Went to get my wedding nails done here with my bridal party. Amazing experience for everyone. The girl who did my nails (can’t remember her name) took her time and perfected each one. I can’t wait to go back.

This salon was amazing. From the complimentary drinks to the final product, I was so pleased and so relaxed. The environment was nice and all the employees were kind and welcoming. They know what they’re doing. They were bustling but we didn’t even wait for our services - they’re exceptional at handling multiple customers at once. Really impressed by this place & highly recommend.

Over charged with no explanation. Person checking out before me had same service paid $60, guess I looked like $. Was also charged an $80 somehow by their sister location. Crooks!!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves during a pandemic and Mother’s Day weekend.

Came here yesterday the lady named Lily was so rude to my daughter. She had an attitude for the whole time we’re was there. After been loyalty customer for over 1 year I’m decided not coming back.

First time to visit this nail spa. Beautiful inside. Everyone is very welcoming. The young man that did my dip nails did the best job of anyone I have been to. The manicure and hand massage was so nice. This spa is one the best in Germantown.

I got my nails done here for the first time yesterday, and it was great! Super awesome service with nice employees. I didnt even have an appointment and was seated immediately, and there was even enough open spots for me to be next to my friend. They were so quick and efficient and my nails look great. Awesome color selection too! I would definitely recommend and come back!

Hands down best nail shop in Memphis area! It’s my absolute favorite shop! They are really accommodating with both walk ins and appointments, though keep in mind they can get busy and there is a wait sometimes. Despite that, the service is great and everyone takes their time to work on your needs without rushing. My dip manicure looked perfect and lasted 4 weeks without lifting or cracking! Their prices are also reasonable and the place is spotless clean! Love love love this place and everyone who works here :)

Elite is a beautiful salon with a great team of technicians They offer every nail service you could ever need in a lovely space. I’m not a regular customer here so they did not really care.The shop was clean and spotless.Customer service was terrible.They did not even ask what do I wanted to drink. They assumed that I had a water with me.I got my dip nails last week. Yesterday 2 of them popped off.It was painful 😣

I have been going to their other location for 10 years. I was so excited when they told me they’d be opening a Germantown location. I love this place! They never rush, no matter how busy they are because they want to make sure you get your moneys worth and a great experience. Massage chairs are amazing. People are so nice!

The best nail salon in Memphis

I walked into the nail salon at 5 PM and was told they were closed. The sign on the door said they close at 7 PM on Saturday. There were about three people waiting to be seen and about five nail tech working . Soon as I walked in the door everyone was looking at me as if I didn’t belong. This would have been my first time going to the nail salon. After they told me they were closed I felt it was more then that. I vibe I got was I’m black walking in and no one wants to service me. One of my clients referred me and after what happened I don’t feel comfortable going back to this nail salon. It was very rude and unprofessional!!!!!

First visit. My first thought was how pretty and clean!!! Had pedicure that was absolutely amazing. Then dip nails done. Vee did my toes and nails and has such an awesome personality! She is going to be very successful. They were extremely busy. I would highly recommend making an appointment so you won’t have to wait as long. I’m disappointed this place wasn’t here when I lived here but it will definitely be a mandatory stop on all future visits!!

I use lard for my pedicure because she made a difference I felt for two weeks plus she spent six sessions two weeks apart to get my calluses and everything under control five years ago I will follow her wherever she works and they have a nice clean environment well conditioner to bring my latest to get their nails done

It does not get better than this location of Elite Nail Spa. The Massey location is also good, but this is my favorite by far. I drive all the way from midtown for the pedicures! The professionals here have years of experience and are very friendly. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, the space is spotlessly clean.

Horrible experience. The business has time horrible time management. I waited for over hour for a pedicure and people were constantly called before for me. When I asked how much longer. They said I was next after four additional people which I arrived a hour prior than.

Manicure is fabulous and always a good job, double booking / deleting appointments, long wait even with appointment....has me changing my review..Not the way to build up long term clientele.
