So I got in an accident with my boyfriend and we have AAA through my insurance and we have personally we got our own AAA plan together when we had the accident we called the police we exchanged information with the guy and we waited for the police to come the police came within 5 minutes along with two fire trucks and four other cost besides the one cop that we talked to then 5 minutes later this towing company comes up they told us previous that triple a was going to be 2 hour wait when I called triple a they said an hour to 30 minutes and the top told me to hang up the phone and that his company was coming earlier I dont know if the police get a cut from this company because again youre only allowed to pay in cash when you deal with the police or when you have an accident you cant pay with your credit card and you cant pay with your debit card so thats a little suspect but besides the points the customer service was absolutely poor the multiple times that we talk to him they gave us a handwritten receipt with a cleanup fee there was no cleanup fee it was a fender bender they didnt have to clean up glass didnt have to do anything so dont know what the cleanup fee is they charged us to towing fee which should have all been together with the cleaning fee I feel like very unprofessional they dont know what theyre talking about they said that the car was unfixable we got someone to fix it very very horrible experience with this company I do not recommend you getting a personal tow from them

These guys worked with my roadside assistance to get my boat trailer towed home after I blew out a bearing... Showed up quick and did a great job getting my property home... THANKS AGAIN BILL!!!

The only reason reason I am giving 1 star is because I have to in order to write a review, if I could give negative stars I would. The owner of this company is a crook! He tried charging us $700 for a mile tow off the expressway. We obviously didnt have $700 just laying around. Especially it being Christmas time and its our daughters first Christmas. He then charged $350 just to leave the car at the gas station right off the expressway. We begged him to work with us as I was bawling. The accident was caused by a patch of black ice. My fiancé hit it and it flung him clear off the road. It was a fluke thing and this man just made the situation so much worse. Even the cop was on our side trying to get him to find the kindness in his heart to help us. He wasnt professional AT ALL. He talked to us like we were below him. He was rude and he tried to just take off with my car!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! He will wipe your account clean and wont help at all!
