I had to take a moment to write this review. I worked with the Branch Manager there. Her name is Alexis and she is incredible! She was extremely polite, very caring to my concerns, and went out of her way to assist me in all of my needs. I am extremely grateful for her kind and professional energy. Her customer service skills were so exceptional that I am going to contact corporate and let them know how amazing she was. You just dont find that kind of professionalism anymore. I am beyond grateful to Alexis for everything, and to Enterprise for being a really great company. The Glendale location definitely is a great location. This review comes directly from heart. I rented a car from here, at first everything was good. So I thought. Until I was driving to work and a semi chucked a rock at the windshield, by accident. And I immediately called enterprise and the response I got was “you need to make an claim on your insurance, or you need to pay to fix it”. Like what is that?? Reason being is because I chose to use my insurance coverage instead of paying an extra $200 to use their insurance! What a scam! I used to really like enterprise, until this.Everyone has their own experience so I can’t say don’t go there or rent from there, but if you do be careful! I’m out more money than I intended cause I had to come out of pocket to fix a windshield in a rental and paying so much to extend the car.
When I signed in to pick up the vehicle the intended told me it would be just a few minutes a couple of people were ahead of me after waiting 45 minutes I finally went back to the counter and I asked are they waiting to bring cars from the back or are they waiting for people to return cars. The attendant then told me that they were waiting for cars to be returned and it could be at least an hour before I have a vehicle I felt they should have told me that up front at least I would have known what to expect I was appalled they had no vehicles available. I finally did get a vehicle after a 1 hour wait and then to top it off their water fountains were not working and they didnt have any bottled water to offer their customers who were waiting its 110° outside if water fountains dont work why cant they provide bottled water?
The staff is so friendly professional and accommodating. Both David and Stuart have exceptional customer service skills and are knowledgeable. Im always happy with my experience here
This was the worst enterprise I have ever been to. Made reservations for 9 AM didn’t leave until 10:33 AM.Reserved a full size vehicle they only had to offer A compact SUV.One of the worst experience I ever had renting a vehicle. They didn’t have any other options being that I reserved a full size n was on a time limit..
While our pick up experience was nothing but stellar due to their team member making himself available after hours for us— our experience coming back was anything but delightful.We were instructed by the employee that our personal vehicle would be safe parked behind their facility, only to come back to find our vehicle missing. It had been broken into, vandalized, and stripped of everything and anything that had value. Including our tires and rims.Not one person in that office showed any empathy towards our situation. Nor did anyone ask how they could help. It was appalling customer service all the way up the chain of command. The depths of the situation obviously go deeper than this small synopsis, but never again will we ever use this facility and we will tell all of our friends and family members to stay clear.Had it not been for our own local office being so amazing, we would have definitely assumed that the enterprise corporation prides itself on poor customer service and leadership that does not care about its customers from both a safety and financial aspect.

Their business like any other business faces its own challenges and at difficult times as customers we may forget that these reps are human too. Regardless of how it may seem, I believe these folks want to make their customers happy.
This place was so busy it was crazy. Was there on a Monday at 11:30 they had one team member working. She was overwhelmed but did a really good job on keeping her cool with everybody being upset of not having any cars. The whole metro area was out of cars and everybody kept coming there or calling the phones were ringing off the hook looking for cars. Ive had a reservation made for over 3 weeks so when it was my turn to get my car another team member got there to help me and they had to upgrade me because the car that I had reserved they no longer had. Which I didnt mind because now Im in a Volkswagen SUV instead of a large size car. I would have given them five stars but I had to wait there for an hour and a half because she was there by herself for an hour with no other help. Otherwise Enterprise is a very good place to rent from!
4 days ago which was Mon. I rented a minivan. Tyler had been B/S. Then he got me a bad old minivan while there was a better van sitting in a lotGo somewhere else to get a better service and honest peopleFinally I went to Bell Rd & 43 ave excellent service and honest people
Nice people but asked a lot of random questions. I have rented through enterprise before and was never asked so many things. Used my debit card and once they found out it wasnt a credit they were asking even more questions. Wanted my flight info and everything. I have rented with them before and they can see that there were no issues anytime I have rented with them.
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! They do not thoroughly look over every inch of their vehicles before allowing another person to rent it. Before giving it to me, they took an entire 45seconds to look over the car before having me look over the rest, then telling me to only look for tennis racket sized scratches. Upon returning the car, the woman that came out to look over the car with me walked STRAIGHT to the tiniest scratch (if you could even call it that) that had been previously painted over with white paint that barely even matched the cars white color. The entire time after that, she was completely rude and acting as if it was me who did it. I had the car for 2 days, and was basically parked in a hotel parking lot the whole time. There would be NO possible way for me, or anyone else to hit the car in the area the painted over mark was while parked straight into a parking spot. I have terminal cancer, and all they are doing now, is making my life even more difficult than it already is. I am beyond livid. For one thing, if it was me that did it - it was such a small mark, I would have taken responsibility for it instead of attempting to paint over it with paint that doesnt even match! For 2, I have experience painting cars, so if I did do it, it would have been much better than how it was done. And 3,trying to say that maybe someone else hit the car while in your possession then tried covering it....how in the WORLD could someone else hit the car while I was parked in a hotel parking lot straight on, in the place it was in - impossible. I have 2 theories, 1 - Another renter did it, and they didnt notice it until it was too late so they are attempting to get another renter to be held liable, and 2 - one of their own employees did it, tried to cover it, failed immensely, and again, are now trying to have someone else be held liable so they dont have to pay for their own mistake. I am DISGUSTED that this is happening. She kept saying we THOROUGHLY look over each car before giving it to another renter....clearly they do not, or this wouldnt be happening. I will be suing if I do not get my depost back, or if they try pinning this on me. Do not trust these people. BE WARNED.
Inconvienient. I am a financially independent individual and a service member in the US military however, I was denied service because I did not have a credit card nor a plane ticket back home. The staff were nice at least. They respectfully denied me service based on the stupid company policies.

Ive always had great experience with enterprise I love the services they provide very clean & customer service always excellent,never had a problem until today. Yet Im a gold member to enterprise,I understand all procedures that need to meet during rental,unfortunately I was unable to get exact document from SRP since I was a prepaid customer, so I wasnt denied my rental, Ive got to say Ive never experience the kind of service I got today from this very location! Ive been a enterprise customer for some time and never had a problem with the kind of VISA DEBIT card until today, Ive used my cash app debit everytime with enterprise, and they would not accept my money!! So disappointed with this company here lately they are always out of vehicles and always have only one person working... Ive waited a whole hr to be told that they cant take my money... so frustrating I dont live anywhere near this location and its a waist of money spend on lyft!!! During a pandemic I dont have the time or money to waist on lyft rides..

I am responsible for covering Arizona & New Mexico in my organization and renting a vehicle is super important to me. I also prefer to build relationships my partner businesses which always has given me rest to focus on my job. That said, Stewart Bainbridge at Enterprise has been an outstanding example of customer service at Enterprise which also gives me confidence when renting out of state. I have been with Stewart at Enterprise for years and have followed him through location changes just to connect with a professional I trust. I recently had an important need and Stewart went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Working after hours and on his day off. I realize our state has had a crazy shortage (due to our amazing weather :-)) and knowing business, I realize staff is under incredible pressure to balance customer service while in shortages. Thank you Stewart and Enterprise for giving 100%. It means a lot!
Have been renting with Enterprise half my life in Arizona. The only rental company in this town that will work with you with a debit card if all necessary paperwork is in order. When i rent a car I always rent for about 30 days. Besides a few mishaps with a few cars, Enterprise will always make sure they take care of you. At the Glendale location (4908) all the staff there are amazing. Thank you Enterprise for being my go to place to get a brand new car to rent for taking care of my personal buissness.
Posting so i can get manager’s attention, today is June 23rd 0947hrs I’ve been on hold for the third time after talking to some one at the store about moving the time on my rental i reserved for this Friday the 25th at 9am. Reserved it on Friday/Saturday last week. Callcenter rep reserved full size suv only one available for my time frame for my upcoming vacation. I called today to notify of possibly running late that day and the guy said that they may not have a large suv that day????? WHAT!!!!?? How in the world can you operate a business in that way, giving false hope to a customer…. Please call me back ASAP THIS IS RIDICULOUS and thx for hanging up on me. Who ever you are guy, you need to be retrained.
The worst place ever, specifically when that Middle Eastern boy( he told me he is new just came from Africa like 4 months ago) tried to deceive me by telling me that; Don’t fill the car with gas, because enterprise offer a cheap rate than the gas station, he is extremely unprofessional. By the way, they refused to give me the military discount and that’s against the company policy, hence, they violated the that policy. I will tell all friends in Glendale about this issue and recommend to find different location of enterprise or different car company.
Had a Reservation, and they canceled my Reservation no call or anything. Most horrible service ever caused a delay in my trip and had to make additional arrangements and costed me 300 more to rent a car elsewhere. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION
The Assistant Mgr was rude and unprofessional gave me a rental on 1.8 gallons of gas I had to go to gas station before driving it anywhere.The outside of suv was very dirty the assistant Mgr he didn’t care.
These clowns DONOT pick you up and they always mess up the reservation. Internally they have no communication they make reservations without having inventory! Unfortunately there customer service is no better the branch manager Alexis at the Glendale location was friendly as a snake! Her attitude socks n she does not know how to handle her business!
Worst enterprise Ive ever been to. Reserved a car 3 week in advance. Went a week before to make sure the reservation was in the system because I didnt get a confirmation email. Everything was in their system. I show up on the day of reservation and they had no vehicle for me. They kept trying to make excuses but didnt give me any options. I called the customer service number and they were no help either. Told me that they will try and figure something out and call me back. Its been 4 days since the incident and still havent recieved any type of contact from enterprise. The worst part is the person helping me on the day of the reservation tried to dispose of my paperwork that showed my reservation and try to say it was not important to me anymore.
Very sad I went today a few hours early and was assured my car would be waiting came back an hour later all cars were SOLD OUT 😳been waiting 30 minutes for that News But I got an Expensive CAR with An added driver for 15.00 per Day😳 Insurance is Forced on you at 30.00 a day I only had 800.00 Now They took 1700 plus Never Again Enterprise during this Pandemic just got custody of two kids traveling 3000 miles plus food and gas. I dont get a stimulus check none of this is on my reservation you guys get to pick for me. I wont eat on this trip just to save for Gas im crying just thinking about no way out yall lied and gave me no choices I gotta get us home safe. Dam staying away from price gouging feelings😓😦😧😳😪🚘ugly car

I was fortunate to get a truck with a 4 wheel drive option. It worked out great since I was travelling to an Indian reservation in Utah and it had just snowed there. The 4WD came in handy many times and also allowed me to see some sights where a lesser vehicle would not have made it. It is a smaller rental location and will not always have a specific model or style but I really lucked out this week. The staff there is also really nice. Be nice to them and they will do what they can for you.

So frustrated, dealing with the Red Head guy (he wouldnt give me his name). Ive rented with Enterprise A couple times & never had these issues. I had debit card, bank statement, 2 current bills and that wasnt enough to get a car. He was rude and became short when I asked him why I couldnt get a car. He left & said he spoke with his manager and that HE was in a meeting. I told him that Id wait to speak with him, about 45mins later a woman came out, Who didnt take the time to see why I couldnt get a car. Full of rude, unprofessional people.

Ive rented from Enterprise dozens of times--until I got rid of my credit cards. And while renting with a debit card is a gigantic hassle I still did it a few times nonetheless. As of today I will never set foot in an Enterprise ever again in my life though.My car needs some repairs and I wanted to rent for a single day to get to work and back. I investigated all their requirements as much as I could and yesterday I called to discuss them with a representative. Youd think that a utility bill, a bank statement, and a paystub all dated within the last two weeks would establish residency. But no, they need to see a lease agreement now. Well I have the lease agreement but since my term ended and I live month to month thats no good either. Excuse me for having a stable existence.Never before have I been asked for a copy of my lease. If you check your system youd see that the last several rentals were from that same address as well. Faceless corporations dont care about people. In Phoenix you cant rent at the airport because they assume youre a criminal. Im just disgusted they can treat us this way.

I had a good experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I was able to get into a car for $26 a day by mentioning my insurance carrier. They came to pick me up at my house, delivered me to the office, and drove me back to the shop where my car was being worked on. Theres only a handful of companies that come to pick you up and I will continue to use Enterprise because I know thats their standard. The car was nice and clean it was a compact and drove very nice with many features. Thank you. 😁😉🌵😃
Use the Glendale, AZ location only if you want a chance of getting COVID-19! The vehicle was NOT clean nor sanitized as the company pledges!Wish there was an option for a negative number! From the time I got to the facility I was ignored and even joked about when I explained that I needed a mid-size or larger SUV with tinted windows (if tint available). Thats when the lead (not sure if he was manager) laughed and told the person working on my rental ...good luck with that!Hahaha...! as if I wasnt even there. Thats when I explained that it was for medical reasons regarding the tint/ anti-glare and the larger size was to accommodate the equipment I have to have with me at all times! Attitude changed to getting me out ASAP... Good it had been a bit over an hour of being there at that point!The vehicle I received was filthy, dirty and the fuel light came on as soon as I left the parking lot! Return was a pain in the butt as I was told when I picked the vehicle up that I could drop it at the dealership when I picked up my own truck... When I first showed to do that, the service manager was told...not 5 minutes after I hung up the phone with Enterprise...that I couldnt drop the rental at the dealership!? What!??On it goes... Waited over a week for the Enterprise manager to call me as I was assured would happen the day of dropping off the rental... I had to call him! Now Im waiting on the Regional team to contact me... See how long that will take!Glad I recorded all of the conversations I had with them as record of the horrible customer service, dirty vehicle rental and empty gas tank upon pick up! GLENDALE LOCATION SUCKS!
My last two rentals with this company have been great. I made my reservations online, they called to verify the date and time, and they had a car for me at the appointed time. They check in and out electronically so it really doesnt take long. They have yet to have the exact car that I chose but they always have a car thats suitable or they offer me an upgrade for the same price or just a little more. Enterprise seems to have come a long way in the last few years with improving their customer service. I use them now because they are close and so far they have given me good service.
Ive rented from 5 different Enterprise locations in the area. This was my first time at this one. Im going to make this my go to from now on. The staff here was more pleasant than the other locations. None of them were bad, its just that this place was that much nicer. They had the type of vehicle I had selected. Picked me up at the requested time. Dropped me off after returning the van as soon as they could. I would recommend renting from here.
Its a guy name Stewart that made things a Little ruff for me to get a car he was not really a helpful guy and alexis was very rude hopefully they can get retrained on customer service towards the customer it was different gentleman that save the day for me.
I will like to Thank the gentleman here at Glendale location I am very pleased with the customer service I have received from your company a couple weeks ago I talk to Jake and Jeremy and they got me into a Ford explore and weeks before that a Chevy Tahoe. Excellent service this time I called talk to Jake told me to come on in this was on Thursday 12th went in an the gentleman that helped me was amazing the guys that worked Thursday that checked me in my car till making a choice of the vehicle to give me was amazing I got to be in a beautiful Dodge Durango I just want to that you gentleman an I appreciate you guys. The name is different on her but for your records it Sharon holts thanks again.Update as of June, 2021I had a premium suv reservation that I placed 4 months ago for June 16,2021 went in to enterprise the day before all new or from previous review ask the gentleman about my reservation he said yes we have you down just bring i.d and credit card said okay came back the next day. This lady ( Alexis) said how can I help you and then before I can say anything she grabbed her cell phone and went into the back and left me standing their, the other lady was helping a gentleman because they got over charges by listening to their conversation the lady (Alexis) told them something different but when the lady went to go get (Alexis) she was still on her phone so the guy said forget it. So Alexis finally decided to come back out and say how can I help you again. I said I have a reservation give her my id, now the store phone rings she picks it’s up never say let me get this or hold on nothing she helps the person on the phone now I am getting frustrated. She finally gets off phone we are back to same conversation she says do you have the credit card you using o give her my card then she says I need your insurance card I ask her for what she said I need it on file, I ask her since when she said it again I told her I never ever has been ask for my insurance card cause I always take their insurance and pay it for myself (Alexis) would not give me my reservation till she got that insurance card at that moment I felt like I was being profiled in away I told her to look up my history I always rent from you guys she didn’t care so I made a phone call to get the card sent to my phone. Alexis says ok We will take you out in a few. I called another Enterprise thought I was crazy and was told no she didn’t need if I was paying for their insurance. Alexis finally comes out 15 minutes later show me the rental and then want to be friendly friendly but when I told her I was calling cooperate she said don’t do that I will be calling after this review I will not be returning to this enterprise at all.
Sands Chevrolet was out of loaners so they rented a car for me at Enterprise. Pretty good guys at Enterprise that helped me out. I had my choice of a few vehicles and since I have always driven a truck I opted for the 2019 Ram Longhorn. REALLY nice truck!

I picked up my car in the morning, very short wait at the pick up location, very simple process. No issues with the vehicle, it was clean and had great gas mileage. I was running late for my drop off time due to holiday traffic on the way home so I ended up having to drop off at the airport which was very easy and convenient. Very pleased and will rent from again.
This place is a rip off they find ways to charge you make sure to take a video of the entire vehicle from top to bottom! And please remember they will lie to try to keep your deposit

Great to rent car from .cars are very nice .the employees super nice. have been here to this location several times now .Alyssa is wonderful and the others are as well sometimes i have had to wait a bit but thats because they make sure the car is washed and,clean they do their best to try to get you out as quick as they can service is simple and process is too and so is the returns.so they try to make it as easy for customers as possible and if you have any special requests they try to help there too. I m always happy to get a great experience here

Made a reservation for one way trip, Phoenix to Lubbock, they didnt mention during the call theres a fee associated with dropping at a different location. Reasonable policy, but the fee and taxes for a one day rental, full size car, was $360! In addition, they would require a $200 security deposit. I called Hertz and priced the same size vehicle and the daily rate was $154, with tax and fees included. When we picked up the car, they upgraded at no charge to us, Enterprise is good about this as well. Weve been using Enterprise exclusively for so long, I just assumed Im getting a comparable rate but this was a good lesson. The ERC representative told me they instituted a new rate policy a couple months back, and were on our way in a new car for half the cost.

I have been here multiple times now and still, i get the same annoyed dominar from the desk clerk. I already answered all these questions less than a month ago signed up for the time saving feature and here i am being asked a lot of questions and being addressed very rude like everytime I ask for clarity. The price for the economy car for 2 days is 80+ dollars. They are putting 550+ on my card 100 dollars more than less than a month ago. I asked for clarity and the young guy showed his frustration deciding to say its because i dont have a car with car insurance. That doesnt explain the difference so he said must be the rates.. smh this place I tell you what.

Glendale AZ, 47th and Glendale Ave, Poor communication about the rental process when I called the office directly.Once I arrived, I came with my deposit on my debit card, ready to go. The sales agent finalized the add ons that I declined, extra insurance, road side assistance, and something else, I declined. He told me the price I had to pay $551. Once I explained the misinformation, which was told to me over the phone, have $200 on my card available to run when I pick up the vehicle the sales agent onsite, then said theres nothing he can do to help. I left mad and disappointed.I came back with my debit card of $200 and cash for the remainder of my rental fee. Now I was told Enterprise doesnt accept cash. So I leave again, this time I call the office to make a complaint. The assistant manager, a woman, tells me, they dont fit people into cars, if you dont have the money, we arent going to work with you. I had this car reserved since May 5th. I was picking up July 3rd to drive to CO, to meet my dad for the first time in my 40 year old life. I came back with two debit cards, one for my deposit and one for my rental. Now Im told the cash needed to be on one debit card... I only stayed with Enterprise because I had too. I have used Enterprise for years, exclusively. I will no longer.
I called and got a car the same day, the staff was very friendly. I would recommend this Enterprise location to anyone. Its super small, just a spot in a roadside plaza, but it was the customer service that would have me going back there if Im ever in Phoenix again.
I held off on reviewing, hoping for some resolution. I reserved a luxury vehicle two weeks prior to my pick-up date. Upon my arrival, I overheard the manager tell someone to get the truck ready. When I asked about it, I was advised this was all they had. I was told that I could call around to the other locations, but considering I had been dropped off, I had to go with what was available. I was advised that I could try back on Monday, to see if something came in. At this point I have called 4 times, 2 different locations, and all I have to show is 2hrs of wasted time. I am not sure if all locations have the same not my job mentality, but it sure seems like it. This reservation is for 2 weeks, its not just a 24 or 48 hour reservation. It would slightly easier to take, if the truck wasnt a base model.

I made a reservation for a weekly rental on a minivan because I had family visiting Phoenix and so I wanted to use the van to travel together to experience our city. I called to be picked up and 10 minutes later they call me to let me know that they did not had a van for me that I was going to be put on a waiting list nobody call me back in the fist day to let know that I was not getting the van. I called the next day to follow up and spoke to the assistant manager who apologize and assured me that she was going to do her best effort to find a van and communicated with me .... no calls on the second day... I decided to stop by another location on the third day myself and they were able to get a van at a higher rate.... I called the area manager to express my complaint for bad service left a message for him to call me back and 2 days later and still has not call me back. I received this e-mail today and I decided to express my experience for the lack of customer service and communication with a customer who has been loyal to enterprise and now will be looking somewhere else to take my business...
Professional and friendly staff and they are the reason for the 5 star rating.Location is open on Sundays, which is a plus but wish they could find a location just a couple of streets north from where they are presently located. Nothing fancy but just a little more comfortable of a location.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. The cars are clean and in great condition. I usually reserve and pay ahead so the car is ready when I get there. This weekend was busy due to the holiday and they had to send for a truck for me. I was only there for 30 to 45 minutes but I understand the wait because they were extremely busy and were running out of cars and trucks.
Great experience. The rental was superb; drove 330 miles around the Arizona high-country one Saturday. The team at Enterprise made me feel very comfortable.
The representatives at this location do their very best to help every customer who comes in looking to rent a car. They take their time answering any questions you may have and are very polite. If you dont quite understand the rental policies, they will explain until you understand. I always receive good service from this location. I highly recommend. Thank you.
Will never rent from here again. Spending the day after Thanksgiving sitting around and waiting for a car these people let me reserve and is now not here is not fun. Thanks for the great service, I would much rather waste my time here due to your poor management than spend the holidays with my family! If I could rate them a zero, I would. I should have rented through Hertz. Or just walked.

Very friendly staff, always helpful and courteous. Willing to go the extra mile to do what every it takes to make sure the customer is happy. Have rented here numerous times and most of the cars are kept up really well on the inside. The prices are reasonable and they dont pressure you on the extras.
We always have a great experience with this Enterprise! My family and I come to this location and they always treat us good! Alfredo just called my insurance to see about getting our rental extended when I have been on the phone all day with my insurance and couldnt get any help. Thank you for going the extra step to try and help us out.
Bunch of scammers, I never received my deposit back because they claim I had a cracked windshield. I brought the rental back less than 24 hours in one piece. Nothing was damaged to the rental.

A little trouble with a online order that Id had. It was not appearing in their system. The manager agreed to match the price since I did have a confirmed deal. Worked out great. Needed the vehicle for Less days than Id anticipated. Mine had been in the shop, but I ended up purchasing a new one. For 4 days, a smaller SUV cost me just over $200 with the insurance. Definitely was cheaper to call a representative then order online.
