Just wanted to give a shout out to the excellent treatment I received from my service advisor Alex. Recently my car had to have some bodywork done. Not only did Alex keep me apprised but provided my insurance company with prompt submission of requested information. He did everything he could to get my car back on the road. Every time I’ve dropped my car off or even just gone in to have my tires filled I’ve been treated well.

We had an awesome experience with Jay Waseem! It was our first time buying this brand of car, a Mercedes, so he was very helpful and informative. Impossible to find the guy who can give a quote for a dent. There is no other person in whole dealership can provide you accurate number.For my first visit, I asked one of the service advisors if he could give me an estimate via email looking at picture. He said not able to tell the damage from pictures and asked me to come in next day. When I went there next day he told me the body guy is not there on that day and cant provide me a quote. NOT SURE WHY HE ASKED ME TO COME IN.Second visit was for a service did my service and just in case asked if someone can give me an estimate for the dent. Again body guy wasnt in and no one else can give a quote.Third time I called and asked if I can get a quote on Saturday, service advisor told me body guy is in Monday to Friday until 5PM. He said I can stop by anytime and DONT NEED AN APPOINTMENT. Went 30 mins later on my lunch brake and of course body guy is on his lunch brake. Also, no one else can help.Never stepping in to this location again.

However, after meeting Alex Ive never regretted my decision to use Euro Motorcars in Germantown for my services!I work in healthcare and its usually really hard for me to make the time to go in, but with Alex he makes the process quick and efficient every time! He knows what hes doing, makes great recommendations and always takes care of any issues I may have with my vehicle! So grateful I met him and his team.Also, there is a really friendly guy that will assist you when you first pull into the garage for service. Just bought a new C300 4MATIC from EuroMotorcars Germantown. David Stokes made the whole car buying process smooth. It was almost stress free. He is really a dedicated, customer-oriented sales manager (never said no to any of my inquiries). Julia Plummer, a finance manager, was also very professional and helpful. Overall, I did really have a wonderful experience!
Possible Tire theft part 2Thank you for the response and I would like to respond back as you were not interacting with us (your rep and me) on the day of service and I dont believe you have all the facts.I have discussed with Costco at length, they have informed me that these tires come directly from the manufacturer and are Mercedes Original Equipment as everyone will have the same access to them, dealers and tire centers alike. When I left Costco I checked all 4 tires, they were brand spanking new. I drove few times in the rain and it did not slip once not even going 55-60mph during down pour and of course that was the main reason why I replaced them in the first place, I was slipping on wet surface, driving at more than 45mph.Also you mentioned you do have the security camera footage and you are able to see my tire tread clearly then you should be able to see the interaction between the service center rep and me, you can clearly see that YOUR representative NEVER looked at the tires! Rather I inquired of him if the tire rotation was part of the service B option that was being performed and he said no. Knowing that these were new tires, I declined when he asked me if I wanted to do a tire rotation in the same conversation.As for length of service and being short day on Saturday, not really an issue, just pointing out that my vehicle was in your facility for more than 2 nights.... We informed your representative what we were in there for and they already knew the 450 needed transmission fluid service and they informed us the car will be ready by 2pm. I was just point out that the length of time the 450 was in your facility.I also had it serviced at your facility at somewhere around 50K miles and no one from your center recommended tire replacement or rotation.BTW I guess you did not see the tread life, it wouldnt have made a difference if the 2 were in front or in the back, the 450 would be slipping and sliding on wet surface, the recommendation should have been tire replacement and not rotation. It is clear that you are able to see my vehicle, why not allow me to view the security footage of that day. Follow the car from 11 am to Monday when we picked it up.The tires had less then 10k miles, shipped from manufacturer on June 19th and installed I believe on June 21st. Somehow it was exchanged, possibly all 4, almost with certainty the back 2.Show me the security footage of my vehicle at your facility, I will edit my review.
Little turned off by no acceptance of personal checks and further turned off when I went to pick up my sl550 that the manager there asked if I were picking up parts (I was driving my friend in my pickup so she could drive my car back). Not impressed... labor costs are ridiculous. Better off finding yourself a good indy shop that specializes in German cars if your issues are beyond your skill set. $100 engine mounts would take $2500 in labor??? I dont think so...

Poor service! I bought my 2019 CLA 250 of April 2020.This was the time when COVID first started so I’m assuming I would have a great experience without anyone rushing to make a purchase because less people are out. The sales rep who helped me was ok I test drove the car and that went well fast forward to making the payment my credit card was charged twice but I was reimbursed for one payment. I had to call Euro Motorcars after I checked my account and realized I was charged twice. This mistake should have never happened. Anyways I drive off happy with my new Benz. Paper tags last for about 3 months after that you get your hard tags which I requested that my tags from my old car be transferred over( I’m not sure why they kept my hard tags in the first place if I wanted to use the same tags..sketchy)That never happened but EuroMotors said that they mailed me my registration in October which I never received. Today I followed up with them because law enforcement is now cracking down on expired tags and license plates to make a long story short they misplaced them and now they will compensate me for the substitute tag fee.
I had to bring my car back in for service one week after a major mileage service appointment because of an issue that was missed. I was told that it would only take an hour, but I waited over four hours. I spoke with the service manager, David, about my concerns. I wasn’t trying to get free service, I just wanted to share my experience. He was one of the rudest most condescending person that I have ever spoken with. I won’t ever buy a car or get service at this dealership in the future because of my experience.
I was looking for a new car for a fair deal on both my trade and the price of the car. The dealer I usually dealt with was nonresponsive and wanted to play typical car salesman games. I reached out to Euro Motorcars of Germantown using Truecar and was connected with Steve Roumeliotis. Steve was very responsive and did an incredible job putting together a deal that was fair for both sides. Picking up the car could not have been simpler. If you are looking for a good salesperson who will play it straight and put together a good deal for a Mercedes, this is the place. Based on my experience with Steve, I would strongly recommend Euro Motorcars of Germantown and specifically Steve to anyone looking to buy a new car.
Possible Tire theft, Please readAll be careful. We took our GLS 450 with 4 almost BRAND NEW tires MOE(Mercedes Original Equipment), 9000 miles young for service B at Euro Motorcars Germantown, MD on late September of this year. The reason we bought the tires in the first place, we were slipping on wet surface, we could not drive more then 45mph through the rain. The tires were ordered on Jun 19th through CostCo. To our delight we were not slipping with the new tires anymore on wet and rainy surface. We made an appointment for a Saturday and after we dropped the 450 off we were told it will be ready @2pm same day. We came to pick it up and service center rep. informed us that it will not be ready until Monday morning. Picked it up on Monday and drove it. Couple of weeks later while driving through rain the 450 started to slip, was very hyper aware. I really thought it was strange but I did not check the tires at that time. Couple of days ago, our 450 slipped again during light drizzle driving with my children in the SUV, I pulled over and checked the tires, Lo and Behold, the 2 front and 2 back tires had completely different tread levels. I took the 450 to Costco and we had their technician and Supervisor look at it, the conclusion they came to was, something was swapped. The front 2 they speculated that it was driven about 15k-20k miles and the rear 2 was driven about 60k miles. I didnt tell the technicians that we bought the tires from them. They could even have swapped all 4!I called the the GM at Euro Motorcars Germantown, MD, responded very quickly, and handed me off to the service manager. The service manager was very defensive at first. The excuses I received, No way they swapped the tires, my tires had matching numbers and they didnt have those, mind you these were Mercedes Original Equipment ALL dealerships had these.Once I told him I didnt want anything, as I have already ordered my tires he became less defensive. I showed my original purchase date of the tires from Costco @ around 54K miles, and took the 450 in for service around 63K miles. I told him that they also had my 450 for 48 hours or longer in their facility.I encouraged him to check his security cameras for either someone from outside or someone from inside doing this, I am pretty sure he will come back and say that they have deleted and or they only keep the recordings for a month. I work in IT security field so this is none sense! The only thing I asked was if they swapped out my tires/rims, I would like my rims back, it was my rims! Principle rather than practical!The 2 things I am not happy with, after the service they should have told me about the back 2 tires with no tread life and secondly my family and I could have been involved in an accident, not only affecting our family but someone else as well.I hope the pictures load up, 2 tires with tread are the 2 front ones and 2 without are the 2 back ones. These had a rating of 60k miles I believe and they were purchased 12k miles ago, when they went in for service it had less 9k miles on the tires.Maybe buying a Mercedes here is ok, but getting service done is something I wont recommend.

I recently bought a new 2021 GLA AMG Night from David. I inquired online and David was quick to follow up via email and text at my request. David, while relatively new to Euromotors Germantown, was attentive and had excellent follow through. He even made a video of the vehicle I was inquiring about which sealed the deal for me. It definitely was an extra level of attention.Finance with Jessica was also very pleasant. Overall, great experience and will continue to make the hike from DC to visit this dealership.Definitely recommend.

Be sure to ask for Jonathan Charles—he is very knowledgeable about the cars, reasonable in his pricing, and provides excellent service long after you have bought your car from him. Three years after buying the car, I came to pick up my car from service only to find it had closed for the day twenty minutes prior. As I had driven almost an hour to get there at the end of a very long Saturday, I was crestfallen. The sales dept was still open so I asked several people there for help. Each one said very politely I had to come back Monday and that they could not even get my keys as they were not authorized to go into the service area along with some insurance mumble jumble. So I called Jon and he immediately reassured me that he would do his best to help. In 15 minutes, he was pulling my car around to the front and helping me to check out. Jon has never heard the term “I can’t” and I am so thankful that people like him still exist in my world. You will too—call him and join the fan club.
Excellent customer service provided by Jay! One of the cars I was interested in did not have a feature that I was looking for. Jay went out of his way to find a car that I would be satisfied with. Very genuine, easygoing, and very knowledgeable. The dealership is lucky to have him! Even though I live a decent drive away (PA), I will be recommending Jay to everyone I know who is looking for a Mercedes.

I am extremely unimpressed with the service department at Euro Motorcars Germantown! I will not be getting my vehicle serviced here in the future. There is no care about the customer, they are instead focused on getting as much money out of you as they can (and Euro Motorcars Bethesda is the same way). Prepare for the service managers to sell you extended warranties, unnecessary services, and whatever else they can come up with. The quality of the work they do is questionable as well - I took my car in for a simple service and my car nearly broke down later the same day because of shoddy work that was done as I never had any issues with the car until after they worked on it.
Great dealership and excellent customer service! Everyone was very knowledgeable and went out of their way to make the process easy and painless. All around a fantastic experience!

I have never been more disappointed in business in my entire life. I purchased my Mercedes M Class here in 2015, and since that day it has been never-ending problems. At the time of purchase, I was advised by the dealership to purchase an extended warranty. What they did not tell me, and frankly lied about, was that this ($4,000) extended warranty that the dealership sold me did not cover anything on the model of car that I was purchasing. I was flat-out lied to by the dealership and simply sold a useless warranty for the dealership to earn a commission. I have spent thousands and thousands on repairs for this car, that should have been covered under warranty. If I had purchased a different model of car, every one of these issues would have been covered under warranty. I know that car dealerships have a reputation for lying to people, and in this case, that reputation is 100% justified. I have owned many cars in my lifetime, and I have never had an experience as negative as this with a car dealership. I expected more from Mercedes. You are really swimming with the sharks if you dare to do business with Euro Motorcars Germantown. I have written letters to and have had many conversations with the general manager regarding this issue, and he agrees that I should have never been sold this warranty, but he refuses to make it right. On the positive side, our service manager treats us with respect and has good communication. On the negative side, repairs that should have been covered by the warranty have cost me about $8,000 (in addition to the $4,000 wasted on a useless warranty). Frankly, for me it is not about the money in this situation, I do not like being lied to and treated unethically. Overall, I am very disappointed with the entire experience and I wish that I had never purchased a Mercedes.

My Mercedes Benz has been served here since years ago. However, last time, the Service Advisor gave me a written estimate and, once I agreed to the dollar amount, he took it from my hand, threw it away and gave me a new one with more than double the cost. That was preposterous! I just could not believe it. Ripping-off a written estimate with a set dollar amount is totally unprofessional, to say the least. I tried to reach out but I was ignored. I am sure leadership is just not aware of this. Pity!

I wont do business with any other Mercedes dealer. I trust Steve and Shahul with all of my AMG purchases. I bought a 2020 AMG GT R Pro from Steve (remote, from out of town) with ZERO issues. It was the easiest sales experience Ive had in years. Steve is a straight shooter. No tricks, no games. He even helped arrange for a local company so I could get my car fully XPELd and then connected me with a transporter that had the car to me in 24 hours. I highly recommend Steve, Shahul and Euro Motorcars!

Hes very honest and will do everything he can for customer satisfaction, even though we didnt make a deal, hes still one great worker! If you need anything hit him up!
I had a very unpleasant experience during my last service. When I came to collect my car, all that the service advisors were interested in is getting payment from me and no one seemed interested to walk me through the work conducted on my car. My wife also complained about similar treatment during a previous visit.Even after submitting feedback on my disappointment, no one at Euro Motorcars Germantown has made a concerted effort to follow up with me. I’m not sure if this is a one-off experience or something more. As it stands, I would rather go to another service provider, even if it’s not convenient in terms of location.
If there was an option to give 0 star, I would. This is not the place you want to get your car from. Their sales representative are really bad communicator. You will just receive marketing calls thats it. These people are very irresponsible. I have called them several times to get a new car and have left bunch of voicemail.If youre planning to get a car from here, dont visit this place. They make fake promises and nothing else. There are better car dealership in DMV. I dont know how they have 4.2 ratings.Avoid this place, this is my personal experience with them since a month. Its very recent.
We have brought a MB 450 GLS and the sales person Jay Weseem has been transparent and sincere through the sales process and especially helping customer after the sales. We did have some hiccups with the car after the sales, and Jay has assisted and kept the process as smooth as he can. I wish the internal communication between sales, services and bodyshop for EuroMotor be better, to ensure customer gets proper treatment and less delay. A 5 star to Jay!
Jeffrey Balkin has been helpful over the past couple years. Within the past two years, I have busted my tires three times from hitting the curb, and Jeffrey has been helpful each time. The dealership itself has been helpful as well. They once replaced my key battery without charge. They have complimentary roadside assistance and towing to the service center. In February, my battery died and was replaced without charge because it was still under warranty. This would not have been possible at an independent auto shop. The Bethesda dealer gives me complimentary car washes. So overall, I have had a positive experience at both dealerships over the past 3-4 years.
I worked in auto service for many years, and when I tell you this place is hands down the most professional overall experience I have ever experienced, or seen, I mean it!Yea, the lobby is clean, yea the location is good, yada yada, but what stood out it the professionalism from Zac Baum, the service rep, and Alex, their technician. Zac kept constant communication with me, took the time to help get just what I needed, and was super courteous.When they found some additional issues, they didnt just call me and give me a quote, no, Alex filmed a video to show me exactly what he saw and also gave me an overview of my car. Bought a 2016 Smart Car that immediately had issues, the dealership never mailed me my title so I couldn’t even get rid of the car after several trips to have it repaired. Would not recommend buying a vehicle from this shop at all. It took me almost a week to get a call back for any of my issues.

This man did all the leg work and found my dream car and got it delivered to their location. There were only 8 on the east coast in black on black amg package (low stock due of covid). When I got there I was even more impressed with how the team carried themselves. James showed me all the features and sat in the drivers seat during the test drive, walking me through everything. He showed me how to download the app and get started. Julie who did the processing was super warm and friendly, took care of me and got me all signed up efficiently. I will never go to another Mercedes dealer ever again. Nothing beats this location. Truly phenomenal TEAM!

Ive always loved Mercedes and I had a ML500 that unfortunately got totaled. But I missed the smooth and comfortable ride of Mercedes Benz!! Got the exact vehicle I wanted GLA250 in Charcoal Grey with Seashell Grey interior, panoramic moon-roof---Its AMAZING!!! I LOVE IT!!! Working with Daniel Vargas over the last few years has made it easier for me to get the parts I need. He does whatever he can to get the right parts and fix any order mishaps that may occur. In general a good person to work with.
I have been going here for 4 years. We purchased our vehicle in 2015, and signed up for a service agreement. I knew their prices were a bit high but I was hoping that their focus on Mercedes would be an advantage and they would provide better service. After the first service agreement, we renewed and the service level fell off a cliff. First, our engine coolant alarm went off after the first service, so I brought it back. They charged us for the second visit (not covered), but the alarm came right back. I tried to fix it myself and totally ruined all of my engine’s cooling lines. They fixed it for thousands... more recently, they have returned the vehicle after tire changes or rotations at around 30 psi on a 51 psi tire. I didn’t realize it so there was uneven wearing and needed to replace them earlier along with the breaks. There is a malfunctioning stop/start feature designed to save fuel. They said they could not replicate the issue, but it happened to me at the first light as I was pulling out from my service. This made me take a quick look at the psi on my new tires... 29 psi again. Avoid at all costs!!

If you are shopping for a Mercedes this is your place. You have to promise me that you will ask for A.C. I had an amazing experience here! I have bought 3 Mercedes here, and I will keep returning! Richard “Ricky” Williams and his manager were so kind, patient, and listened to what I was looking for. After visiting other dealers in the area and experiencing pushy, snobby salesmen, it was a huge relief to be able to have a positive experience here!!! I was treated with respect and they went above and beyond to make this a seamless transition from my old Mercedes to my new one!!! They refused to sell me a new 2020 A Class because they were “uncomfortable” that the vehicle would be registered in... the state of Montana. Seriously. So, I’d probably buy a Benz from one of the many other Mercedes dealerships in the DC/MD/VA area since the staff at this one either doesn’t have access to competent legal counsel, or isn’t aware that Montana is a U.S. state.I’d also recommend reading all of the 5 star reviews skeptically. The number of reviews that specifically mention how wonderful some of the staff members are don’t seem like anything a real customer would write, regardless of how good the service was. How can you tell? The reviews mention the staff by using full first and last names, and some even include nicknames.Just ask yourself, “When was the last time I wrote an online review praising a staff member - from any business - and referred to them by their full first and last name?”
I bought a car from this location (ML350) everything went well, then i was convinced ( by my salesman)to buy an extended warranty witch i did!! few months later i had a problem with the vehicle, i had to fight very hard to get this Continental Warranty Inc pay for it, the worst part of my story is that i sold the car after 6 months to get a better upgrade year wise, i cancelled my warranty, they promise to pay me back the other six months since i used only half of the year.....THEY JUST DONT WANT TO DO THAT!!! WATCH OUT GUYS, DONT LET THEM DRAG YOU IN, CONTINENTAL WARRANTY INC IS JUST A RIP-OFF, I AM STILL FIGHTING IT AND WONT GIVE UP, SOCIAL MEDIA UNDERWAY!
I leased a 2020 GLB 250 two months ago. My sales rep, Jay Waseem, was great with getting questions answered, addressing my concerns and even creative with the financing process. Love the car, always been a fan of EuroMotor Cars Germantown and impressed by Jay. I was even more impressed when I found out I was his second car in this profession. Highly recommend both Jay and Euro!

WORST auto dealer! Heard about bad experiences from many folks but nobody bothered to write a review because it is waste of time to talk about this dealership. NEVER BUY a car from this place. My friends cautioned me not to go there because this particular dealership dont believe in customer service. Particularly the sales manager Usman. He even takes pride in providing worst customer service. The owners should be aware as many of my friends from this area are willing to go to other dealership so that they dont have to deal with people like Usman. I didnt deal with a particular sales rep named Steve but it looks like this person has no clue how to deal with a customer. Arrogant and liar! Suggest the owners to train well the sales reps like Steve before they are allowed to interact with a customer. I heard that this has been happening lately with many customers going to this dealership. I heard that a complaint has been lodged with the corporate office about this dealership customer service.
