I received an oil change promotion in the mail and so I figured I would take it in. I have been here before and past experiences were better which why giving 3 stars. This time I don’t know if the guy at the desk was having a tougher day but did not seem to care about going over anything. With the coupon there were fee inspections that I didn’t receive any feedback on. The promotion was for $39.95 for full synthetic and came out to $49.93 due to taxes and labor but to me the labor should be included in the promotional price or listed on the promo that it will be added on like they did for tax. He didn’t seem to care to explain much when I asked. It just wasn’t a good experience other than it didn’t take too long. Was very sad about the customer service. Not sure of going back as I didn’t feel welcome or taken care of. I have had other good experiences which may take me back and why I gave it the rating I did but this one was rough.

Very clean waiting room. Staff/mechanics are also very well kept. Great financing plan if youre short on monies. (Snap!) They did a great job with installing my new a/c. 5 year/50,000 mile warranty. Cant beat that. Phenomenal oil change package. Brady is helping me with future plans to fix what a previous mechanic said they didnt. This is the only company I will take my vehicles to for as long as I live in Arizona
My car had a mysterious coolant leak that no one could not find or figure out. Took my car into Kerry’s for another look and within minutes they told me what it was. Water pump leaking. Andy told me it was behind the timing belt and that the mileage on my car suggest timing belt replacement would be my best route. After a very nice conversation with Andy and all the different options that I have, I decided if I was planning on keeping this car, I would bite the bullet. Andy never made me feel pressured, even suggested I take moment to decide. Definitely my personal mechanics from now on, customer for life
Very pleased with the excellent customer service. They did an awesome job and listened to my financial limit and did not try to overcharge me for stuff that was not needed. I would highly recommend them.
I just had an oil change today. I was very disappointed . When I went to get in my vehicle there were greasy handprints all over my door in several places (white paint) cant miss it. Also on the hood and the fenders. I had a roll of shop towels and hand sanitizer so I cleaned it off myself. I went inside to let them know and they apologized. Then getting in the vehicle I noticed more greasy handprints on my door panel, door handle, power window buttons, shifter handle, and center console, also BIG Giant greasy boot prints on my floor matts and some on floor next to matts. I spent 2 days detailing the interior last month so I know how clean it was.. and the same sticker was in the corner of the window from my last oil change.. and I was there.7:00a.m. First in !!! wow talk about not caring about the quality of your work!!! Not happy at all.. the customer service people at the desk were friendly thats why 1 extra star otherwise wont see me there again. Its a shame too, I have things to get done and was hopeful..
Horrible experience. Brought my vehicle in because it wasnt starting. My battery had been replaced the day before (by Autozone) and my alternator was replaced in 2019 by a different mechanic. I told them all this, so it pretty much left the ignition or the starter. I get a call from Kerrys and they say good news, your battery cable was loose and not making proper connection so we tightened it up and the vehicle is starting, but your water pump is leaking and you need a flush. It could flood your engine out if not fixed so your looking at $838 with parts and labor (thats good news?). So I authorize the repair.So I get a call later from Kerrys and they say the repair is all done, but now the vehicle is not starting. You need a starter and your looking at another $439At that point I was pretty upset. Not only did they mis-diagnose the issue from the beginning and cause me to make an uninformed decision on what repairs to prioritize, they didnt listen to me when I brought it in and told them it was either the starter or the ignition.This is like going to the dentist and complaining about your back molar hurting, and then the dentist says your back molar is fine but your front tooth needs a filling. Then after they fill your front tooth the dentist says turns out your back molar did have a cavity after all.Had Kerrys listened to me and caught the starter issue from the beginning, and told me by the way, your water pump is going bad would you like us to take care of it? I would have probably made a follow-up appointment for them to fix it. They lost a customer for life.
From the minute I walked in the door everyone was friendly, helpful and didn’t mind answering all of my questions. They gave me a professional quote and the estimate was very reasonable. The shuttle service gave me a ride home and picked me up after the repairs were done. They checked to make sure I made it home safely and sent me a thank you message. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They are the best.
First time using their service because I’ve heard nothing but great reviews. Did not disappoint. Very friendly staff. I will definitely use their service again.
My cars engine temp started fluctuating so the next day I dropped it off with an 8 am appointment. I was greeted professionally and was told they’ll keep me updated. No word from them until I called mid afternoon for an update. I was told they were idling my car for the last 5 hours and could not duplicate the problem so I could come and get it. I asked them to flush the coolant and they said it would be done in the morning.The next day I didn’t get an update until I called for one early afternoon. I was notified at 4 pm that the car was ready.I’m not sure that idling for 5 hours is standard practice but I was not happy. I thought they would’ve checked the coolant and quoted me to replace it and get my car back the same afternoon. With all this being said, I will give them more business in the future. Maybe this was just an isolated situation.
Nice folks. Very nice a friendly. Unfortunately, timelines is not a forte in their wheelhouse. It used to be. “Appointment” was of no use. My vehicle sat for five hours having never even made it into a bay for an oil change I later discovered was not needed. They did my last change and set the notification to date, not actual level of oil. I guess it’s a good thing I picked up my vehicle without letting them work on it. I question whether or not they would have told me it was not needed.

Tyler and Andy were very professional and knowledgeable as well as timely and informative as to the work that was being done with my car. They were able to send me a picture of EXACTLY what was wrong which a different location never did which I was extremely impressed with! I love Kerry’s Car Care with all my heart and I take it to them FIRST because they know what they are talking about and they know how to save you money! This might be my favorite location.
While this time We had to use dealer services, they were very professional in helping me save money on this repair. I do appreciate their customer service and can depend on their advice. If you want the right thing done to your vehicle then Kerry’s is an excellent choice.
They replaced my rear brakeslast week at a reasonable cost. Weve been using them for over 30 years at the 51st ave and Olive location. They have helped keep our 1995 Toyota Corolla car running for over 25 of those years and it still runs for extended family..
I took my car in a month ago to get my A/C Fixed. They said it needed to be recharged and some valves, hoses, and seals. Cost a bit over $700. A few days ago the A/C stops working altogether. Take it back in to see whats the issue. They now say my A/C compressor is bad and that its going to be $1,250 for the compressor and to recharge the system AGAIN. I call them to find out why they didnt inspect the compressor the first time around and they said that it was covered in oil. I ask, so you couldnt wipe it off to inspect the entire A/C system like I initially requested? I get every excuse in the book as to why they didnt inspect the compressor and then they start blaming me and saying that if you wanted a compressor repaired you should have asked for it. #FML If I was a mechanic I would have never brought it to you in the first place. THEN, the say you need an A/C Kit which would have been another $2,400. And that if I dont get the kit they cant warranty any A/C work. So I ask, if I didnt start asking questions and I would have approved the A/C Compressor repair as you recommended and it failed for any reason, and had to come back...I wouldnt have a warranty? The General Manager at this point responds, correct...youll have no warranty. So would which repair would you like?Everyone Ive spoken to during this ordeal has no customer service skills whatsoever. I am now dumber for having dealt with these people and stepped into their business.I used to have a good opinion of this company but I dont anymore. Take your car elsewhere or risk having them drain your pockets like they tried to do with mine.

I called and made an appointment to get an oil change. My appointment was on Saturday, 5/29/21 at 1:30pm. I arrived there and was promptly told that I did not have an appointment and if I wanted to get my oil changed I would have to leave my car because they would not be able to get to it today. He seemed to not believe me that I even had an appointment and I was offended by that. I get emails from this company with coupons to get services done and to schedule an appointment. So I scheduled an appointment and apparently the person who took my call did not follow through. I have been a customer for years but I am now considering finding a new auto shop for any future needs. It seems that being a loyal client and making appointments is not something that they care about. I will no longer refer friends and family to them because of this. Very disappointing. What a waste of my time today.

Pressure test on my radiator.And to say the least I appreciate the fact that these gentlemen were very thorough.
I went to get a tune up on my car and the car was sent home after the tune up. A week later my check engine light came on they told me it was the alternator then they called couple days later instead it was actually the motor. I asked for the diagnostic test and it was chicken scratch because they did not have the printout. Way over price only reason why went back the 2nd time is because they did the tune up a week before. Save your money and go somewhere else.
They couldnt help me or make money off me but they treated me with respect and decency either way and where very kindVery professional clean and well maintained
I had the worst experience I have ever had at a repair shop. They had my keep Wrangler for 7 days! They told me my repairs would be done in 3. When I called Friday they told me they had to fit the tubing and they would be done Monday at lunchtime. I called Monday they said they are fitting the tubing but they needed one more day. I called today and they told me they can’t get the part until July. I went to pick up my jeep and drove away. I got 2 blocks and noticed a big cut in my passenger side window and went immediately back where I was told a regional manager will contact me and no one has called. I work in parts for many years and ran a service station for NY Transit and know they could have fixed this problem without the part. I am giving the regional manager 24 hours to get back to me. If I don’t hear from him I will be putting a formal complaint to the company and the police. Andrew at the front desk is completely incompetent, you may want to go with one of the other gentleman at the front desk. Only gave it a star because I couldn’t post with no stars.UPDATED RESULTSI was the one who wrote that post but I had to write a better review. The regional manager called me with 15 minutes of my post. I was expecting someone confrontational (after all I am a former New Yorker) but instead the gentleman had me crying laughing within 4 minutes of our conversation. He was so assertive and ordered me a new window the very next morning. He kept in contact with me until the window was in. He sent me to a different location where he has a Jeep expert to fix my problem. He was a true and utter gentleman and made everything right.

It took 6 hours for them to finish an oil change appointment at 9AM…they didn’t tell me that they didn’t have their shuttle service, but they offered to use my car to drive me home and back…I called them through the day for a status update finally after getting angry they said my car was done and that someone DROVE OVER 4 times to come pick me up…I never received any calls but they said they did call me? I end up having to walk down there to pick up my car and then I was ignored once I showed up. This was the most ridiculous and unprofessional customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have been here many times because I bought an oil change card pack and it’s always some kind of drama with this place. Unreal.
Had a great experience with getting my oil changed here. Great customer service, I appreciated the thoroughness of the vehicle inspection and how upfront they were about services needed. Will be back in the future!
They were hospitable provided fair amount of time to repair my vehicle. Although the cost was semi fair. I was shuttled home while my car was diagnosed. It was kept over night although my car was repaired late and completed later in the afternoon.
I had a bad experience at this establishment with a problem in my truck by changing a sensor so easy that I myself could do it! First I was charged for something I didnt need, other than I was charged for scanning the P0117 code which was a sensor. They put other things on me and didnt fix my problem that I had to do myself. Besides, they wanted to charge me for the sensor and the labor again. I do not recommend anyone take their car to this property as I was never called to discuss the work and repair of my truck.
Very friendly and they give you a list of recommended services and the price. You go through and approve what you want done. No work is done without your permission.

Took my car in because the door handle wasnt grabbing to open. They said that the entire door handle would need to be replaced but they recommended doing a repair on the piece broken for $200 instead. Talked me into it by saying that theres a 5 year warranty on it so if it broke again, just come back in and they would replace it. 2 months later it broke again. When I brought it back in, they refused to honor the warranty saying that they cant just keep replacing the same part. Which is the opposite of what they said to talk me into the repair in the first place! I left it broken for a few months and decided Id call a dealership and have them replace the entire handle. Just had it replaced and the dealership said that there was a part on the handle that was worn down and its now working, but to be gentle with it because the actual problem is a part that interacts with the handle and eventually Ill have to replace that. So Kerrys didnt even diagnose the problem properly to begin with and took $200 from me for nothing! Also they quoted me almost $500 to replace the handle and the dealership only charged me $277. Would not recommend this place to anyone!
I dropped off my car to Kerrys - 3 times. My car was recently starting to blow hot air on my passenger side, I needed to get this fixed before summer. The last 3 weekends my vehicle has been at Kerrys, they kept my vehicle overnight multiple times without updating me of any status. On my second visit I pick up my car and they tell me nothing is wrong with my A/C. I take my car home and on the drive home my car is still blowing hot air. My third visit, they tell me its now my compressor - they think. Completely unprofessional, untimely, and uneducated on the matter. I paid $160 for them to take my vehicle for 3 weekends and have no idea how to fix my A/C. Would not recommend to anyone!! Zero stars!!
They have great customer service: kind and didnt Hassel to fix any other issues. I went in for an unscheduled oil change and it was done within a few hours. While I do need my transmission fluid flushed, they educated and let me make the decision unpressured. I will continue to recommend them as they fast and affordable.

I went in for oil change and when I went to pick up, they told me me my timing belt was worn out. I told them I just replaced it. So he had another mechanic look at the belt and he said it was perfectly fine. Then they didnt even know the mechanic who wrote the original notes. Another example of a shop trying to get more money out your wallet.
Brought in my 1998 Honda Civic to the shop, I was having trouble getting my turbo kit finished and couldn’t get a few lines tightened or some bolts in. I called Kerry’s and they told me to bring the vehicle in Right away. Even with the custom modification they where willing to take a look at the vehicle. Devlin helped me out up front and they actually let me talk to my technician Ben, he was great during the process asking me how I wanted things mounted and where I wanted them mounted. This experience was amazing, they did everything I needed done and went above and beyond for me. These guys earned my business for life, any oil change any service that you need done. They are your go to. I will never be going to any other shop.
Good service. A bit pricey but got the job done. Had to leave car overnight but it was due to parts being ordered with dealership. Other than that no complaints.
Overal id say this is a good place with good ppl and i just hapened to have a bad day, having said that,, i had an appointment for 1230, it was 140 and still my car wasnt taken in for the oil change, i was annoyed and was bout to leave and would have if theyd not taken my car in right at that moment, the service was quick but i was already in a bad mood and when i got in my car to leave i ran over the concrete block, thankfully my car was fine and nothing else happened, i know i shouldve left when i came back at 140 and saw they hadnt taken my car in, very annoying experience to say the least

Im not happy how my car was used at 61mph in a 20mph residential community. 5 hard Accels, Im sure the person that drove my car for a speed spin, ran my transmission in lower gears. (Manual transmission) Im extremely angry. Im one loyal customer and prefer to stay a customer to Kellys, but after this incident. I dont know anymore.
Dropped off my car at 4 pm on Sat 7/10. They diagnosed it as a tire balance problem. However, their tire balancer was on the fritz, 3 guys called in sick 2 days in a row, their electricity got shorted out, yada yada yada. Had to call them repeatedly to get any info. We picked it up today Wed 7/14, but it was not repaired. They did give us a free alignment & recommendation to take it elsewhere for repair until they got their shop’s electricity fixed.
Had two vehicles serviced in two days. Wanted oil changed on both needed check engine light serviced as well. I love how they look over the entire vehicle to make sure its in good condition. They found a couple things on both vehicles. On one I decided to wait no pressure from staff. Second one I decided to go with due to some noises I had noticed but thought it was just getting old. After repair sounds brand new and has noticable power increase. I will continue to have my vehicles serviced here and recommend them to anyone wanting quality service.
Customer service was okay the tech was A1,The problem I had was I went in to get a price on how much an oil change would cost and was given a price and when was finished was given a different price maybe my fault for not asking how much out the door. They said one of my license plate light was not working but when I got it home it was fine, they said air filter was dirty and I had just brew it out with my air compressor a week ago. Guys are okay but just be careful double check your self before having work done ✅
Had a leak, causing smoke and horrible smell under the hood and went to Kerrys and got an engine valve cover gasket set replaced, which cost a lot, but was worth it. After repairs were done, I noticed that my car was still smoking under the the hood. I took it back and they pressure cleaned buildup oil from engine, at no extra cost. Deviln stuck with me through the whole process and he was very accommodating and thorough. Made sure I was satisfied with their work before I left. I definitely recommend Kerrys.
I couldnt drive my car at all due to danger of metal shavings being released into my ac fluid and thus engine. They got my car up and running same day! They were absolutely courteous and caring

Took vehicle in for AC repairs and because airbag light was always on and horn didn’t work. Well airbag light is still on and they missed every service completion time they provided. Not to mention fixing something that didn’t even have any problems until they touched it. Worst experience EVER!!!! lol
I brought my infiniti g35 to Kerry’s on olive to get my alignment fixed. I previously went to another place that claimed they were the best alignment shop but ended up still having wheel drift. The guys there at Kerry’s helped me out and fixed the issue. The young handsome fellow Darien and his partner Fidel gave me the update of what was wrong. My tie rods needed to be replaced and after having them done, my car drives straighter than my hair sticking up after I downshift in a tunnel. Great service and fair pricing!
Worst experience ever. I called to make an appointment I brought my car in at the appointment time which was 11 am. Called at 3pm asking for an update. I am then told they haven’t even looked at it and didn’t know if they’d get to it today. Why did I make an appointment?!!! Moral of the story, don’t waste your time went to brake master and was able to be in and out within an hour. Awful awful service here
I have been to Kerry’s Car Care many times, and every time I go they are fast in getting my car done. They also inform me with any problems that need attention now, or in the future. Went in for oil change. Found out pistons leaked. Agreed to do repair. Not as bad $ as I thought. Even sent me pictures of repair. Flushed engine with repair and steam cleaned engine to get all oilresidue off. Decline was very good. He was well informed. Did find another repair needed, but not able to pay for it right now. No pressure to do repair now. I appreciated that. Will use again and recommend them. Also do shuttle to and from.
I have been taking my cars to Kerrys since 2003. I dont know what the reasonable charges are for car repairs. The charges always seem like a lot to me, but who doesnt feel that way when it comes to car repairs. Im not complaining, the work is always done and guaranteed. The employees are always polite, friendly and professional. I believe it is a business that I can trust to do what needs to be done and not take advantage of me, or suggest repairs that arent necessary.

I used this place and trusted this place for years. Recently had a large repair on my suspension and some other repairs. I trusted them so I just always have done what they said. Something told me this time to get a second opinion. I did and we are talking $1000 difference. I did? And they pretty much said well they were doing something different. It was exactly what the other company was doing so I ended up having it done elsewhere.

I took my vehicle in Saturday Morning after speaking with Andy over the phone because he led me to believe my problem was something they had seen all the time and it wouldnt be an issue to get it taken care of same day, at about 2 pm I received an email with an estimate attached for 164$ level 4 diagnostic. Even though I had already explained what was wrong with the car and what needed to be done but hey I get it. they cant go just based on what everyone says when they come through the door. so basically I paid 164$ to be told what I already knew. also it took the entire day Saturday and 5 hours Monday to have a diagnostic ran on the vehicle. Communication with them was terrible because if didnt ask what was going on with my vehicle I have no idea when I wouldve found out. Oh yeah and my main reason for choosing the shop was because I had a coupon that came in the mail for 25$ off any service or repair well apparently diagnostics arent considered a service. In my opinion Id go to a different shop or at least a different location, or maybe just dont deal with Andy
Very nice staff, I took my car in to see why my heat was blowing cold air They checked it out and referred me to the dealership for best repair results and didn’t charge me for them to check car out and find issue. Honest mechanics. I take my daughters car there when needed and always leave satisfied.
They hustled me, and gave me the impression that I would be taken care of professionally and for a honest price.in a nut shell they didnt even check my problem and tried to overcharge me for a service that I didnt even need.plus the guy who helped me was rude and disrespectful.......worst experience I ever had with auto care and I had a lot of bad ones.
Called them around 12 asked if they have any opening said yes to bring it in, took it straight there and it looked like they had a lot of cars but with in couple hours they had my ac fixed and running like new

Brought my car in for two OBVIOUS leaks. I Pointed out the leaks THEY STILL INSISTED TO SELL ME water pressure Test and smoke test. When they could have placed the parts that needed replaced then done the test to see if there more leaks. Un ethical team hear at kerrys stealer shop.

I have gone to Kerrys for my last few repairs and Ive always felt that theyre honest with me. I dont feel pressured to do more work than whats actually required. They were also very accommodating in bringing my car to my home as I wouldnt have been able to get off work in time to pick it up same day but rather the next morning. Definitely my go-to shop.

I had an issue with my back window not rolling up and the regulator required replacing and $636.00 later it was fixed. The service was done in a timely manner but very very overpriced. I would shop around before coming to this place.

People are nice. But I went in for breaks and a full car inspection. Seemed like the inspection was lazy. They didn’t put air in my tire when it was reading below the psi. Pretty basic thing to do.

I took my truck in to get some motor work done. I needed the truck back after the second day for work so they stayed late to get it done. Unfortunately when it was time to take it home a gasket wasn’t Placed correctly and needed to be replaced and needed to stay for a third day. I received a call an hour after they closed to say that the truck was done and they delivered to me at my address. Even though it took longer than expected they stayed late then dropped it off at my place. Hopefully I won’t need any other work done, but if I do I’ll take it back to them.

Although my car was there for over 24 hrs, somehow they missed that cylinder 4 was misfiring. Ive been using Kerrys for years but I think its time for a change.

UPDATE: Was contacted by the owner and I received a check to reimburse me for the damage and service to my vehicle.Update: 2-1-2019 after 30,475 miles the Goodyear eagle ls2 tires have developed a bubble in one of the tires, no warranty of course.... Garbage shop.... broke my car and sold me bad tires.
Went to this shop once before and felt it was fair, so called today to find out how much they would change for an oil change if I provided my own oil and filter (that they do not carry). Was quoted $12-15 for this but was expecting $20 so agreed and went there.Walked in and was told the fee would be $29.99. They advertise a convention oil change, including oil and filter, for $24.95 so by providing my own oil and filter their price went $5 above their normal labor, oil and filter charge. Is synthetic oil more difficult to change than conventional? No, its not and this is just dishonest.

Usually pretty quick every time I go to Kerrys but even Friday morning as a walk in they still took care of me pretty fast. Justin is the best, great customer service.
Even with appointment, over 3 hour wait for basic oil change and with zero communication, wont go to again
It was fine, nice chairs for waiting it did take a little longer than I expected. Clean area and friendly service

Prompt and professional but they didn’t leave the sticker on my windshield reminding me of my next oil change and didn’t properly close/latch my hood until prompted.
I went in for a routine oil change on 1/9/2021 . I chose this shop because a friend took my car there in the summer for an oil change & it was fine. When they called me to pick up my car they said I needed all my breaks replace, which I was fine with but they never gave me a price. They were expressing how much of an emergency it would be for me to get my breaks done ASAP. I said I would take it back because I had somewhere to be. They never called me to give me the price on my breaks. After I drove off my check engine light was on and my car was severely shaking and then just shut off. It shut off 3-4 times before I could reach somewhere to park my car. I called they shop and let them know what was going on and they asked me to bring the car in to check. When I took it in, they said the reason my car was turning off was because the air filter box was broken and my engine was getting too much air. They slapped duct tape on it and told me to come back on Monday. I AM 100% BLAMING KERRYS CAR CARE FOR THIS. Had they not checked my car to see what else they can charge me for that wouldnt have broke & my car would still be working. Now I have to buy a part that cost $600+ and who knows how much labor would be. I am never taking my care to Kerrys Care Care ever again.—update—It’s been 3 weeks after Kerry’s care care said they would reach out to me to resolve the issue and I still haven’t heard from them. Very unprofessional.

I liked the place. They even shuttled me home while they fixed my car then came picked me up when they were done. They were polite.
