For the second time in a year, Palmetto Environmental Solutions proved to be an invaluable resource in my real estate business. This winter, a home inspection revealed a mold-like growth on an air handler. Needless to say, not what my first time homebuyer wanted to hear and it could have stopped this transaction in its tracks. We needed to know, as soon as possible, if the issue went further or was affecting air quality in the home. I immediately called Palmetto Environmental Solutions. Their team understands deadlines associated with real estate transactions and was out within a day to inspect the area of concern and run an air quality test. While the specific area did need cleaning and treatment it was nominal and the air quality test came back satisfactory. This transaction got to the closing table with a very happy client and a relieved real estate agent! Thank you (again) Palmetto Environmental!

A contract is only as good as the integrity of the person whos worded the contract. Palmettos owner Bill Murray and his associate Wayne Hodges are a shining example of this hands down. After our family was raked over the coals by another company (Canady Pest Control) and berated for asking to honor the contract wed signed, we were hesitant to seek help from any other company for our crawlspace remediation issues. Palmetto came HIGHLY RECOMMENDED from a trusted friend/realtor (Laura Talbot of Dream Living Realty).Palmettos Rep at the time (not Wayne) had me at hello and was so thorough and professional in his assessment and remediation of the situation. The service crew was EXCELLENT!When we learned that their rep (not Wayne) had left the company, we were concerned about the status of our contract and warranties on the work (NOTE: In the past with other vendors and contractors, we have had numerous experiences of people/companies squirreling to back out or flat out lie to us about issues in order to not honor their contract).Well, Bill Murray called me personally and assured me EVERYTHING WOULD BE HONORED contractually and warranty-wise. It was and is such a relief and pleasure to hear. Bill additionally had Wayne Hodges come personally to our home to double-check on the remediation work (something that the previous rep had promised) in order to make sure that someones word on behalf of Palmetto was honored.Now THATS CLASS!I would hands down without hesitation HIGHLY RECOMMEND Palmetto Environmental. You will be WELL TAKEN CARE OF!!
