Janice Allen is hands down the best hairstylist ever! She cuts my entire familys hair and has also done my hair for events. Not only is she the nicest, she is also very talented! So glad to know her and have her to take care of our hair!

I have also spoken to Jessica multiple times about different potential procedures. Both extremely knowledgeable and both do amazing work—you really can’t go wrong with either girl. They make you feel comfortable, answer any questions or concerns you may have and they won’t just inject you because they want your business. They truly take their time to look at the anatomy of your face and give you exactly what you are looking to achieve and honestly will blow your expectations out of the water!

If you are going to let someone touch your face, you should choose wisely. Spend 10 minutes on Instagram looking at their work and you won’t go anywhere else. The injectors there are awesome- you don’t have to look overdone (or can if that’s your style!) They can give you exactly what you want!

I came here referred by a friend and I saw Jessica, not only did she do an OUTSTANDING job but she fixed my lips from a previous injector at another salon in just ONE session. I was amazed with how great her work is and I’ve been eager to go back and get more filler! She is very professional and will tell you everything you need to know before and after your treatment. She had me laughing, listening to my favorite jams as she took care of my face. She is very thoughtful going into any process and always ends up doing such an amazing job! Jessica gives expert instruction for pre and post care, she sets realistic expectations for treatment results, and she works with her clients to create a treatment plan to achieve desired results. I continue to return to her because I am always satisfied with my results and I refer my friends and family to her because she treats everyone like they are a VIP!

This place is great. I booked a couple hours of massage for my wife and I, and my wife had an hour long pedicure. The receptionists were extremely accommodating and friendly. We were offered drinks for our very short wait until our massage therapists grabbed us, and again afterwords. The wife was very happy with both her massage and pedicure. She said both were extremely relaxing, and she’s already fallen asleep after returning home. I naturally have very tight shoulders and back, and it’s been a real struggle finding someone who applies decent pressure during a deep tissue massage, but today I had maybe the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. I can’t remember the massage therapists name, hell, I hardly remember mine after the massage- anyways, this tiny little lady put the hurt on my shoulders like she was a 7 foot 2 Norwegian lumberjack with damn tiger blood in her veins. I thought I was going to die. Will return.

I was referred by one of my clients and I must say that my first experience going there I had made an appointment with Jessica I’ve been following her Instagram for a very long time and watching her stories and I must say she did really good work. But before then I have been messaging her and she was very responsive to everything that I needed to know because I was nervous and curious, this was going to be my first time. once I fully met her she was amazing person and overall she made me felt very welcome and comfortable which is a big factor to me.. The place was very cleaned and everyone that worked there was very nice to me and that really made a big deal.. I highly recommend germantown Day Spa and I believe I will a returning client.

They need new medical staff. I wouldn’t go here for any kind of skin care or medical needs. They will mess it up. There’s a lot of other good places in germantown. If you need your nails done, that might be ok here, but don’t let them treat you for anything else. The owner is insane and disrespectful.

I have an amazing experience every time I come here!! I first started getting Botox this past summer, and was feeling a little overwhelmed my first appointment. However, Jessica was AMAZING and really took the time to educate me on what botox does, where she was placing it, and why. Every time I go now, I feel that I gain more and more knowledge about the procedure because Jessica is so open to teaching me about the details, rather than just sticking needles in my face. Love it here!!!

So relaxing after a long day of stressful events. This place is truly a retreat. The only suggestion I have is when you have a first time visitor to your day spa. Please provide more information before the massage session. Setting the expectations in the being will help to reduce confusion. I have learned that each spa has slightly different standards. Communication is key.. I shall return.

Germantown Day Spa is my go to for all my face needs! The best aestheticians and nurses in the business. Courtney and Jessica are very knowledgeable about what they do and can help you with any problems you are having with your wrinkles or skin. I used to be one to shop around for Botox but realized how they were diluting it and I was never happy with how it looked. At GDS it’s perfect every time. They are the best!

I love the Germantown Day Spa and have been going there for my skin and hair needs for a long time. I tend to stay with a stylist.Why tamper with the best out there? Last year the owner changed. There wasnt a skipped beat. Infact, the new owner is downright awesome!

I love this place.... They have some of the best massage therapist.( Ask for me Rosalyn).

I am met with an attentive smile; I feel pampered from the second I walk in the door. I am offered spa water and escorted to the quiet room to relax. An experienced massage therapist listens well as I describe injured or aching areas, then instructs even the most modest client how to feel more comfortable. I snuggle into the heated bed, lights down low, and calming music soothes me. The therapist does an excellent job working out the kinks in my neck and back. My shoulders, arms and legs are manipulated with a relaxing rub. Even my feet and toes enjoy a hot towel! An hour goes fast but I am a total noodle! I got a package of 6, I have three left. I never feel disappointed!

First thing first, Germantown Day Spa is the absolute worse when it comes to being informative & welcoming. I’ve never in my life heard of or gotten a chemical peel. I suffer from acne & dark spots & wanted to try something that would help with that issue. I’ve done a bit of research on chemicals peels as far as side effects & the actual procedure! I book an appointment (as you see below) for VI PEEL precision booster... which Is what I wanted to target, ACNE & DARK SPOTS!!! Upon arrival, as soon as I walk in, I am asked my name & immediately taken to the back to begin service! No questions, no information given.... NOTHINGGGGG!!! Okay boom... the esthetician begins prepping her materials without going over anything, which led me to ask for myself what I was ACTUALLY getting today! She briefly went over a little of what I already knew ... which wasn’t very helpful. She laid me down, rubbed a couple of wipes on me & that’s it, I was done. It took about 10 minutes to do so & that’s it! Now I’m up feeling excited about the procedure but also jokingly thinking I should offer to do these if they’re charging $100. I get to the front to pay my balance & the cashier tells me that my total is $350!!!! Yes $350! The manager/owner @robin Tyler is basically saying I should already know that the VI PEEL BOOSTER is just an add on service to the VI PEEL! She also states that even though this is my first time I should know that booster means add on ... go figure! I’m definitely shocked & confused at this point referring back to emails exchanged between a manager named Britney and myself, & even the actually website! She says to me that we she isn’t going to go around in circles about what it says ... I either pay the $350 or else! At this point I call my parents(I call them when I feel like I’m being wronged), I am now on 3way with them both. I’m instructed by my parents, who study law, to not pay the additional $250 that I am being asked. The information on the website was misleading & upon arrival no pricing was broken down to me at all. I was basically rushed! Robin than states that I can pay the $100 now and pay the $250 another time! Not that I didn’t have the $350 to pay, but I didn’t have it to give to them being as though I came prepared to pay $100. At this point I was open to do payment plans. My parents yelled through the phone to me saying HELL NO!!! Lol The entire process was very misleading & manipulative! It states online one thing but I come to the counter to pay & it’s another thing. Instead of the manager honoring what it says on her site, she argues me down until I finally decide to call the police.The entire time this lady tries to railroad me into paying for something that I clearly would never pay for if I knew it was $350! I’ll just buy the products and apply myself since I’m already in the beauty industry. I patiently waited inside the facility until the police arrived ! The manager immediately tried to intervene before I could, so I stood up, greeted him, & let him know I was the one who called him. I explained to him basically everything I’ve explained in this review! He was extremely nice & empathic! I knew there was nothing he could do, because things like this have to be taken to civil court, but best to believe if I would have left, the manager Robin would have reported me, souped it to make me sound like the bad person and boom, I’d have a warrant for my arrest! The police made a “narrative” (not a report because nothing criminal occurred) for me for my records! I proceeded to pay what I initially booked, which was the VI peel precision booster at $100 & informed them not to charge my card any more or I’d press charges for stealing 😊! I left only paying $100 & continued with my day!

As a rule, I’m a private person and don’t post public reviews. However, I am going to make an exception for Germantown Day Spa. Last Valentine’s Day, I purchased a gift card for my fiancé (now my wife) for around $120, if I remember correctly, for a manicure and massage. I was about to do the same for her this Valentine’s, but I just learned when she tried to use the gift card about three months after I purchased it, they told her the card had a “zero” balance. My wife felt bad for me and unfortunately didn’t tell me at the time; however, the folks at Germantown Day Spa also didn’t make any effort to investigate or try rectify the issue although my wife tried to explain it was a Valentine’s Day gift. There was no effort to look up my name or purchase, my wife was instead met with shoulder shrugs and a dismissive attitude.I think I know what happened. When I made the purchase, the lady who handled the transaction was obviously new to the register and had no clue how to process it. She had to ask for help three times, and they were busy. I’m sure she simply forgot or mistakenly thought she had activated the gift card with the appropriate amount. I understand mistakes happen, for which I am unfailingly patient and understanding when I travel, dine out, etc. I don’t fault the mistake here. Instead, I fault their lack of willingness to try to correct it or own it. That is a culture issue which is always a reflection of leadership, or lack thereof.So I lost a little money, which is no big deal; but my lovely wife, who is quiet and non-confrontational when she receives poor customer service, was embarrassed which IS a big deal for me. We have already taken our business elsewhere for this Valentine’s and are recommending to friends and acquaintances to do the same. I cannot, and will not, criticize the treatments or services they provide. In fact, I’m sure they have some fine folks on the therapeutic side of the business. However, I would urge you to please think twice before purchasing a gift card there as you will have no way of knowing whether or not it will work until you try to use it. If it doesn’t, you as the gift giver are going to be both embarrassed and out money.
