I’ve been an Allstate customer for like 10 years, I’ve moved around a lot and therefore needed to switch offices a bunch, and every office was great except this one. When I switched to them they spelled my name wrong on the policy and incorrectly reported that I didn’t have a drivers license... and the whole process took a month to redo. They were still charging me for the insurance... eventually I decided to leave the office and it’s been 2 weeks and they still haven’t replied to my emails about qualifying for a prorated refund for the days I didn’t need the insurance after leaving their office. Terrible customer service, they didn’t handle literally anything correctly.
