Love this place. I have used Dataplus to do my taxes for 3 years. I now do my taxes quarterly and the experience every time is great and educational. The service is reasonable priced. The best part of the service is the ability to send questions you may have throughout the year regarding your taxes or potential write offs. Impeccable service. Highly recommend.

Its disheartening to read some of these negative reviews. I have never had anything but positive experiences in the 20 years I have been going here. My siblings and friends also do business with Data Plus. I started doing my taxes when Rosie was there and while my family and I miss her smiling face, her daughters have been quite the delight to work with. I agree at times it may be difficult to have reached by phone- but that is why they have their email blasted on all the free pens, free calendars and free promo presents they give every year. They work seasonal hours and if they dont answer they may not be in. Leave a message and they will call back. As a small business they do a spectacular job and still have the time to send personalized Christmas cards every year when most business cant. In a negative world- keep up the positivity and great work ladies!

Been going here for years great service.

No one ever answers the phone. I have tried for weeks. I have left countless voicemails. Never received a call back. I have waited 8 weeks for my return. Finally talked to the IRS and the person told me that they have received NOTHING for me. Which means I have to drive back to try and figure out what has happened because I cant get through by phone. Thanks for making this the worst experience ever. I will never file here again and I suggest no one else do either.

I am truly astonished by the lack of responsibility of the people working here. I have met a lot of irresponsible people in my life but these take the crown and wear it with pride. Starting with, they hardly answer their phone and always have an excuse as why they can’t do their work. As a small business owner I try to keep customers informed and up to date of any development, however these people don’t know what that is. If you decide to have your taxes done here I wish you the best of luck. I will never ever return here. I got a overprice tax preperer, my taxes were not done at all after a month, the lack of knowlege is apalling and ignorant. Of course I am going to take my business to a real professional now.

Its bull Ive been trying to call no one answers. I did my taxes and its been about three months that Ive done them. I havent received a penny. They gave terrible phone service no one answers the dam phone, you leave a message but no call back. Ill never go back to do my taxes again. This is my first and last time Ill do them there.

My family has been going here for years. They are very knowledgeable especially in the dump truck (owner/operator) needs and helped my brother fix some issues he had from a previous tax preparation place.

Horrible place rude, gives bad attitude over the phone takes a long time to pick up. Overpriced for everything. Dont Go to this place.

I did my taxes with Data plus in March and I still do not receive my refund I spoke with Adriana to see if she could help me and she told me that she could not do anything.I never again do my taxes with Data plus and I do not recommend that you do your taxes here
