I was in and out. I did have a minor issue though. I had a nail in my tire and my tire pressure sensor came on. I went during my lunch break. Samantha helped with the nail and Jay recognized the nail didnt puncture my tire. After putting my car on the lift, he diagnosed that my tire valve was leaking. Jay had a replacement valve on hand. Didnt take too long and didnt cost too much. Maybe it took 30-35min? Love the fact they have a lady mechanic and Jay made sure to find out the problem. Thanks both!

My car broke down right outside this place and decided it didnt want any more of its coolant. A 50 cent part was part of the issue, and they wouldnt take my money for it even when I insisted. Genuinely nice people with what looks like a clean and competent shop that saved my day from being worse!

Global Motors is by far the best mechanic shop Ive been to in Glen Cove. The man who runs it is very understanding and knows so much about cars! I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area! Im a regular customer and go there all the times for oil changes. I recently just had some engine work done and Jay saved me so much money and he was so fast! Thanks Again Jay, youre the best!!!

Beware !!! They advertise oil changes at $19.99 via a window poster. When they charged me $39.99, I asked why, and the owner citedfine print, However, I looked at the poster for the fine print/exclusions and there were none. SCAM,,,,,

HORRIBLE!!! STAY FAR AWAY! Did not want to even give that 1 star but site makes you. Owner Jay is the most dis honest person. We tried saving money by skipping the dealership only to find out he wanted to commit Insurance Fraud and have us lie to the inspector that other repairs were needed to cover his costs. When we refused, he was rude and argued with my husband. We went to pick up our SUV to find parts all laid out on the floor. We demanded he put them back and within days later had other problems. Dealership knew right away that another shop worked on our truck and said it was not done properly. Now we are paying 4000 to fix his Mishap!!!

Avoid at all costs. Brought my car in to get looked at for a shaking issue. The guy seems like a charmer, but really he just took advantage of me (a college student without much income). He told me to replace something I clearly didnt need replaced and he ended up completely throwing off my alignment, which made the shaking way worse. After calling about getting a refund for the bad service he yelled at me for 5 minutes for being crazy for asking for a refund on even a part of the service. Apparently it was my fault for saying yes to a service he told me I needed. Do not go to this place you will get ripped off and treated badly. Theres plenty of better, more professional options around.

I went the to fix my A/C and get an inspection..An hour later, J the owner called me and said my insurance company would be there in the morning and I had to lie to them and Say that a bunch of other stuff was wrong with the car.I refused and told him I was coming to get my car right Away. Upon my arrival he was charging me $500 For my inspection and a $50 piece he claims to have installed but his intention was to rob my insurance company of over a $1000 I told my insurance company and days later I began having problems with my BMW.As of right now my car is Sitting at BMW of Oyster Bay at my bills are amounting to almost $4000 so far.. shame on this man he needs to be shut down.

This place will get the job done no matter whats wrong with your car in my experience just a little bit too expensive
