What a horrific experience it has been. I rarely write negative reviews (I can only think of one) but I write many positive reviews. After nearly two years with the agency I am leaving. Customer service is atrocious. The only thing that kept me staying was the inconvenience of switching, but given the latest incident (once again cashing my check without providing me with documentation after repeated requests), I have to go. Beware of this agent. In fact, it is unlikely you will ever meet Monica. In my years as a customer I never met her; all correspondence was done through non-agent staff, even when I went to visit in person on two occasions.
