Pam is the best hairdresser ever! My son and I have been going to her for years. We have followed her from different businesses and locations even if it costs more. Sport Clips is so lucky to have her!

Got my hair cut by Alicia, she was great! I had never been to a Sport clips and she explained everything they offer which was awesome. It was very clean. And I got a great haircut which is most important! Will be back soon.

So I have visited multiple Sports Clips locations over the years and still continue find this one to be the upmost best. As they all are great, this has been the one Ive been most willing to travel a distance to, being I am located to a couple of other ones. Their prices are amazing, honestly, for the services they provide it is well worth it. I will say if you have never been here before, they will only charge you the base price of your haircut and add a free upgrade to the MVP, always for the 1st time visits. From the moment you walk into their location, to the moment you leave, the experience will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to go. A couple of my stylist favorites have been, Alicia & Arizona, along with my mother in laws favorite being Christy. These stylists are all fanominal, but not limited to just them, as there are plenty of others as well. So when you come in, be sure to do the MVP: Haircut, Style, Shampoo and Conditioner, Hot towel on the face, Relaxing Head and Shoulders massage, its extremely relaxing, plus to finish it all off, with a beverage too. I rated this location specifically as they are extremely clean, friendly, go above and beyond with their services, the prices are great, the overall experience is remarkable. Location was nice, there wasn’t a long wait, the girl who cut my hair was nice, my only issue was the haircut itself. I asked for at the shoulders length and ended up with hair almost to my ears and too short to even pull back, not what I wanted. Other than that though, it wasn’t a bad experience.

I took my son here last night after the barbershop in the Arrowhead mall butchered his hair. Alicia was at the counter, immediately greeted us and helped my son right away. She did an amazing job, treated him like a grown up (hes 13yo) and the price was very reasonable. My son will definitely be going to Alicia from now on.

Your stylists are incredible! Not only have they cut and styled my grandsons hair with flair and professionalism, all the stylists are knowledgeable and super friendly. Alisha, my grandsons latest stylist, is his new favorite stylist. BTW, the only way any of us can get my 11 yo grandson to get his hair cut is when we promise to take him to Sport Clips!!

Ive been here a few, some good experiences, some not so good. When you go, and you tell the cashier/stylist to update your notes CONFIRM that they updated the notes. Also one of your stylist went wayyyyyyy too short which was not told to in the directions. Just make sure that when you say Oh yeah just use whatever is on the notes from my last cut, make sure its actually what you want. And with smaller children, clarify with them if they think its too short or not.

Pam (as always) is awesome and does a fantastic haircut everytime.

I never feel like a number or just a customer when I go here. They always treat you like you were expected. They remember you, and they make sure to take good notes on your style. They are military friendly, and as a veteran myself I love that they recognize that. If you want to get a hair cut where you feel like you are hanging out with great people go to Sports Clips.

Worst haircut Ive ever had, she started using clippers and just kept shaving more and more hair I had her read the paper they go by and she said oops myfault, I told her its to Late now. You cant put it back, then she had the gal to charge me, I said no your not, Ive seen better cuts on dogs,Ill never be back. UPDATE. Three months ago the Mgr (Sidney) called me and ask me to come in and see if she could fix the haircut I. I did and she did what she could do, then said when it grows out come in and Ill cut it right on the house. Today I did and not only cut my hair like a professional. She honored her offer of no charge, I had told her this is how you keep customers She did a great job and Ill be back. She deserves a raise!

We love it here. The ladies here always do a great job cutting my sons hair. As bonus they treat my sons with respect and like grown-ups, which my boys love. The wait is never too long and it is always immaculately clean.Christy especially is their favorite!I wont take my sons anywhere else.

UPDATED: The salon called and offered me a free haircut due to the poor cut last time. This time it was cut correctly and the last was super awesome. Will return.Walked in and found no wait - which was probably the best part about the whole visit. Was taken back in a few minutes. I explained how I wanted my hair cut (which was already on the printed slip). After getting my hair cut, washed, etc., I get home and realize my hair was not cut correctly. Wont return.

It was so nice to get my haircut after waiting so long in quarantine. I would you to know if you go to my location at 83rd ave and Union Hills demand Alicia to do your cut, nice to talk to, great hands and definitely get the MVP...guys youre going to love it.

The level of stars depends entirely on the stylist you end up with. Some are 5 and some are not. If you like how a stylist did the cut, remember her name so you can request her for your next visit. You can also reserve an appointment in advance using the app, including requesting a specific stylist, which is cool.

Arizona has become my “go-to-girl” for the perfect cut. She is extremely professional and caring; exemplifying Sport Clips culture and always making me feel like an MVP from the moment I walk in the door through the experience of the cut, wash, style and suggestions of products. Arizona has consistently gone above and beyond expectations of service. The owners and managers should know that Arizona is an amazing asset to their business, and you can rest assured that my friends and family already do as well.

Staff (at this location) is phenomenal. Always greeted with friendly smile. Im not a every 2-week cut, but they remember me every time I show up. I have been coming here for years. Even though they have messed up my hair a couple times over the years; it still remains the best place to get a good haircut, watch some sports, get a nice shoulder massage, hot towel mask, and a cold soda. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I come back here for my hair cut because the atmosphere is fun and Nicole is always pleasant when she works with me. They arent the cheapest, but I think its worth it!

I am not a person who usually writes reviews, but I am making an exception here. I have almost exclusively gotten my hair cut here over the last few years. And the last few times it has gotten worse and worse. This most recent time was terrible. The girl cutting my hair voiced her opinion about how she was ready to go because she had worked so many days in a row, and had an attitude about it the whole time. She asked how I wanted my hair cut which I didnt mind explaining but I asked if she had the notes because I get it the same every time and they always use the piece of paper so they understand rather than me trying to use my fingers and say well I want it this or that. She rolled her eyes and went and grabbed the notes. Long story short, she cut my hair and shampood it, I always get the MVP. I got no shoulder massage or hot towel, because they were out. And I had to ask her to fix a few obvious mistakes at the end. Well I didnt notice until I got home, there is a patch of hair on the top towards the back that is a solid inch and a half longer than the rest. Im pretty upset. And Im a good customer. I always tip, and I usually help them out by purchasing my hair care products there, which I know they have to sell. So that being said yall might have lost a good customer.

The women of Sportclips are very welcoming and there is always sports on the tvs, so thats awesome. They have alot of good products you can buy. I have been going to Sportclips for over 4 years and wouldnt dream of going anywhere else.

Been taking my son to sports clips for 3 years.... usually the stylists are very sweet and receptive to his sensory difficulities, not at this location... 3 different stylists were very rude to myself, and my son. this was our first and last time at this location
