Only reason there getting 1 star is because I can not give them no stars literally made me come into the facility & fill out all types of test & paperwork.Gave me the job just 2 take it away and not find me another job they wasted 2 weeks of my time horrible staff communication at this location.

If i could give zero stars i would!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS AGENCY!!! Missing hours on my check and they say there is nothing they can do????? What type of agency can do anything about hours missing!??? Horrible service!

They are unorganized and have horrid communication skills. My boyfriend has now been through 3 different temp jobs through this agency and has been told conflicting information from the place of business and accurate. If you have a family who you need to provide for, go through a different agency.

Carlos Vueluas,Juan,Juana,Leslig and Marlo are great staff workers who put employees first and takes care of their employees. I love working for Accurate Agency because of the opportunities they provide for hard working people like myself. Accurate has changed my work ethics and my life. This is a great agency and I will continue to work with them with a positive outlook on life with hard work and dedication.

I would actually give them negative stars...rude....unprofessional...disorganized...worst staffing agency yet!!! The job I got hired from had to do the agencys job in finding people and put us through this nonsense of a staffing firm. This agency actually called me when I wasnt to be working yet and stated to me...you should have started already...i stated no and that I start on this certain day...they proceeded to be very rude to me and said well is your name angela...i said no ...my name is michele....im glad Im hired on with my job now cause....i can go on with the bs i had to endure with this agency till that happened!!

My experience with accurate personel and staff was awesome!!! Carlos was able to assist me immediately with finding me work that matches my trade skill which is a certified forklift operator with in know time to waste!!! I would suggest for anyone to stop by at their office in carol stream to meet carlos and staff members thats willing and ready to assist you with job opportunities of your choice!!! Trust me its worth it because im much satisfied with my new forklift position that i now have today!!! Thank you all much at accurate personel for your services and kindness at heart!!! Arnold...
