I absolutely loved my experience at this place, I really wanted to love it. Everyone was super kind and welcoming, my nail tech was super gentle and got me in and out of there in great time. I loved how my nails turned out, however I am only giving Royal Nail Spa 3 stars because they barely lasted a week, which is not the quality I paid for. I got them done on Friday right before my homecoming (9/24) and attached are pictures of my nails 8 days later (10/2). They are so badly cracked underneath which has never happened to me before. Now I have to take them off because of how bad the cracking is, it looks awful! It’s such a shame, this place is super nice and I’ve heard so many good things about it but unfortunately I’m very disappointed:(

My first time coming here. I think this will be my new nail salon! I asked for a nail design of sunflowers and Sarah, my nail tech, did an amazing job. I highly recommend this place!

I cannot say there is a better nail place in Glen Ellyn than the Royal Nail Spa. The people that work there are friendly and have always done a fantastic job with my nails. They are great at fixing broken nails which was a plus for me since I work a lot with my hands. I am sad that I am moving and have to find a new place to get my nails done in the future. Would highly recommend visiting this place!

I visited this nail salon and got a fill in. The tech seemed in a bad mood and did not even greet me and my friend. He did not fully remove the existing gel and proceeded to paint directly over it. Midway between he told different nail tech to sit another client directly next to me and did not abide by the 6 foot social distancing rules. When I attempted to call back to discuss the quality of the nails the salon kept disconnecting the call and refused to speak with me. If you are looking for any type of ombré or design this is not the establishment

I cannot say enough good things about this place! They were extremely clean and organized. They took us before our appointment. I took my mom and they were very accommodating. Tracy did my no chip and pedicure and paid attention to details, took her time and did such a great job. Thank you very much I found my new nail shop!

I had Sarah as my nail technician today and she was absolutely phenomenal! My pedicure was lovely but what really blew me out of the water was her patience and help when it came to my dip manicure. I spent the entire pedicure trying to pick out my colors yet had no luck (I’m VERY indecisive). When we got to the manicure station I had decided on multicolor nails, just not sure which shades of the colors I should do. She sat there with me and all of the possibilities until we found the perfect colors. Absolute sweetheart :)

They are absolutely the best! Sarah helped me pick nail colors to match my bridesmaid dress and Kathy and Tracy were super sweet and did great work. I love them! They are very clean and I noticed how seriously they take keeping their staff and clients safe. I wouldnt go any other place!

Amy is the best. I will follow her anywhere. And this location is bright and cherry and relaxing.

If you’re looking for a genuinely welcoming experience, I would not recommend. I’ve come here a few times, and all of my visits haven’t been terrible.. but they weren’t the best. There’s a very nice/nasty vibe and treatment, along with lacking technique in shaping acrylic nails... wish it wasn’t this way because I’ve spent a lot of money with them, but me and a few other people I’ve ran into with the same issues aren’t going back..

I was skeptic to go to a nail salon due to Covid. However all my fears went away! This salon did a great job and follows covid protocols which gives me some sanity.Compared to other nail salons, royal nail spa is cheaper which is a plus. Sofie (or sophia) did my full set manicure. She did an AMAZING job. Im really picky and particular with my nails. My nails are the same size for once and looks very natural. I found my new favorite place :)I HIGHLY recommend!

Outstanding. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I had pedicures and they did an awesome job. My wife also gets her fingernails done. She has been going to Tony for 15 years and has been extremely happy.

Today was the first time I tried out this nail salon and I have to say this place deserves the almost 5 star review! The salon itself is beautiful and elegant, as I was getting my nails done I saw other employees cleaning everything which is especially satisfactory to see with Covid-19 still a huge threat. I was early for my appointment by about 10 minutes and they were able to take me right away. I had my eyebrows waxed and Tammy, my waxer and nail stylist, did a wonderful job. She listened to what I had to say and did them perfectly. Then when it came to my nails, she was so detailed with her work. She made sure they looked perfect, the shape, the color, the texture, and the shine, all perfect. I don’t get my nails done often, every couple months or so but this place has me wanting to come back sooner rather than later. I have tried many other nail salons and they were fine. This one is the first one I have found in at least a couple years that I am 100% happy with my overall experience in the salon as well as the services I received. Thank you so much, Tammy! I can’t wait to come see you again.

Beautiful salon! Friendly staff. No wait. Quick and clean service. I had dipping powder done. Loved the variety of colors (even though I went neutral) and I loved that they had matching toe polish too. I always like to match my finger nails and toe nails...just my thing 😉. We will be returning to this location even though there are others closer to where we live. 🥰

This is the cleanest salon Ive been to in a while! I have struggled to find a place that does a good job for the money, is clean, professional, and actually listens to what I need. This salon did an amazing job on my dip nails. They are the perfect length and thickness and the nail tech listened to my request to not cut my very thin cuticles. I was in and out in 45 minutes with an appointment. Id highly recommend to anyone who is nervous about trying a new salon. This place is definitely the answer!

I got my nails done here the other day and OMG they did an AMAZING JOB! I’ve gone to many places in Chicago (where I’m from) and they’ve charged me the same price and done an awful job. 60$ is sooooo worth this acrylic set! I would recommend Sarah, she was fast but still did everything so carefully. Now I will be back every month to get my nails done here!

Love royal nails, after having an issue with my acrylics popping off from another salon i decided to try out royal nails on valentine’s day and they did NOT disappoint. Tony took the extra time during the acrylic application to ensure a strong bond as i am a hair stylist and constantly washing my hands. The salon is beautiful and clean and everyone was very friendly, i cant wait to go back for my fill today, with all my acrylics intact

I really appreciate Royal Nail Spa investing in Glen Ellyn. Each nail technician Ive been with, especially Tiffany and Maddie, has provided terrific quality pedicures and no-chip manicures. Im really happy for our community that Royal Nail Spa carefully expanded their footprint and invested in the area and this strip mall.

Have never had a bad experience here. Staff is very friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable. I drive 45 minutes just to come here because I havent found a place that does as good of a job near me. The dipping powder nails I get last over 3 weeks.

I’ve been coming here for a few months now. I used to go to a place in Schaumburg that I loved, but then I moved and tried this place. Very happy, I love getting my nails done here. Nana is amazing, listens to what I want, and makes it happen. Very clean, and everyone is super welcoming!

I have come twice to this salon. The first time I was disappointed with the quality but the owner was willing to fix the issue. I went back and gave them a chance to fix my no chip manicure. Tracy was my nail tech the 2nd time and did a PHENOMENAL job!! My nails are beautiful! I will definitely be coming back again as long as Tracy does my nails :)

Ive been here a handful of times and only had one sub part experience, which they did rectify without an argument. I used to be loyal to Luxe off of Butterfield, but Royal is my new go-to. The prices are reasonable, the service is great, and my no chop always lasts over the 2 week threshold.

Wonderful treat to get a deluxe pedicure here. Nail spa is uniquely decorated with a water feature you have to see for yourself 😉!

Had an Organic pedicure last week. It was the BEST pedicure i’ve EVER had!!!!!Went back tonight for a fill on my acryllic nails.WORST fill I ever had in 30 years. The gentleman ignored my concerns I talked about before he started and then drilled at too high of a speed that my nails were getting hot. THEN he took my nails down to the nubs! They haven’t been this short since I was 12 years old. (Plus more issues) It felt like he couldn’t wait to be done. The last 20 minutes my skin was crawling to get out of there!SO......Pedicure with Tiffany 10 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!Fill on Acryllic nails with Richard 1/2 Star.I welcome a PM to discuss with owner. It would be nice since this is a new shop, for the owner or manager to ask when paying “How was your service today?” I wanted to discuss this that night but probably better that I didn’t. As I was fuming!!!!

That place is not clean at all. I have been a regular client for a long time, but the last time that place was unprofessional. They didn’t change the towel on the table were I was sitting on, which Another client had just used and was full with nails dust and he just folded . And the work of my nails was like my 4year daughter played.
