I have had poor experience with the new management. My entire building is full of bees. My neighbor has told them about it and they are killing 4 a day, while the rest end up dead by the sliding door. They told management 2 weeks ago, said pest control would come “last Monday”. Which they never came. I went down to tell them about it last Monday and they said pest control already came. My neighbor NEVER saw pest control and they work from home. I’m seeing 10 a day. 2 alive and the rest dead my by sliding door. I originally thought it was because of my door, but I recall Maintnance or prior house guest left the sliding door open and all the windows at the end of the property when they moved out. For 2 days!! So God knows what is in the units now. I’ve seen scorpions on my own patio! They live around, so I wouldn’t be surprised if that or roaches or other pests become an issue over the next month or 2. I wouldn’t rent from building number 4. Especially if you have kids. Last thing you need is for them to walk on a half alive bee. I’ve closed my vents to see if that solves the issue. Still woke up with one bee, but it very well could have already made its way thru the vents prior.

This place is asking for a lawsuit each unit has bedbugs within the walls and under the floors. The whole time management would tell me they observe me and my family doing this and that. But can’t observe or help when my car got broke into a couple feet away. Not only that but one of the managers who had gotten me evicted during the beginning of covid sent her husband to knock on my door and file a noise complaint. Which is inclined personal interest so not only was the manager “watching me” but was also disguised as a resident living directly behind me with their ear to the wall who then pretending not to be involved when filing for my eviction. They take advantage of you and take your money

I have lived at these apartments since November and I can honestly say. It’s my first time moving out and I have had no problems. The apartments are clean and I had 0 problems moving in. Every time I have a question the management responds and get things done. The girls in the office are very sweet and welcoming. I would recommend anyone to move here. :)

I Have never had an issue, Maintenance is very fast to get any issue resolved, the ladies in the office are very nice, Patient and considerate, they will work with you if you are having a hard time with rent THEY WILL HELP YOU! If you have issues with this complex or Office staff then you probably deserve it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

My stay at this place was a good experience, the office stuff are really amazing, the maintenance are always on their duty with fast response. I see people talking about roaches and stuff let me be honest with you once your home is clean you won’t see any of those guys ( Roaches) I live in my unit and never left dishes dirty and always kept my place clean. I will miss this place because of the hospitality from the stuff and would recommend it .

This place has been a real blessing. Ive lived here about 4 months now and I couldnt be happier. The complex is surprisingly quiet and have had no issues at all. The staff is probably the best part of living here. They are friendly and they actually care. I feel so lucky that I found such a great place.

My family and i have lived here almost 3 years. The apartments are quiet. The office staff are friendly and courteous, never had a problem. Maintenance is always quick to resolve the issue even if it is an emergency. I enjoy it here,especially since there is a small park across the street.

Me, my husband, and two kids have lived here for almost a yr now and I am lucky to have found this place! We were running out of options and time on finding a place due to a bad experience from another complex which prevented us from really getting anywhere. The office staff was so welcoming and considerate of our situation and helped us move in quickly. We moved in right before all the craziness with covid started happening so shortly after income dropped but they were very understanding and have always worked well with us on a plan to get rent taken care of. Its an older complex so problems do arise but maintenance is so quick to get it taken care of and are very friendly. I have read other reviews about a roach problem and when we first moved in there was a small issue but they were on top of it from the very first week we moved in and havent had a problem since. Its quiet, my neighbors are friendly, and the office and maintenance staff are always amazing!

I have been with this leasing company for years! This is not the only property that I have rented from. Every leasing consultant is professional and kind. If I have a maintenance request they are right on it. Most importantly, management understands the effect that the most recent pandemic has had on the people and the economy. They have put procedures into play that protects the interest of the company but also helps the tenants. Since living here I have referred a family member and they have referred other individuals. Great place to live.

Carla & Natalie are amazing! They are very professional, friendly, and extremely polite. Any questions or concerns that we had when we moved in were answered and taken care of right away.. Maintenance responds & resolves issues quickly. The complex is clean quiet and my family is happy to call this home. Worst place to live they look through your house for no reason and they kick out people for no reason

We live here for a year now, its not a bad place. I will just give you information that I have observe thru my stay.There is a pest service than can be requested every week, if you request for it. Although there are roaches especially in the summer.Gated community - I think not, cause it really never closes.Parking spots are not reserve.Community Light post - there are several post that are busted for a long time ( more than 1 month now).Maintainance guys are pretty good.Office staff - I can only comment on Ceasar cause I have dealt with him and he is pretty good and accomodating.2017 updateWe lived here a total of 3 yrs before we moved out. There is a new management and seems a good one. Here are what i observed with the new management. Manager Hugo is pretty easy to deal with. Staffs are more accomodating.I just hope that they will fix the pothole (northeest of the bldg) that became bigger as rain comes by and it floods as well.I spoke to one of the maintainance guys and they do have a lot of plans, hopefully it will push thru. If this management took over years ago, we possibly stayed.

I was a resident here at Summerhill place last year. I really enjoyed my time here but had a bad experience with the previous office lady which led me to leave a bad review. Summerhill is honestly a great place to live if you are looking for an apartment and need a second chance. I never had any bug issues, my neighbors were nice & it was quiet most of the time. They were really understanding and helped me a lot.

I went in for a tour and the ladies in the office are great. Unfortunately, at the time they dont have any 2 bedrooms for the time frame I needed to be moved in by . But I highly recommend. While I was waiting outside for the office to open a current resident of theirs said they are great and they highly recommend renting here.

I have been living at Summer Hill for 1 year. We had issues with roaches but once we informed the office they came and took care of it. The office ladies can be pretty rude but after dealing with hundreds of tenants one would hopefully understand. Just know what your talking about before you head to the office lol. Its pretty simple.... pay your rent, stay clean, be courteous of your neighbors and you will be fine!

Summer Hill place apartments front desk staff and maiden staff really make you feel at home great place to live at an affordable price

Moved here off of a transfer recommendation from one of their other apartments that I completed a 6month lease in. Wasn’t the best but made it work as I am a nursing student and nursing school is expensive so we made it work. From that, we were offered a transfer to another property they had which was Summerhill Place. I will admit I was a little skeptical from reading the reviews I saw before I took a tour of the place but once I got there things were different. Isabel and Natalie are great with helping and understanding. I really appreciated that. The maintenance team is also really prompt. I also like how they have cameras and keeps the apartment areas clean. Despite what the other bad reviews may say, these apartments are actually good. My neighbors are peaceful and the pool is clean. I have renewed my lease 3 times total with the management and don’t regret it. Not sure if I will be renewing again after these last three months are done due to school and stuff but for new tenants it’s actually a decent apartment. I had the 2x2. Updated and clean upon move in. I thank Summerhill place for working with me and my credit as well so I’m grateful. Thanks Natalie and Isabel for everything!!

Ive lived at summer hill place for over a year and its amazing here! The people are great the office staff is awesome and they try to help how ever they can very understanding and pet friendly my family and I are very happy to have found this place to call home!

I enjoy living here initial reviews kind of scared me but the new management is amazing and they are great to work with. My initial lease was only 6 months which worked out perfect at first then things changed and they’ve been working with me to stay which is a true blessing. Paulina and Natalie are amazing

I would give this place a 5 star but they have all this rocks but no grass or a dog park tell than all give u guys a 4 star

I’ll admit I was very leery of this complex because of the initial leasing process not being what I’m used to, but everything turned out good despite my constant worrying. I haven’t lived here long, but the girls in the office have been very accommodating and prompt when it comes to addressing any concerns thus far. Again, haven’t been a resident long, but so far so good 👍. Maintenance seems to respond fairly quickly to requests as well.

Horrible place. Staff was very unhelpful and “management” is even worst. Unprofessional, tried to rent at this place and when something came up and I couldn’t move in I wasn’t returned any of the huge amount of money I put down. Very unfair considering the fact that I never even got the keys to the place, definitely don’t recommend to anyone

I moved from California to Arizona due to loosing my Restaurant and being evected from my apartment in california and being homeless for 6 months, when I came to Arizona non of the apartments would approve me for renting apartment except Summerhill place they helped me to have a home.I love the managment and maintenance they are all working very professionally with lots of care.I really recommend this place for family living with large area for car parking and 2 outside pools and a very good size gym.Thank you Summerhill place for all of your help.

They stole our rent money and evicted us. We have a 2 year old and there cool with making us homeless. Its cool though well see them in court soon. Dont rent here worse place Ive ever lived. rude managers. Hopefully this place gets shut down or gets in trouble for all the wrong things they do! They are super nice when your first moving in then few months later they start messing with you. They made us pick up cigarette butts that werent ours we dont even smoke. This place is money hungry. They will give you fees for anything. I wouldnt give any stars if I could.Replying to the owner all of what you just said were lies. We have recordings of you guys saying you have video proff of my boyfriend coming in asking for a promise to pay... now he didnt come in at all... You guys lie and are money hungry. See you court! Yall are ridiculous and horrible for doing this to a innocent family who actually paid the rent. Lie all you want sweetie. I have about 4 months living here and I have not had any issues what so ever. I have not seen 1 roach. Ofc staff has always been very helpful to my and my familys needs. Its quiet, and I like that everyone goes about their own business as my family and I like doing.I recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a quiet and privacy.

We moved in with zero hassle. Everyone is complaining about bugs and yet we have not seen even a dead one. The apartment is beautiful and the neighbors are friendly the office was nice and fast to answer questions... Honestly if youre living your life right and doing the right things there is no problems here. Love it !

Enjoyed living here. Anytime Ive had problems the fix within 1-2 days max. Staff is very friendly and honestly understanding. Always do what the can if you communicate. If you want a quiet place to call home then here is it. Paulina,Isabell,and Natalie are always on top of it and care about these appartments. Have a nice gym. I LOVE LIVING HERE!!!! I have been here 8 months and I am not planning to move!!! The girls in the front office are friendly and always willing to help in any way they can.

Im going to edit this, only because the roaches have mostly gone away. However, be prepared for the office to never be open. Their hours are seemingly never the same. They are gone by 2pm on Saturday, and close without notice. They were closed the day after Christmas, and the only notice was on their door the day of? At least the previous three owning companies were nice enough to give out flyers starting when theyd be closed. This company is also the most MONEY hungry of them all. We had our deposit waived when we moved in 2 years ago. But, that didnt stop this company for hounding us for $300 over the course of 3 days. Really? Also, If you go month to month, your rent goes up about $50. We are paying over $800 for the crappiest one bedroom apartment I have ever lived in. Oh, and they dont provide you with any type of gate code, so good luck ordering or having anyone show up past 6pm. They cant get in without someone letting them in. Im constantly having to park my car in the street because of the LINE of people not able to get in, and have to run to the box to wave my card. Its disorganized, they are rude and this place is just a mess. Hence the 3 different managing properties in 2 years. Also, do NOT recommend living near the playground. The kids are always unattended, LOUD, throwing rocks and we have even had peoples kids playing on our PATIO. (Oh yes, alot of the patios are NOT closed off so really anyone can walk onto it.) When we moved in, the apartment was a mess. There was a paint can,roller, and paint tray left in the living room, drawings all over the baseboards, dings throughout, and believe me, I have the photos and a copy of the checklist we filled out the day we moved in, because we are not paying for stuff we didnt do or for the lack of cleanliness when we moved in. Im sure others have had a better experience, but personally, its been a revolving nightmare for usUnfortunately its one of the cheaper places, and we are stuck for the time being.

We enjoy nothing about these apartments. We live right next to the street so hear EVERYTHING !!! Everything there is not one single day we have peace and quiet. We hear motorcycles, ambulance, cops! Next.. we have the loudest neighbors in all directions! You can hear everything threw these walls/windows the windows must be plastic! I have a 6 month old daughter that is woken up at LEAST 5 times throughout the night! The whole apartment itself is build cheap as hell... everything squeaks the doors, the sink handles, the shower sucks that has a mind of its own, our sliding door doesnt shut all the way it has to be LOCKED in order for it to close! I do not recommend these apartments to anyone. Only reason it got a one star rating from me was because I couldnt put 0 STARS!

Paid an application fee never got an update on my status until I myself called in to check up. After being approved, I paid a holding/admin fee of 175$ but was told that would not secure me an apartment because I did not give at least 200$ of the security deposit as according to the person I spoke to its the only way you will have an apartment assigned. For personal reasons I decided not to move here. I called and went into the office to try and get my money back as it had not even been a week of paying such fee. Of course I was denied my money and it was then when they decided to explain how their whole process works. Prior to this situation I was just given a brief summary which was what I stated above the only way to have an apartment assigned by your move in date is to pay a holding/admin fee + 200 of your security deposit otherwise they dont know when youll have an apartment. Well when I question if I could get my money back the lady said they already had an apartment for me they just didnt let me know? Which doesnt make sense that I was never aware of this until I brought up getting my money back. I asked for their management/corporate information and again they denied to give to me, I did get an email address that was not valid if it makes it any better. They also reward there tenants if they leave a good review, should have taken a picture of the ad they had in there office stating such thing but at that moment I never thought what happened was going to happen! They are all rude and unprofessional. They do not introduce themselves by there names perhaps to not get personally called out by there unprofessionalism. Do not rent at these money hungry apartments!Also the agreement paper you sign after paying their fee states that your money becomes non refundable after 7 days from assigned move in date which mine stated it was to be determined so I should have gotten my money back. After mentioning this to them they gave me a million run around reasons as to why I wouldnt be getting my money.

Ive been at this complex for about 4 years and I absolutely HATE it. Ive tried to move multiple times but obstacles always got in the way every time weve tried to move. The gate have NEVER functioned since I moved in. My roommate has lived here 2 years longer than I have and they didnt worked then either. The only staff members that were worth staying for was Martha, Christina, and Cesar; they arent here anymore. I dont know why they let Cesar go they shouldve gotten rid of Irma. There is ALWAYS a problem with her and it is most frustrating. Please find better staff I know there is a new maintenance team and they seem to be doing all right, the new manager is nice. Im still waiting for the laundry room to get fixed. I know somebody that works in the military and tried to apply for an apartment and Irma wanted a supervisor and his bosses name. Obviously he said his boss is President Obama, she said that wasnt possible. The complex has been sold twice since Ive been here, hopefully Irma wont be there any longer.

The office staff does not care about the residents. They say one thing and turn around and do something different!!-! THE MAINTANCE PEOPLE ARE AWESOME THOUGH!THEY SOLD THE APARTMENTS SO HOPEFULLY THE NEW OFFICE STAFF WILL TAKE BETTER CAR AND RESPONSIBILITY!

I have had the pleasure of staying in Summer Hill Place Apts for a year. Ive gotten to experience nothing but kindness and respect from the management team as well as their corporate team. If youre looking for a nice quiet, and spacious place to live with quality neighbors then Summer Hill is the place to be!!

A lot to say but Ill keep it short. The quality of these apartments are cheap for such high rent (for almost $1000 per month youre better off somewhere else). Office and maintenance take forever to get things done if at all. They like to give random fees because they are very money hungry! They dont take care of anything around here. I noticed many tenants move in and out within a couple of months. If you decide to live here all I have to say is good luck, and enjoy a brief stay!

I came to Summerhill Place from out of state. I am so glad I did. I received top notch customer service and assistance. The property and apartment are wonderful. The maintenance team are on point. I would refer anyone to Summerhill Place Apartments.

Worst place ever all the workers in the office are related they stole my rent money evicted me and will fine you for anything and everything it took them 3 months to fix a hole in my ceiling they never fixed my dishwasher after the year I was there my car was stolen from the parking lot cause the gates never work the maintenance workers would just walk in my apartment without announcement of who they were management and office people are ignorant and rude beyond belief they act like your friend and like they care and that theyve been in your spot before but they havent the corporate they speak about is just one lady that lives in a different state and sees over other complexes they switched me from a 6 month lease to a month to month without my permission and consent if you live here currently or plan on living here I suggest you do a lot of research on landlord tenant act and hire yourself a lawyer for the entire duration of your stay as well as look over your lease and study it

When I first moved into summerhill I thought the management in the office was nice I was fooled the manager Tanya is so inconsiderate Ive asked for weeks for them to get the roaches out of my place they still have roaches I asked them to fog my place and spray for roaches they said okay made me pack all my stuff up out of cabinets and drawers and guess what? they forgot to come fog the place for roaches made me leave for four hours to come back and find out nothing was done when I confronted Tanya she said she would have them spray the following day nobody came to spray of course. the apartments maintenance sucks when asked to do maintenance you have to ask five times before they come and actually do something for you... but as soon as they have something to snitch on you about they dont hesitate to snitch because I have a dog which they know about and as soon as my friend brings her dog over to play with my puppy they run and tell the office I picked up on another dog jumping to assumptions all the maintenance do for you is try to get you in trouble Ive never been so disappointed with an apartment complex till now dont move in if you hate cockroaches and if you depend on the maintenance around here to do something for you when your apartment starts falling apart !! good luck if your already stuck with a lease in this hell whole

I was wrongfully evicted from these apartments by Tiffany and the fat lady. The management used to be really good... up until Tiffany and the fat lady showed up. They are very rude and condescending.

We have this place for almost a year and obviously having an AC run out and leaking more than once and using the emergency number is not even helpful. Who lets kids suffer in a hot apartment? This company doesnt care. Even the head maint. guy doesnt know nothing about HVAC.

I saw a posting of a frustrated mother, who showed pictures of just a few of the MANY roaches she has in her apartment, and video of them climbing all over her walls! Not just a few,which is bad enough, but ALOT. I then went on the review section of these apartments, and tenant after tenant has complained not only of bugs, but the list of issues is unbelievable!!! It sounds as though this may be a slumlord situation.Everyone should gather a bunch of roaches in a jar and all at once take them to the office and turn them loose. Betcha that will get their attention!!! Call 3 on your side. You all need IMMEDIATE SATISFACTION.LET THE NEWS GET INVOLVED.NO AIR CONDITIONING...TOILET ISSUES...ANIMAL ESCREMENT EVERYWHERE...ROACHES???? THE SQUEAKY WHEEL GETS THE GREASE, OR MAYBE CAN RESIDE IN A LIVEABLE HOME.

I am just lost for words. I never experience anything more un professional and just a mess. I recently came from another apartments that Chamberlin owns . With high hopes that this place was better for my family. I was wrong, The first day I came to sign the new please I was introduced by a lady name k she The manager . She will smile in your face and pretend like shes all sweet and polite. And tell you anything Just to shoot you out her face. The first day we got in the apartment it was pretty nice and I thought oh well maybe this could be home and what happen at the AC started leaking nonstop. The AC is broke does not work at all. All its good for is leaking nonstop it feels as if youre sitting outside it does not work at all! I reported and was told someone would be right in to fix five days later no one showed up. We pay rent for roaches to live rent free. The management she is so unprofessional. Its so hot in this apt. Im so glad my kids are in school because at night they suffer so much. I keep getting the runaround someones going to be in someones going to be in an no one comes. I cant wait to leave this place. Its much more than I can even say. Save your time any money!! Dont not move in here.

DONT LIVE HERE!!!!This dump was built purely for profit. They dont care about anyone. The staff members are all VERY rude espcially the boss. Also theres trash and dog poop everywhere! Whenever theres a problem with the apartment they are SLOW to fix it. The pet deposit is way overpriced! 300 dollars woth only 100 dollars refundable. While other places it cost 200 at most. With the way the apartments were built, Im surprised they can even hold theirselfs up. Everything is made from the crapist and cheapist material they could possibly find. Not to mention you only one card to open the gate with then you attach one phone number. And that secerity sucks because all you have to do is press call and if they answer the phone youre in. Also the gate doesnt even work half the time, so nevermind saftey. Only one mail key and only one pool key. Theres 3 people living here. This place is utterly and absolutely ridicilous. I cant wait to get out.

Iam leaving here for almost 4 yrs each year the rent go up and the services go down.when we move the carpet wasnt new . so jow its the worst. but thats little things. the ac last week was no working so they take 3 days to fix it . now again is not cooling so i went this morning and they said the will be came tomorrow. now another day with the little cooler on all day (they provide) spending my electricity to be anywas hot cuz my kid (2ysr) dont want spend all day in one room of course.the last magnament was very helpful they fixed the things right the way.

Disapointed but not surprised at all literally . i knew they were guna pull something shady on me. so my story is i needed an apartment asap but did not have time to come in person to apply so they told me i can do it on line but i would have to pay $100 to hold the apartment which i had no choice because i have no time to go in person, they never said anything about i have 40 hrs to get my money back. So i applied then i read all the reviews and decided this is not the place i would like take my family. Then i kept trying to call but they never answer i didnt leave a message most of these apartments never respond anyway so after a week they finally answer and tell me i cant get my money back since its been more than 40hrs lol i laugh to myself because i knew they were guna pull something shady on me after reading these reviews. I dont have time to argue fight with these people because these damn apartments allways win and take ppls money because there broke the least i can do is leave this review and hopefully i can save someone else there money in the future so they dont get robbed by apartments like this one im glad i didnt move here! But yea im pissed i lost $100 over nothing

My boyfriend lived here and they are INFESTED with roaches !!! They are everywhere ! His neighbor above him has dogs and they are peeing on the balconie and it drained into my boyfriends balconie . This place is absolutely NASTY ! There’s also mold growing on the ceilings as well ! Would never recommend this place !

This appartmenta are the worst place to live I lived there for only 5 maybe 6 months n they r just horrible the day I was getting my appartmenta after doing the application the lady they had in the right desk I told her I had money to hold the apartment and first months rent I told her ima run to the bank Ill be right back ( I had a money order she told me they took them then I got it n went there she told me after I got there ohh we dont take money orders) so I come back from the bank and she laughed in my face saying she gave the appartmenta to someone already I was gone for 3 min literally....Then ceaser worked with me n got me a new appartmenta he is a nice guy n very helpfull so was the main lady so after living there so many complications that had happened once I moved in Ill name a few that they took for ever to fix....Master toilet never flushed on the first flush or holding it down I have to flush 3-6 times I put in 5 work orders for that n they came 3 times to try to fix it n they never did....then my apartment fluded with water from the kitchen sink and dishwasher took them forever to fix it n my house stunk so bad....The ailing fan in my house was swinging like it was going to fall I put in 3 work orders and they never fixed it untill I was about to move then they came to fix it....The reason I moved so sudden is because there was a perverted guy that lived across from me always had a sexual remark to say to me n all kinds of sexual acts he wanted to do n I have many many witnesses that were with me the many times he said thoes things and they never did anything to help resolve the situation....Hope ppl read this n the many reviews they have gotten really wish I would have because I wouldnt have moved into the money hungry peace of crap appartments.

We moved in on June 20. We have a new stove, new carpet and the countertops throughout are resurfaced. I have never felt like any staff were rude when I go to the office. With all that being said; the following reasons are why i rate Summerhill so low.The shower knob in our master bath is broken. It works but its broken and anyone who uses it would know it immediately. We requested maintenance the first time and maintenance came and worked on it so the knob turned loosely but now its too loose. The water temp is stuck at unbareably hot and the water pressure through the faucet is so high that the tub fills up a quarter of the way before you can pull the tab for the shower head. We requested maintenance again and this time we were just told that its fixed and thats just how it works, although thats not how our guest shower works.Secondly, as many people mentioned... structurally, the unit is not built well. The floors are uneven, the front door has a half inch crack underneath which lets heat and probably bugs in.Cockaroaches are a thing too. We requested for peat control... which they charge you monthly regardless if you use the service or not. My boyfriend was home at the time and said that the guy only sprayed in a few corners. Since then, a day has not passed that I havent seen one around inside. We are clean. Our home is not messy and I sanitize religiously as we have a toddler who gets into everything. Our kitchen is cleaned after every use so this roach problem does not stem from us.Then there are the stray cats and poop everywhere around the complex. I am not sure if all the poop are from stray cats or some are from irresponsible pet owners however Im sure a majority come from the more than 50 stray cats around. If anything good can come from that, I guess its that I havent seen any rats or mice. The cats climb on vehicles, go into peoples patios if they are on the lower levels and I dont doubt theyd cause problems crawling into engines during the winter.There are 4 vehicle size gates that would go into and out of the complex however only 2 are open. So depending on which end of the complex you end up at, your time leaving for work and coming home may be spent in the parking lot through all of the speed bumps. The main entrance used to close between 6pm-6am, now its always open which begs the question of whats the point?Theres pedestrian gate that used to be open in the back. It was nice because it made walking to the park across the street with a toddler easy but now its been chained closed. It would make better sense to have it locked but give residents a key so they can utilize it.New management has taken over the property last month, Im hoping they can make things better but in the last 2-3 weeks things only seem to be getting worse.As of right now we have no plan to renew our lease next year. Its unfortunate because the neighborhood is pretty quiet and I like the area.

Careful, if applying online, their prices are intentionally left about $120 under the true value.They wont say anything about it until after youve paid for the application and holding fee.

Just moved in, love the place. Have great ameneties for a low price. The staff is super nice and willing to help with anything. They worked with us when I moved in to accomodate my situation. Will reccommend to my friends!

This place is not cool, if you use your phone around maintenance people, theyll assume that you talking about them, this place is something else

LMAO Darci Heald was the property manager at Summerhill place and its is soo bad of course she had to write an excellent review about it. Lived there for two years and they still havent fixed the front gate like they promised to when we moved in. On top of that they permanetly locked the side gate so the only way in and out is to go all the way to the front. Cant count on the matience crew to fix anything because they either complain about doing it or dont fix it at all. Cops are always in and out of the complex, even had the swat team in a couple months ago because a lady was being held up at gunpoint in her apartment. The list goes on and on..Cant wait to move out when our lease is up!!

I lived at summerhill place the apartments are good but the people who live there are loud and noises. I disliked I got robed at gun point with my 4month old son getting held upside down at 6pm (sunlight) by the mail box and no one seen it the gates dont work and they did not want to let me out of my lease. they say they have people walking around all the time. then I dont know where they were when parties were going on with loud music untill 6am and lil kids run around no one watching them while kids trow things at windows and other little kids. but I am giving this place a 1 because the otter side is very nice oh yeah please dont let your ac break down because it takes them 3days to get to you then they dont know what they are doing

WORST PLACE IVE EVER LIVED. Staff is super rude & UNPROFESSIONAL! They are liars and dirty scammers. Do yourself a favor and move somewhere else.

Horrible apartments, staff, and maintenance. It takes weeks to get anything fixed. Really rude employees, and had a hole from maintenance that they made to fix a broken pipe in my apartment took over 2 month before it got fixed after countless calls.

Worst PLACE EVER,!!!ROACH INFESTED ! YOU WILL BE PAYING RENT FOR ROACHES ! THEY MISSED EVER SPRAY VISITED. WORST LIVING CONDITIONS EVER ...... SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Worst customer service I have ever received. Who answers the phone flat as can be and doesnt mention the property their working at. Tiffany and Mariah are the absolute rudest people I have ever encountered. If they treat their prospects like that I can only imagine how they treat their residents.

Do not rent here. they lie and give u the run around. i over paid on the app fee. and i decided not to move in. so now they wont return my money....RUN RUN RUN...... FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE APTS......

This place was horrible half the plugs did not work the carpet was coming up the air condition was always leaking, loud music played everyday, stray cats and to top it off they have roaches they did not fix the situation when we asked for a exterminater they have a lot I mean so many roaches I do not recommend these apartments and never will I will help to let people not to move in these thats the only help Ill give.

If I can give it no stars I would I hate it here .The people in the office are rude and theres cockroaches everywhere outside .Theres cats always crying and fight all loud at night .Also there always shutting off the water line from like 9am-3 pm .They only have one entrance now which sucks and one exit .cant wait until lease is up to move out .

Manager has bad Customer service! She doesn’t care about the people that come in. She needs to be replaced with someone that helps. Bad for business!
