Just got my haircut by Cory, it was the fastest haircut Ive ever gotten despite my hair being extra long. He was in such a hurry to finish and did a poor job listening to what I wanted. My hair got one quick pass with the scissors on the top and is very noticeably uneven. He was watching a football game on his phone while cutting my hair and maybe thats why he did such a rushed and poor quality job. This was the 1st and last time I come here for sure. I hope this helps somebody at least choose a different Barber here.

So the Guy who wrote the review previous to mine. Wrote about how he was disrespected when asking about the veteran discount. When we told him we only do special discounts on Monday. He got offended and said,”I don’t stop being a veteran every other day of the week, i gave my life for you.” To which I replied with,“I’m a veteran, and none of my veteran clients have ever asked for discounts.” I also told him the serving our country is a selfless service. We volunteer for it. So he was told about when our specials were; without an attitude. To which he replied with an attitude of entitlement. We have a wide variety that clients who were and currently serve in our military who love coming to us. We appreciate your service and your support and we hope to see you in our chair!

To slow and the barber with the woman bun had to respond back to a customer regarding veterans discounts and replied with a smart remark so if I was the owner he should correct his barbers in customer service!

Got a mediocre cut from a kid that didnt even have his own clippers.

Came into the Barber Salon to get my hair cut, and eyebrows waxed. They did it perfect for me I loved the hair cut and eyebrows. Most places I got to the waxing hurts but this place was very good, and painless. I recommend that you visit the barber salon, they have a bunch of great works and it is very friendly. =)

Marina is awesome. I used to pay $60 for haircuts at a salon in scottsdale. My mom told me about this place and asked me to give her a shot, at least ONE time. Ive getting my haircut at MK Nova by Marina ever since! I was very impressed, shes awesome, and the price is extremely reasonable for the quality of the cut! Buyer Beware!!! The worse cut and color ever! Please see pictures below. The last picture is the style and color the hairdresser said she could do for me. The first and second pictures is how she sent me home! It is awful! The manager/owner will not return any of my calls or emails!

Best place hands down to get a nice haircut in the Arrowhead area! The prices are very reasonable and excellent customer service overall.

The people there were very nice but Zina the hair dresser barley spoke English & does NOT know how to cut hair. I asked for the simplest hair cut, one length all the way around ...lets just say I could have done a better job if I put my hair in a ponytail & cut it, its not even AT ALL ....complete waste of money was $30, I shouldnt of had to pay for that cut ..Ive learned my lesson, better to just suck it up & go to a Salon were its more expensive but you know they are experienced....personally I chose Toni & Guy for $45.They had wonderful customer service but horrible skills. Zina is a sweet girl & if this is the career she wants I hope her all the success but until she improves she shouldnt be cutting any hair unless its a manikins.

Very unfriendly women, non smiling, not pleasant at all. Sign outside said 11.00 dollars for a kids haircut, she charges 14.00 dollars for a 9 year old haircut!!! I told her thats false advertising.She says the prices are inside not the ones outside. WTH??? I told her then fix the prices right, on the outside!!!! NEVER WILL go there again She never once smiled, acted like she hated being at work. Wish I could report them for false advertising. As we were leaving my grandson says the clippers really hurt him. Not once did she ask if he was ok, fine or anything. Not very kid friendly.
