Called them for an airbag replacement on my semi trailer. I took them my trailer to see if they had the part in Stock. They did not. But they found the part in town quickly. Soon after the part arrived I was all fixed and ready. The employees here are nice and respectful. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Had my transmission go out of my rig. They were able to replace it in 3 days but came out almost double the original quote. They replaced the rear main seal as well saying it was leaking really badly but I had a full over haul done less then 45k miles ago (rear main seal out you will have to put 1 gal of oil in a day and you would have a huge puddle under your truck every morning) and it wasnt using any additional oil then any other CAT that I have come across in 15 years driving.You can get the work done and quickly but you are going to PAY THE PRICE for it.

Last week while traveling through Gillette on our family vacation we encountered some trouble with our diesel truck. We pulled into a parking lot and after a quick google search found Interstate. They were such a blessing to us. They had us come right out to their shop. They did a quick computer test and figured out the problem. They literally dropped what they were doing to get us in. Tristan and Josh went above and beyond to get our truck fixed and us back on the road safely and in great time. Tristan is extremely knowledgeable and good at what he does. Every one there was so kind and made us feel comfortable and taken care of. I am so thankful for them and their wonderful customer service! They saved our vacation!

Why can’t all shops be this great? Got me in almost as soon as I got there. Figured out my malfunction, besides the fact it’s a freightliner. Repairs were done correctly, in a timely manner and at a decent price. And to boot, there was a town wide power outage. A lot of mechanics are at a loss without pneumatics; not these guys. Flash lights and hand tools got the job done.
