Had my taxes done and they were done incorrectly also filed an amended for that was also done wrong. I received a letter from IRS took that in they done my taxes over after receiving my in tial refund they now say I owe $1000.00 and now they keep avoiding me and passing the buck

I filled my Taxes through them back in February 2020 and applied for ITIN number for my wife. I havent heard back from IRS. I know were in the middle of a pandemic but they could be more responsive and try to help. The solution was we need to send the taxes again while another branch in CA is telling me to first resolve the issue. Who should i trust?

We gave this score because Ms. Eileen Keagy. Ms. Eileen took her time to help us when I accidentally scheduled an appointment for a different day. She offered to help us anyway. She took the time to explain the new tax reform laws and how they would positively and or negatively would affect our return. Ms. Eileen has a great spirit and was nice to meet someone so kind and customer service focused.

We are not happy with the service we received back in 2016. We were not properly informed. I filed my taxed nanny job the year before because I had worked many hours, so we filed the paperwork and everything. But the following year, I worked considerably less at my taxed nanny job, so I was uncertain if we needed to file my job. No one informed me that I should have filed it regardless. Our accountant said well- I didnt make that much, I dont need to file it, theres no need. Meanwhile, my employer rightfully did their taxes and had me on record. 2 years later in 2018, we get a letter from the IRS which stated they were going to GARNISH my husbands debit account almost 2k! And they did! We were so livid, especially since we didnt intend to skirt the law. It doesnt matter how clueless we are about filing taxes, we are a young couple. But we went here so it could have been done right. Dont come here.UPDATE: I just got another IRS bill for 1.5k that says I need to pay it in 10 days! No notice before. I am so livid! Dont ever come here for peace of mind!

Joyce Louque is absolutely the best H&R Block tax professional by far. I drive over an hour each way to have Joyce prepare my taxes and I am happy to do so instead of going to the H&R Block that is 10 minutes from my house. Joyce goes out of her way to make sure I am satisfied. Joyce has been doing my taxes for over 10 years and I wont have anyone else do my taxes except for Joyce Louque.

Got taxes done correctly; however, our tax preparer invited us to check in mid-year to see if we were withholding enough (since we had incurred a penalty the previous year). We did - twice. One email she answered, saying shed been out and to give her a few days. She never responded again.

I have used H&R block for numerous years in another state. I had no problem until I went to Crane HWY. The expert that did my taxes filed a W-7 that I could not use. It took a month and a half to figure this out after I called the IRS. They decided to file married filing single at this time which was last week. I still havent had a copy of my taxes. I called and they said it was in the system. I look in the system a night ago and they had the one that they messed up in the system. Called them and ask to have a review done and they were trying to send me back to the same individual. After making an appointment, less than 24 hours later they changed the appointment date and couldnt figure out why the appointment was changed. I wonder if incompetency is being taught or its just nobody cares. I still havent had an answer as to when or if I will get some of my over 300$ refunded. Its funny that they day I went there another customer was telling me the mess up his taxes so bad that he is being audited by the IRS.

RONALD GARBER has always given me First Class treatment. He is Great and I will continue to go to H&R Block to see Ron.

Mr william reeves is very nice we try to get him every year he has a sense of humor and is always polite he always explains anything i ask him ...my wait time was long but it wasnt his fault it was lady he was waiting on i could hear her the whole time...but the lady working the desk was very nice and she was talking to me so time went by before i knew it he was ready
