The level of service provided by William and his team, was comprehensive along with pristine quality and attention to detail. My vehicle damage was estimated and a complete report was forwarded to my email immediately following the estimate inspection. William made arrangements to pick up my vehicle and the quality of work was outstanding. My vehicle was delivered back to me detailed and fully cleaned inside and out. William is a respectable honest owner, who delivers quality craftsmanship with integrity. I without any hesitation recommended James Auto Works. James Auto Works never disappoints. From major to minor jobs, they do it all. Will is honest, reliable, and professional! He is attentive to every detail and goes beyond just body work. He took care of any insurance issues and even set up a rental. We were even short cash when we needed to unload our truck off the flatbed. Will didn’t hesitate to help us. Will and the team were excellent! My car had significant damage to the entire front end of the car and they restored it to perfect condition quickly. I was recommended to use James company regarding a incident that I had encountered that required the bumper on my new lease to be fixed,James met with me, inspected the damage, knew exactly what needed to be done, contacted me the following day to make the final arrangements to bring in the car so he could do the necessary repairs, getting me back to my regular routine asap.The product was ordered by James who had me my Corolla back on the road in a week.He did a great job, nobody could ever know that the car had a issue with anything, i got my car returned looking brand new. Which was such a relief, situations like this are terrifying for me.However I had no reason to be concerned, my car, trust had been placed in good hands, the condition of my car is great, unrecognizable that there was ever a issue. I recently had some auto body work done at Willco Auto Body after my sons 2019 Honda Accord was rear ended. The Willco team did a great job working with the adjusters from Progressive Insurance. They pushed hard to make sure my new car had original equipment parts and not aftermarket parts that Progressive recommended for the repair. They were convenient, reserved a rental for me and did the work quickly. The car was immaculate and they did a great job. I was also talking to the owner who mentioned I may be able to negotiate with the insurance company for a possible diminished value claim. Always good to have someone look out for you. The shop is clean, they have a strong reputation and overall an excellent choice for an auto body shop anywhere near Glen Cove.

Great place!! Walked in met Billy he introduced me to his staff showed me around and explained the whole process. He took care if everything... Exceeded my expectations!! Ive been a customer (4) times in the past ten years...twice for insurance claim repair, and twice for repairs not covered by insurance. Each time, the work was excellent and I was completely satisfied. Will and James took the time to go over the scope of work and any options. I have complete trust in the whole team because they want the job to come out right, and for me to be happy with the quality of their work.Recently brought in my Moms Honda Accord for a surprise repair of some old accident damage. My car needed repair of damage to my passenger door. I am extremely pleased with their cost estimate for work and the timely manner in which it was done. They were very professional and courteous. The paint and repair job was done to perfection and they also touched up scratches on my front cowling to my surprise. My car was due for inspection and oil change which they also did within the time frame I was told. I highly recommend James Auto Works!!!!
