Best service ever! Honest, professional, kind and knowledgeable. I had air coming out from a bad valve stem while enroute to a Dr. appt. I had no choice but to pull in the first tire shop I seen. So I glad I came to One Stop. These guys are solid. They even gave me a ride to my Dr. down the street while they repaired my tire. Turns out I seen a nail in another tire & they repaired that too! This place is Legit!!!

John and One stop automotive was there this week to replace my Catalytic converter on my truck that was stolen rather quickly from in front of my house.......A pricey item that he found online and replaced at a fair price.... I felt he was compassionate to my cause and an honest individual.....shop is clean and well run and super close to the Montrose/La Crescenta/ La canada area.......HIGHLY recommend it

We drove our daughters 2006 Honda Civic 2000 miles from IN and when we arrived her AC in her car went out! It was 100 degrees and needed to get fixed fast! We called one stop because we were headed to glendale so she could take her state boards for Cosmetology! John said bring it in and let me look at it! He was amazing got on it right away, it was an expensive fix, but he had it fixed by the next day in the am while she took her test! He helped us get a rental and we were able to enjoy the area while our car got fixed! We chatted with him and found out his wife had also taken state boards! After we picked our car up he had checked it over and said if she ever needs anything to let him know! I called to share with him later that day our daughter had passed her exam and he was so thrilled that I let him know and he was really happy for her! He is a Very honest and fair and a super nice gentleman! Thank you John!

I have owned a series of older cars and having a repair shop that you can trust and work with is really essential. Many years ago a friend recommended One Stop in Montrose. At that time I lived in La Canada and it was convenient, so I took my car over. 10 years later, now living in Santa Clarita, I am still a happy loyal customer and drive the distance to have them work on any repairs. John has always been upfront and given me the straight stuff, presenting options and priorities. I am currently driving an older Jeep Cherokee, over 235K miles, and he keeps it running so well that I cant justify buying a newer car.

John has always been upfront and honest with me. I have older Hondas and he has helped me keep them running well. I took him a car I was considering buying, and with his inspection, he saved me from making a HUGE mistake! His prices are reasonable and he will suggest ways to safely fix issues or hold off on non-necessary replacements if you cant afford them at the moment. One Stop was recommended to me by my neighbor and Im now a happy customer!

The staff was friendly and helpful. I went to a previous place that said I would have to get my tire replaced because of a nail in it. I went to One Stop and they said I could get it done and only for $20. I really recommend.
