordable which is big for a small mom and pop shop. Highty recommend him and will use him again if the need arises.

Ben is a PRO at what he does. If I could give Ben 10 stars, I would!. My work computer recently crashed and I unfortunately did not backup my Quickbooks with all my customer information and invoices. My hard-drive was trash, Ben replaced my hard-drive and was able to save all my Quickbooks information! Hallelujah!!!! I will be recommending Ben to everyone I know! Thank you!!!!

Wanted to get my house wired with Cat6 and got bids from 6 different companies around Phoenix over a period of 2 weeks - Ben @ At Your Service was the only one to show up and without hesitation crawl up into my attic for 30mins at 3pm in the summer.He came down and showed me room-by-room the types of challenges that he ran into in the attic and asked me to verify each wall that I wanted the Cat6 ports on - he THEN crawls back up into the attic for another 30mins to verify that he can access everything that I just pointed out and came out drenched in sweat and insulation and then ran me through the details like it was no problem in the world.He was extremely courteous, professional and flexible the entire time we worked together, always keeping me apprised of what is going on (e.g. Ok we are wiring this room now. or Ok we are stopping the clock and grabbing a quick bite, etc.)On top of the professional service Ben and his partner John managed to wire two walls, in the exact locations I wanted, that 2 previous contractors had told me wouldnt likely be possible.I really couldnt have been happier with the service and have already recommended them to a couple more data-loving coworkers that wouldnt mind some Cat6 in their houses.
