Absolutely the best Volvo mechanic ever!! I had broken down on the Long Island Expressway and he talked me through all the things that he thought it could be and one of them was some obscure wire which he gave me the location of and Viola!! I could start the car again and get it home! A genius!!

After 20 years of Volvos, I switched to a collectors VW beetle: Rusty is as brilliant in German as in Swedish! You wont find a better expert technician in any state!
