I came in to the salon after a very hard day at work, hoping i would be relaxed. The only thing I wanted is a very good pedicure with a good massage chair. The chair was broken and I didn’t get my pedicure until about 30 minutes later. And i had an appointment.

Absolutely love this place. I usually go to the one in Woodland Park but they are super rude and pushy. Coming here made me and my bf so happy. The staff was very nice and were able to communicate with you. We laughed, joked and had a great time while we got our mani pedis done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Will go back if I ever have the opportunity. Thanks ladies!

NEVER AGAIN!!! The staff was completely rude. The woman who did my pedicure burned my leg with cream that was too hot. They refused to accept their gift card as payment, saying it was too old, but they were closed for months due to Covid. I pointed that out and they didnt care. Ive never been treated so poorly in any nail salon like this. With the amount of salons that are available, there is no reason to support this place. I also tipped them generously and they didnt even say thank you.

The manager and staff are so rude. They have an attitude every time I walk in and don’t even say hi, like I’m not supposed to be there! Very uncomfortable environment. Never going back!

Just had an amazing experience at Eden Nails! The prices are great and their work is even better!! I am a very satisfied customer.

First time at Eden Nail and Im so happy with my experience! Even though I came during the morning rush I was seated right away and got a gel mani and pedi. My manicurist, Rena, was wonderful! She took extra care to make sure my nails were PERFECT. Im very happy and will be returning! Highly recommend.

I will not return to this place! I’ve been here a few times and every time I come in, I’m never welcomed . Some of the manicurists there are rude. One of the customers told me to quiet down my phone because it was supposedly “too loud”. What I didn’t like was that not one of the people that worked there tried to resolve the situation. They all looked away like they didn’t want to be bothered. Overall, I would say bad customer service.Also, I got nail extensions and they were already falling off 2 days later. They also do not have a large selection of colors and they could use an update on the latest nail designs out now.

Had Gel French Manicure done but it started chipping off so went back to have it repaired but had to pay extra $6 dollars!!!They had told me gel would last a month and because of their poor workmanship or whatever I had to pay more? I had told them it had been less than a week(cause if it is less than week, it is free), but since they said they could not believe me they would charge me anyway!!!(I did offer to show proof since my work pay stub will show when I was off)Felt totally ripped off. Gel plus repair cost $41 and $7 tip!!Eden Nail got extra $6 from me but was it really worth it because now they lost one customer who couldve given them business for years to come.

I love Eden nail!! We moved to a different area and I cant find a place as great as Eden, so I came back. The ladies do a wonderful job, so relaxing and enjoyable.

My go to place for manicures, pedicures and waxing. Everyone that works there has been there for many years. Good sign Id say.
