This company is all fake I made an appointment for a full interior detailed, it was supposed to take 3 hours as sim they got to my hour they reduced it to 2 hour after that they left as soon I pay them didn’t do anything I check the rooftop of the car and 90 percent of the car interior wasn’t cleaned. I call him back to ask why the interior wasn’t done they told me they didn’t have the time and they don’t clean/steam interior of car they can only vacuum and shampoo, they didn’t even touch the back sit at all. These guys are all fake, they even create fake gmail to review their own business I also attached some photo so everyone can see the poor job they did, this kind of job is not worth $180.

Tom and his crew really did an outstanding job on my car. I called a few other places before I found A Tender Touch Mobile Detailing online, and could not believe the level of professionalism and kindness that Tom showed me even on the phone. He was flexible to my schedule needs, listened to my needs and gave me recommendations of what he could offer at a competitive rate. Tom and his crew showed up promptly as scheduled and spent a lot of time and care making my old, beat up car look as good as new. I had issues with my clear coat peeling up, and he really made a difference buffing off what was already flaking off and preventing further damage. Tom and his crew are honest, hardworking, kind, and professional. I look forward to using them again in the future.

If I could give them 6 stars, I would. I opted for the full exterior and interior detail and the end result is stunning. The car looks beautiful inside and out. The interior is clean and smells fresh and the exterior is spotless. They were even able to remove the hard water spots that were baked into the roof. Truly a fantastic job. I know who I’ll be calling for my car’s next detail.

Tom and his crew did a fantastic job on my vehicle. They were able to get stains out of the carpet I didnt think were possible to remove. I ordered a full detail and definitely feel like I got more than my monies worth. The wax just has my car looking so shiny, and I have noticed that rain is just sliding off my windshield to the point that I barely need to use my wipers.Bottom line is they really care about delivering outstanding service, they took their time and really paid attention to all the details. I highly recommend Tom and his guys.
