I love this place. I have been there a few times with my Ford Focus ST. I will plan another trip soon to put more parts on my car. It’s hard to find great shops with great prices.

Preferred Auto is a great place to take your vehicle. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The owner Lou is an absolute sweetheart I bought my car from him and had an accident and he was concerned and wanted to see if we were alright and helped me fix and make sure my car was safe to drive again thanks again Lou for all your help. Ill be back to see you with all my vehicle issues

Great place for reasonably priced service. I received a fair and quick estimate and the repairs were accomplished in a timely fashion at a great price. The staff was pleasant and personable. Can’t reccommend them enough.

Hello! Just writing this as an informative piece to avoid any confusion until Google can be updated- not writing this to be used as a rated review. Preferred Auto & Truck Sales and Preferred Automotive are two separate businesses. Preferred Auto & Truck Sales has now become Auto Pros, and Preferred Automotive has moved to another location. Basically (as the name indicated) the auto sales business was separate of the repair shop. The two businesses acted under one name due to the shared occupancy of the building. As of May 1, 2017, Preferred Automotive left this 20983 location and Auto Pros now runs its own service department open to the public, and continues to offer auto sales as it has for the past four years.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!!!! Used this shop to replace the alternator on my car. The alternator died and it was still under warranty, these crooks refused to honor it. Do yourself a favor find a reputable shop that stands behind their work. If you cant trust their service you definitely shouldnt trust their used cars.

Well trying to save time and negotiate a price on the phone today, even trying to discuss NADA pricing which the salesperson told me they use instead of blue book they were still almost $2,000 higher then the value. While trying to discuss this the salesperson called me an IDIOT and hug up the phone. So Beware For Overpricing and RUDE Service.
