Put $20 into the change machine 10 when far left on the mechanical room for change. I received only 15 coins back, tokens, by the way the tokens are worthless other than for use only at the car wash. It costs approximately a dollar per minute to wash your vehicle.The new to the rate of the machines States should you have any issues go to the left side of the mechanical room theres a mailbox and supposedly cards, there were none at this time,.The note further stated to take a card note the problem and provide a number for them to reach you.I could not provide the number but I will contact them hopefully they will refund my $5. If not the one will stay and this will be the absolute last time I use them.On a previous visit it cost me $35 to wash my vehicle thats insane. I believe the timer may be messed up. I only washed it tires soap skip the brush last time I did use the brush and then rinse.If its going to cost me $25 to $35 each time I have to wash my vehicle there its far too much. I base this statement on the fact that I can get a month of car washes for 10 bucks at other car wash automated systems.

Dog wash area is always filthy!!!!Dirty at 8:00am. Dirty at 11:30am.Still dirty around closing time.Seriously, if you’re not going to takecare of it you should just remove it!I’ve been here on the different daysAnd each day the same.Never ever clean!!!

I have been going to this car wash off and on for the past 20 years and I highly recommend getting your car washed by them. It is an express wash that includes drying and touch up by a person after the wash. Better job then those expensive places where I usually have to go back over the car.

Also have self service with car air dryer so no water spots!!

So I’ll start with the pros:- has credit card machine in the stall- has vacuums and carpet cleaning machinesCons:- if you have cash that you want to use or want to vacuum your car and don’t happen to have change with you, you have to exchange your cash for car wash tokens.- I went at around 10 or so at night and seemed like in the back near the vacuums were full of a shady crowd.- when washing my car and switching between settings in the stall seemed like it was taking the machines awhile to actually switch to the new setting. So I was wasting time (close to 20 seconds) waiting for the new liquid to come out after I changed it. Now if you cycle through all of the wash settings they have then your wasting over a minute just waiting for it to dispense the new liquid you changed it to.I won’t be returning to this location. Mainly because of the last issue I had listed there under cons.The value isn’t there for me if I’m paying for the time it’s giving me in the stall, but I’m having to waste said time on just the basic mechanics of it.Disappointed because the other Weiss Guys locations always seemed to work out great for me!

This is my go to carwash the employees are cool and its always a good layer back place to detail your ride without feeling rushed

Qualtity has went down. The person they have drying the vehicles doesnt seem to get the concept. When i got home this morning my car and windows were hella streaked still.

Customer service was great (Jeremy I think his name, Saturday afternoon). Informed us of the monthly service option they provide, but was not push, but managed to stay very friendly. He was also knowledgable of the aspects of the business and answered a few questions we had. The basic wash was a little higher price than expected ($7), but came with a dash wipe and free token for vacuums (4 min =$1 value) to freshen up the interior. I saw they offer a $5 detailing kit that can give your car a brand new feel. Overall, great experience and will be back when in the area.(Prices when I went)

They do a great job very friendly. Been going here for years. Love that they dry your car and they put tire shine on your tires instead of the machine. I highly recommend them.

I love doing my carwash at weiss guys, specifically the one located at(51st ave and Peoria) because you have to have someone to dry your car.. and they do a really good job.

This is my favorite Weiss Guys car wash location and the only one that does the best job cleaning my car. The staff are so friendly and it makes my car cleaning experience great. This place is also close to my house so its very convenient to go here. I got no complaints, my experience here has been awesome as always that I signed up for the subscription monthly for unlimited car wash. Shout out to Mr. Norris for being such an awesome staff!

If you plan on self wash bring about $20. $1 per minute to wash and overcharged vacuums. Money better spent elsewhere considering your wash option on the wand didnt even have the soap coming out of it. AS WELL AS poor pressure on the spot free rinse.

10 minutes or less, I think your timer might be fast, is not enough time to wash a full size 4x4 truck, and mine isnt lifted. At a dollar a minute, thats expensive. Even more expensive considering that I mentioned your timer might be fast. The placement of your washing equipment makes for a waste of time too, the foaming brush should be on the same side as the rinsing hose. I went to one of your competitors earlier, put $7 worth of quarters and got 14 and a half minutes to wash a lifted 4x4, only downside there, not all the cleaning chems were available in the hose, but still had time to brush twice, rinse twice and do the spot-free rinse. The attendant onsite, forget it. If theres a car going through the automated washer, youre dead to him, he was practically hand washing their vehicle before he sent them through.

Best drive thrue car wash Ive been thrue yet!!Before you drive thrue they scrub and rinse your car and after you drive thrue they hand dry your car leaving your car super clean!!

One of the cleaner car washes Ive been too. Theres hardly any trash on the floor. Employees are good at maintaining the property. Vacuums work great. So does the equipment for washing your car. I havent use their drive thur car wash service yet. So I dont know how clean your car is after it comes out. I have used the self service car wash. The brushes are pretty clean and the pressure washers are in excellent condition. They also have a bay for washing your pets. Overall Ill give this place 10 stars instead of 5.

I would give it a five star for the customer service but the actual car wash is garbage. The machine left a scratch down the entire driver side of my car and almost ripped my mirror off. Very disappointed considering this is a brand new car. Body shop quoted me $400 to fix. Its sad a $16 car wash will end up costing me $400

Just wanted to spray some dust off; but nope. Ya gotta spend 3-4 bucks just to get it started. I guess I understand but dont... Should be an option, especially since this self-serve is manned.

I bring my German Shepard here often. Way less expensive than the groomers, who he doesnt care for anyway. And no mess for me to clean up like when I bathe him at home. I even bring him during the winter months as the water is warm.

Vacuums work fantastic! For $1 - you get 4 minutes. Did the trick!

A few things I didn’t care for, there is no mirror or observant employee guiding your rim into the tire bay so I scraped my rim. They also kept trying to push my mirrors in quite aggressively when I told them they don’t function that way. I don’t care for the vacuum head, it’s like a big claw so it doesn’t get into the crevices well. Won’t come again.

Good car wash that was very clean. I like all the additional settings they have for washing your car as well as the fact that they have the handheld era dryer for your vehicle. They also do take credit or debit cards that you can swipe in the stall. I will be back to this location.

Truly a 5 star car wash... self sprayers and drive through. Sprayers work excellently. HIGH PRESSURE. You will also find zero people living in the bays or bushes.(hard to find).

This is my first time at this carwash. I was extremely pleased with the customer service provided by Norris. I truly felt that Norris went the extra mile to get all the dead bugs off my car from a recent roadtrip. Norris was very pleasant to talk to and had a great smile. This is now my go-to location even though I live in Goodyear.

Wand car wash. Excepts credit cards in the booths. Cost 12.00 for a full run of the hose. Tough to have a trailer attached. Can maneuver though youll need to watch for the me first idiots.

Will be in contact with owner by end of week.This place is lack luster at best. $3 self wash gets you a couple minutes to scramble around, you end up needing $5, then the spot free rinse leaves spots ALL OVER. Then the hand held air driers are completely useless.

Went to wash my truck here, and if youre Noth going through the bs little automatic one, dont waste your money. The wands to the pressure washer dont have enough power to spray the dust off of the windshield, let alone any other kind of debris. Such a waste of money.

I really like this place. I have a WRX and baby it like no other therefore I am really picky about where I go. 12 bucks for the platinum wash plus 3 that I tip the guy who dries the car, is a great value for not having to lift a finger.

Used to always go here after collage needed a quick wash today and was charged 12 for a extra 2 mins to wash off my car what b.s.Turned into a $24 dollar car wash!!!!Called and of course no one is answering at 3 different locations.If your going to go use cash!!!Other then that for a self serve all their stuff is pretty good

Vacuum isnt free after paying nearly $20 to spray-rinse the car. $3 to start and the system shuts down after about 25 min of use or non-use. Scam, dont bother.

A hidden gemI pulled in here for a quick drive thru wash, imagine my surprise at the end. There was a second emploee that used air to blow water out from the crevices and did the windows.

I only use the self cleaning wands. The equipment is well maintained and the cost is minimal.

Outstanding pressure in the bays, and they dont mind muddy Jeeps.

Update tried it again and was charged for $12 even though I stopped it before that. Place is a giant rip offSo I have been going to this carwash for years and its just slowly going down hill. The latest thing is charging full time even if you press stop. It showed that it had stopped and still charged for max time.
