My first experience with Bob Richards was a phenomenal one! My wife and I were treated with the utmost kindness and respect. We were warmly welcomed and made to feel as royalty. The store is immaculate and the displays were stimulating. Each person there were bright and smiling! Very attentive is an understatement; yet, the proper words escape me. This was my first Rolex purchase; though, that experience is enough to be memorable, the members of Bob Richards made the experience virtually unreal! You cannot get this experience online or at big box stores! I have been to many jewelry stores, I have never had an experience such as this! Not pushy! Very knowledgeable! They even acknowledged my Omega that I wore that day.We WILL certainly be back! Thank you all at Bob Richards!

I recently got the call from Bob Richards Jewelers that a Rolex Root Beer GMT Master II was available. I immediately drove over to get it. Excellent service, and as good an AD experience as you could hope for in the COVID-restricted times. Special regards to Steve who took care of me; he is less a watch salesman and more a true watch connoisseur who was knowledgeable about watches beyond just Rolex and the watches they carry. My wedding ring my late husband had made for me had been off my finger for two years because two stones had fallen out after 33 years. I was devastated, but caregiving made it impossible to do anything about it. When he passed, I wanted to have it repaired but only by someone who knew what they were doing. Bob Richards Jewelers was recommended to me by my sister. I was apprehensive, of course, but I was so pleased by the work they did. They had to replace the head and retip other prongs, and resize. A beautiful showroom with an extremely friendly staff.......This was the review I wrote in April of 2019, after visiting the store and leaving my Rolex to have the band repaired. Was told when they called to provide me with the charges for repair, it would take 2 to 3 weeks. A month later I still had no watch....was told that several other labor intensive repairs had come in, would take another 10 days to 2 weeks. Once I finally did receive the call to pick up, they informed me they had opened my watch, as it was making a noise. 2 days after retrieving my watch, it no longer works. I DID NOT authorize them to open my watch. Please be careful with what you leave there, as well as strict instructions on your expectations. Will not patron again!

Stopped by to adjust the bracelet on my wifes Tudor watch which was bought from a different AD. Doesnt matter, BRJ were very nice and adjusted the bracelet a couple times till the wife found a perfect fit. Meantime the sales lady was polite and showed me a number of watches even though my shorts and slip ons look would have told her in a moment that I couldnt afford most of the watches she showed me. I would highly recommend this place. If I decide to buy something, Im going to support my local store.
