This company even when faced with a child support payment order that theyre supposed to take out neglects to take out the payment and send it in and thinks that they can do it whenever they want and not as its ordered. If they dont get your hours clocked in because somethings wrong with the clock then they wont even pay you for the hours that you work because theyre like we have no proof.

If you not Mexican don’t waste time they won’t talk to you with respect. Won’t take accountability of their mistakes but can repeat over and over how you didn’t reread and catch their mistake so it’s my fault after I woke up early drove out my way for nothing cause she circle first shift (which I asked for ) and in small print somewhere else it say 3pm. Not one apology no I’m told I should have read the paper These women in Glendale heights and Bensenville location have the intellect of 15-year-olds

One of the girls working there has an issue that I asked for a specific job that was hiring, Made me go through a process & tests that no one else did. After I get done with all the extra stuff she tells me she cant process my application because my ID was expired after she had my SS & ID for over an hour, At the end of the day it was a 2 hour waste of time. She couldnt even speak proper English.

They are so unprofessional they never answer the phones and they always send u to voice automated system mid conversation and when ubcall right back noone answers the phone at all

These women are only dedicated to giving good jobs to who they want and dnt care to fix any issues you have . They send you to jobs that no one a do and overhead one say they need one more person for forklift I ask about it it’s no more positions for it 4 mins later idk how that was possible but Dnt waste time here unless your Mexican 💯

The employees are poorly trained on their own operating systems and extremely unprofessional. Be prepared to feel unfairly treated. There is a sign in sheet but people are called to be helped out of order.

WORST AGENCY EVER!!!! Each visit was a 2-3 hour wait because they were all talking and gossiping with eachother or on their phones. I went in and was standing at the front counter for like 10 mins before anyone even realized I was there. The ladies there dont care about your job needs and will tell you false statements about the job like the shift hours required and the over time. I would not even recommend this agency to anyone

They are not do work systematic. Very rude give answer. Last week i called and she said yes,your check is ready. When i go said your check is not ready. You have to wait. So terrible. Very unsecure. What she do last week? I just my wast of time 2 times. Second time they not ready to make check for me. 2 hours I wait for my check. Wow!! 😮😏

Always good paying jobs higher than min wage if you stay consistent with them. Make sure your dedicated to the job they give you and give yourself a good name.

Sometimes theyre fast to serve but theres times that they are slow and process been cud be from 1-2hrs. Plus i didnt like that the recruiting specialist didnt know how to pronounce or spell my first name. How can u get Jackson from Jason. Im already in the payroll. ASG, Hire a better recruiting specialist.

Its not the jobs its the agency you go through just to get to the jobs the people to give you the job be lying about what they have available I then called 4x to make sure that it was the right one because they have A ASG IN BENSENVILLLE & A ASG in Glendale heights I went to the one in Glendale she told me that its one in Bensenvillle that has the job I was calling about then she even told me the lady name I called the one in Bensenvillle the lady sitting up there lying about if she have the job or not like bro 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
