I love the staff and Ms. Ferrer is the best of best dentists in town...

Dr. Ferrer has been my dentist for nearly 10 years. If I have an emergency, she is there for me. Her staff is friendly and always cheerful. If someone needs a recommendation for dental work, she is ALWAYS my first response.

I was referred to this dentist. Im in the South so sometimes I know what to expect. She rushed over my exam and was also behind. Sometimes people fall behind and thats fine but what really upset me is how I was treated at my last appointment. I waited a whole hour to be examined by the doctor.When she came in; she did a check and informed me that she saw nothing. When I tried to talk to her about a cleaning, she brushed me off quickly and told me that I needed to talk to the front office about payment for that. I waited and nothing. Honestly, I didnt know whether to wait in the chair or just go out front and ask what was going on.Once I got out of my chair and went up there, I asked one of the receptionist was there a problem. I also informed her that I was very irritated that I was rushed over. She literally downplayed everything that I said and didnt hear anything I said pertaining to how I was treated. This is the older lady that sits at the front desk the younger one is usually nice.Another thing that always bothered me is the lack of diversity. There is no one in there that resembles America except for the dentist who is Hispanic. Nothing wrong with that at all but you would think she would hire staff that is not only fair skin. I would suggest you go elsewhere if you want a little compassion, more friendliness, more diversity oh, and not to have your concerns overlooked.I expect feedback or push back from this but I stated my opinion and people can deal with it.

Having Ana for your dentist is like dealing with trusted family, she always makes herself available for us even on her off days,all of her staff is super friendly and helpful too!!! Thank you so much for your awesome service and kindness!!! The Pieterses
