This was hands down the best experience I have ever had at a jewelry store. Our brilliant associate, Ari was beyond amazing. She was able to answer all questions and make us feel beyond comfortable with our decisions and time frames. I dont post many reviews but I felt this was an absolute must on her and Kesslers behalf. Ari was extremely knowledgeable and was able to suggest us with the exact options we were looking for.I feel very strongly that she was able to read us and guided us to the exact looks we would be happy with!

I walked in with a bit of caution today as I did try this jeweler several years ago and ended up walking out because I was majorly insulted by an employee remarking very snarkily about my (beautiful) ring which I did not purchase there but I just wanted checked and cleaned. This jeweler is convenient so I decided to give it one more try. I was greeted very pleasantly upon entering and offered a beverage, which I declined but stated my need of having to attempt to match a diamond earring I had lost. My fiancee and I went in to look at settings and we had the pleasure of working with Ari. We cannot say enough great things about her! She is highly knowledgable in all things diamonds. Wow! This weekend is our 10 year anniversary, and today I stopped in to get my ring cleaned, as well as my husband’s. After checking the rings out, it was determined that a few stones were loose and that it needed one other service (which I now know makes the ring SUPER shiny!). I left the rings for a couple hours and when I returned, Ashley and Ari came out curbside to deliver an amazing gift of champagne, chocolates, the beautifully polished and cleaned rings, as well as three cool shiny play rings for our kids. I was especially impressed by this detail. I mentioned very briefly that we have three children, and I can tell that it was important to Ashley. She made sure there was a ring for each kid! So sweet. What an exciting way to start the weekend. As I look at my ring finger, I’m reminded of the joy I felt as I looked at my squeaky clean ring on it’s first day as a wedding ring. 10 years later, and I’m very impressed with Kessler’s lifelong interest in making their customers feel happy. We absolutely love Kesslers! I chipped my diamond and a broke a prong so I went in to get a replacement diamond. My husband surprised me in the moment with an upgrade for our 5 year anniversary! Ashley helped us find the perfect diamond and an additional band. The whole experience was so easy and amazing! My ring was repaired and came in earlier than they promised. The customer service is priceless alone. Regardless of why I stop in (broke my ring or just need it re-plated or cleaned, or I’m about to upgrade my ring) I receive the same level of customer service for all needs, which I haven’t found at other jewelers.We will definitely be lifelong customers!Side note: when my husband was shopping for my engagement ring, he went to multiple places. It took 18 years for me to finally make use of Kesslers forever warranty and I’m so very happy we got my ring there!!! I’ve gone in for a few free cleanings & checkups but today I whacked the diamond hard, no problem just stick it in a baggie and run over after work. After a quick check they determined that the diamond was loose so they pulled up my file and said they’ll have it good as new next week. No fuss no muss and amazing staff!!!!

Their customer service is some of the best Ive seen. Every time Ive visited Ive been greeted with an offer of a drink and assistance for whatever im looking for. This is long overdue from our wedding band purchase but I am finally getting around to it. We had purchased my band a few months before our Nov. 2020 wedding from someone at the Germantown store. When it came time to sodder the bands to my ring Brennan sent me an email picture of the tentative results worrying if that was what I intended for. The band we had purchased did not sit well next to my ring, so we came back in and Brennan made the swap to a perfect match to my ring so seamless and stress free. Weve had wonderful experiences time and time again. This place is highly highly recommended. The sales associates are helpful and friendly (especially the one we worked with, Ariel). Weve done multiple custom designs and she made the process seamless even during the pandemic. I spoke with Ari in the Germantown store. She had patience and was so kind. I explained that I wanted to have my marquis diamond engagement ring put into an anniversary type ring. I have been thinking about this since our 25th wedding anniversary. My husband and I are now married 47 years. I wanted to have my single stone placed in a lovely setting with baguettes . Ari showed me the perfect setting and explained how it could be modified to set my specification that the marquise be recessed rather than raised. Ali knew what I wanted. Every experience I have at Kesslers is amazing. The staff is very helpful and the service is phenomenal. love that I can go anytime I want to get my rings cleaned. Re-sizing is no problem too! I came in with a necklace pendant that I wanted turned into a ring. Ariel did an awesome job making sure this was possible and then assuring me that I was in the best of hands. She walked me through the setting and price options and ultimately helped me put together an amazing ring. Ari assisted me with my purchase, I came in thinking, these people will laugh me AWAY with my tiny diamond missing from my ring...Sooo not true!Ari in particular was VERY helpful, professional & COOL showing me options as to replace my precious stone.

Back at the start of the year, I started working with Gina Frakes at the Germantown location on an engagement ring for my girlfriend of 4 years. I knew absolutely nothing about diamonds and jewelry at the time, but the first time I sat down to talk about a custom ring, she made me feel more at ease. I was not sure exactly what I wanted to do for the ring, but had some pictures from my girlfriend on the styles and designs she liked. Showing these to Gina and telling her my thoughts on what I would like the ring to be like, she came up with a PHENOMINAL design. Just seeing the sketch really brought my idea to life. I thought going through the custom design process by myself was going to be very difficult since I was the only one who knew what my girlfriend liked; however, Gina really gave me a sense of comfort by giving my feedback on ideas and being able to bounce things off her anytime of the day. After the engagement, I told my new Fiancée that we MUST go see Gina again for the wedding bands. Again, I went in to see what she had in mind for us, and she finally was able to meet my Fiancée. Gina helped us figure out exactly what we needed AND on a short notice too. My whole experience with Gina at Kesslers has been AMAZING! It feels as if she is part of our family now by helping us through the engagement and wedding process. I need to share this story. I have been a big fan of Kessler a made some purchases as well as my family Always have been extremely happy with the quality and service from Kesslers!!! As we navigate our new normal with COVID my husband and I had an anniversary and shopping just doesn’t look the same. We took to the internet and looked for my present😍. We looked at a few sites but as usual came back to Kesslers and we are so happy we did. I found a beautiful diamond pendant I couldn’t live without and purchased it online but was having a hard time getting our credit numbers in my fault completely and I ended up ordering 2 pendants. I had to head to work and the stores didn’t open til 11 am and so I had a little stress going into work was my card going to be charged twice etc. on my way to work more than an hour before the store opens I get a call.....Hi this is Jim from Kesslers following up on your order. They checked in before hours to make sure this was correct. AMAZING!! Made my day didn’t have to worry at all and come to find out this is a new process for Kesslers and wow they are doing it right!!! It also arrived a day early beautifully packaged (candy too). I know this long but buying a diamond site unseen is hard but my pendant is perfect and such sparkle it is gorgeous. Well I came into Kesslers because the ladies at Kay (across the street) were extremely rude wouldnt let me touch one thing, and wanted me to pay 100% of the ring before they could even ORDER it. Oh yeah and I forgot the old well that sale ended yesterday Lol.....so after only looking at 4 rings there that looked nothing like what I wanted. I was told youll just have to picture it without these diamonds around it. Im out.So I go across the way to Kessler where I was greated by a very friendly lady at the door. Asked me if I like a soda, water, or even a beer...WOWI get paired up with Ari and she was absolutely professional and had more options than you could think of. I showed her a picture on my phone of the ring and she said this will be easy....after explaining the CCC she pulled out a few different bands, settings, and center stones. I designed my own ring even better than the one I brought in! I could not be happier! Kessler and Ari, you now earned a lifetime custom. Thank you for not being pushy and thank you for taking the time to explain all my options and staying in the same neighborhood of my budget.

So after 20yrs of marriage, it was time to upgrade my wifes diamond. After shopping around, I chose Kesslers, and specifically, Gina at Kesslers. She was amazing to work with. She took the time to teach and educate me about diamonds, show me numerous options, and was very patient with me. It took 3 appointments, but she helped me find the perfect Kessler 81 diamond that was worthy of being on my wifes hand. The service was amazing and they even put a rush on the work once the diamond was chosen to make sure it was ready for our anniversary. Their prices cant be beat and neither can their warranty and ongoing service. Dont shop around. Save yourself the time and go to Kesslers!

After immense disappointment from Kays, Kesslers definitely stepped up to the plate. Ariel made great recommendations. The service exceeded expectations. Just ordered our rings, but so far I couldnt have asked for a better experience.
