Very POOR customer service. Their website says We are able to continue picking up bundles of brush if the brush is cut in approximately 3 to 4 foot lengths and not to exceed 40 pounds. Bundles must be tied with string or rope capable of holding bundle together when lifted. They did not pick up my bundles because string was used which clearly adheres to what what they advertise on their website. Their drivers are just lazy and do not want to do their job.

Customer service is horrible. I have had a broken trash can for a month, Every time I call Im told it will be next week. First I had a broken lid, then a lid that was half gone, then the half that was left got snapped off, now I have no lid. Because of no lid the can is maggot filled and sits about 20 feet from my neighbors front door in the Texas heat when its on the side of my house. When you call they tell you stuff like, We need the can number, Our notes show we fixed the lid etc This last time I sent them a picture of the exact can to fix and it still didnt get fixed. Horrible horrible horrible experience with needing my first can replaced in 12 years with them. Update I received a call back and was advised a supervisor is going to bring out a replacement can today.

Doesn’t always pickup the recycle bin. Today they made a mess picking up my neighbors bin and didn’t clean it up. Your job is to pick up trash. Stop being lazy! It ain’t that hard.

Their staff often does NOT pick up. Usually its the recycle bin.When you call to complain that there was no pickup, they blandly tell you wait till next week and offer no explanations, no refunds, NOTHING.heir staff speak like pre-programmed robots and they do NOTHING. Cancel them!

Company had recording saying they would pick up trash/ recycling and never came. Refused to let me talk to a manager. They understand we are in MUD and have no alternative company so make no effort at customer service or restitution.

This company has profited from late fees during 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, it’s very disappointing and sickening. This Company will only reimburse 1 late fee per year, regardless of the pandemic. Do better Clawson!

Were in Rancho Sienna. After the winter storm, the men who run our route had filled their truck with just a few streets remaining. Instead of going to the fill and making us wait another week they showed back up and finished. This did not go unnoticed. To those guys - Thank you!

Didnt show up for two weeks because of a storm yet still expect all of their customers to keep paying. When you dont provide a service you dont get paid thats how the world works. If I had another option for disposal services I would jump on the chance.

During the Covid 19 crisis, they stopped taking lawn bags (we are allowed 5 per wk). As a result, we had to hold several bags of leaves, about 50 in all. Service was reduced, but pricing remained the same - which is fine. I understand that. When they returned to normal service, I put out 10 bags in an effort to try and clear them out quicker. But they only took 5 of them and wouldnt come back for the others. And they couldnt even offer an courtesy pickup this one time - no other neighbor had bags out so it wasnt like the truck was full. I would think that they would either give a credit for not providing full service or make of the difference by taking the 5 extra bags. If you ordered and paid for 5 steaks, and only received 2, you would either get the other 3 steaks or receive a credit for what wasnt given. I guess disposal p/u is different - you pay they want and they pick up what they want - sounds a bit unfair and one sided to me. If you can, try to use another company.

I’m a local small business owner and have been a customer for several years. After receiving a notification my account was past due and my service would be interrupted if not paid within a few days, I emailed Lori who has handled my account for the last couple of years and asked for a two week extension on my $120 balance. i explained my business was non-essential and I had been without income for six weeks and just needed some time. She apologized and said they could not restart service until payment was received. After three days of getting the runaround I was told the owner of the company was the one who made the decision and to contact her directly. I then received a voicemail from Kelly explaining she was Lori’s supervisor and confirmed the owner made the decision and to contact her. So I replied and copied both the owner Cynthia Clawson and the office manager/apparent supervisor. I expressed my confusion in my request requiring owner approval and my frustration in their lack of support in a time when other service providers are going above and beyond to support small business owners during a national crisis. I reminded them I was given an extension in February of 2019 on a higher past due balance and it was no problem. After two days of waiting for a response, from any of the three recipients, I find your silence speaks volumes. Shame on you.

Contracted for service 10 days before contract to begin 9/24 put out trash no pick up still waiting for a recepticle did not receive before late on 10/1 still no pickup on 10/1. says they will not compensate me for delivery of trash and having to return trash to my house for two weeks. hopeing I get service 10/8. glad I paid for this.

Not sure what’s going on but our street hasn’t had our trash picked up in two weeks? Why are we paying for a service we don’t receive? We will have to take the trash to the landfill ourselves.

First and foremost, this company is awesome for me to take my time out to recognize their amazing employees. One day as I was talking Ng all 4 kids to school, I forgot to take the trash out and so did all 4 kids. I knew that trash was full and hoped on my way home that the trash company had not passed. To my surprise, I pulled up and the trash was in front of my driveway. My next door neighbors did not do it, I know that your amazing employees DID. Thank you for all the care and kudos to your guys for CARING. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

A huge thank you to Rene in the office for her help resolving an issue when a neighbor dumped more than half a dozen moving boxes filled with trash on my curb where I had my moving boxes and the garbage collectors didnt pick them up. Rene even went above and beyond to notify Leander of the code violation by the neighbor. Thank you so much Rene.* I left off a star bc the collectors didnt pick up any of the boxes but should have picked up five.

My trash container was full of trash, and I had to place the tree, bush, and grass clipping in the recycler bin, and they would not make an exception to do a pick up. They requested that I go into the trash, bag it, and then they would pick it up. My issue is that first its close to 100 degrees now in the Spring, secondly, I dont want to go inside the trash to dump out the clippings and grass to and have to bag it, third, why dont they make a one time exception to assist a resident, lastly, what is the point of paying them if they dont accommodate in situations that were unavoidable???

Just witnessed one of your employees walking down the sidewalk catching up to the truck while kicking the Landscape rock onto the sidewalk and residential yard. Not good!If that were my employee I would have fired him on the spot. And they wonder why they receive the reputation they get. Just saying!!!

I want to give a shout out to the collectors for Bowie Street in Bartlett. I have been having a problem with my back and was unable to pull the can to the street. Your man took the time out to pull the can from the side of my garage, empty it and bring it back without me asking. They are always professional and courteous. Great job always. Recycle pick up is inconsistent. Suppose to be every other Thursday but seems to be more once a month. Website states that they are open until 5, unfortunately this is inaccurate as well being that their voicemail says end of business hours is at 4:30. Its sad that this is what they consider a acceptable level of services. Sub par company strictly based on the level of service they provide.

They don’t pick up the recycle, they give you the runaround and tell you were on one schedule or another, and then the next person you talk to you in the office is the complete opposite. In the end, they charge you for services and do not do the pick ups.

Clawson has been great to deal with for 9 years. Trash staff and office staff are very helpful.Addendum: I dont quite get the low reviews. Clawson has been most attentive to any minor problems and the trash staff has been excellent. Complaints during the recent weather problems are ridiculous. They and our other services did what they could with the given situation.

We have lived in several areas that have had rural disposal services. None have even come close to the service we have had with Clawson. They do not leave a mess for me to pick up. They are always here on the days they are supposed to be here, admittedly sometimes a bit early for some folks on their route. The drivers are always polite and let me pass.

There could not be a better waste disposal company anywhere. I really appreciate the job these guys do! I’ve spoken with one of the owners and was treated like a number one customer. I put out Easter and Christmas gifts for these hardcworking men. In all the places I’ve lived innthe past, you are required to have the lid closed and charged for anything else. Others leave what they don’t have to pick up. Clawson goes above and beyond to meet your needs. I will definitely miss them when I move.

Never had such a horrible waste collection company. They have thrown the whole trash can away multiple times and will not provide replacement cans. They also dont always pick up the trash, and when they actually do stop to get it they leave half of the rubbish still in the can. Have called several times and cant seem to get any help. Really wish City of Leander would use another company.

Have been having issues since June when we paid our bill online for the 3rd time in a year . Had never had an issue until this past time.. according to company they have not received payment yet. However we have confirmation email as well as statement from bank that shows they have been paid.. mean while we have been stuck for over a month with trash collecting and no resolution as of yet.. N just received a new bill from them with double the amount we paid in June and no service received.

The stars are for the garbage collection team ONLY. The recycling team is okay. The people in office (females) are rude and snippy basically asking you what you did wrong and telling you that you can stand outside and flag the worker down if you get forgotten. Also blatantly lied to me over stupid things. But I’m most offended by the women who answer the phone. ZERO customer service skills.

If, there was another service here in Jarrell I would choose it. They dont pick up anything on bags next to trash canI recycle almost anything I can so that leaves the recycle bin full. They say they pick up grass clippings in bag but yet they dont. They say they pick up yard material: such as branches and such, as long as it is bundled nut yet they dont.I put everything in heavy duty bags so it will be easier and they still wont pick it up !!!!!! We need a competitor in this area. Update as of 3/21 /19..... HOW HARD IS IT TO PICK UP RECYLING LEFT NEXT TO THE RECYLING BIN!!!! THE BAG PROBABLY DOESNT EVEN WEIGHT A POUND!!! LAZY..LAZY...LAZY. I WILL BE RETURNING THE RECYLING BIN AND TAKING MY RECYCLING INTO TOWN.I CAN HANDLE PICKING UP THE BAGS AND IM NOT AFRAID OF BREAKING A NAIL. PEOPLE DONT DO ANYMORE THAN THEY HAVE TO. OLS MR. I wish i could choose another provider! This company is HORRIBLE! They have been my provider for over 2 years yet can never seem to send a bill until after its past due. They are absolutely no help and never send a bill until its past due. Horrid company, and i hope you dont have to use them like me, otherwise im sorry in advance.
