These people is biggest scam on east cost, people be carefull, i callled for tow and they said we can fix your semi truck on site it will be chaper for me, and after they spent 5 hours of messing up they call tow wich is their own, highly recomended to use underwood towing in area

The very bud guy ever never nice to talk people he does not know how to write on computer so slow, mechanics are they don’t care about costumers wrest, make sure people go there do not talk to guy on computer cz he is gonna make your bill up. I for one trailer door just for 5 latch charged me $567 I can’t believe it. The cost cost of tow trailer new.

This place is horrible when it comes to pricing and the owner lies a lot beside being a rude person. They tried charging me $345 for jump starting my truck. When I called requesting service, the dispatcher said it will cost me $125/hr and $2/ every miles they drive to me which was fine with me. Right after they sent their service guy, the entire price plan changed. Had to pay $2 per mile round trip(meaning also had to pay for the miles driven to get back to the shop), had to pay a service fee of $45, had to pay for shop supplies, had to pay for the time to and from me besides the miles I am paying. How reasonable it is to charge a customer $345 just to drive 10miles to jump start a truck? I refused paying the bill and the boss threatened me over the phone with calling the cops on me for theft of service and to impound my truck. I ended up turning the table and calling the cops on them. Ended up paying $206.82.I REGRET ever requesting service from them.

I sat outside their shop in the cold needing a tow because my car died on me and these people quoted me $125 plus $4 a mile for a regular tow nooo they prices way to high they need to cut it.

😡😤👎 Horrible customer service, the truck that they towed from me for the police department was damaged afterwords as well. I just chose not to pursue the issue. Save yourself the heartache of ridiculous, gouging fees, and horrible service if you can avoid this company.

These guys are THE BEST !! The owner, Nick was pleasant & helped us when we were stranded! Thank you Nick & your whole crew for making what could have been a terrible experience one of the best. We cant thank you guys enough. We will come say hi if we are ever back in the area!!!

This place is horrible rip you off on the price of a tow and when you go get your car they wont accept insurance on your phone as proof of insurance,, lol but the police department will!! theyre are just plain out rude people and they dont care if you get your car or not as long as they rack up tow fees dont trust this place its shady as they come especially after the insurance if police except it and give me a release form go get my car stop giving attitude and being rude.

Waited 2 hours for service truck to come got my truck running to move 3 miles but they insisted of towing me the other 3 miles to the international dealership and couldnt even give my girlfriend and I a ride to the hotel the owner is rude and uncaring about his customers
