My last visit was great! I got my oil changed, and the job was done quickly, but most importantly right.These guys always take good care of my vehicle. They have never over charged me nor are they pushy when it comes to any other services my vehicle may need at the time. These guys always give great customer service when I go.I will be back when it’s that time again. 😁

These guys check my tire pressure when my idiot light comes on. No charge but i tip them for their pizza fund. They dont solicit a tip they only take it when I insist. Good crew with good intentions.

I have an older car that uses high mileage and I was in a bind because I couldn’t get to my regular mechanic. I have used Jiffy Lube before at other locations and decided to give this place a try as it was by my house. Asked for an oil change with high mileage oil and to top off fluids (I was charged for both)Well my car barely made it 3,000 miles before flashing the wrench symbol to see a mechanic.Took my car to my regular mechanic and not only was my oil non high mileage but all my fluids were empty!!!Will not use the Georgetown location again anytime soon, and will be leery of using jiffy lube period.

Had a wonderful experience at this location. The team members were so kind and helpful, I will definitely be coming back! I made sure to get there early on a Sunday because they usually get pretty busy.

I have a 2020 F250 super duty pickup. When I brought my truck to another oil change business they looked at it and were confused by the new 7.3 l gas engine and said they could not do an oil change.When I Took it to Jiffy Lube they knew exactly what I needed and got the oil change done quickly and efficiently. Great experience at Jiffy Lube on Williams Dr yesterday. Super fast. Super efficient. Super friendly. Now have wait in your car during oil change. Not quite sure how that will be during summer heat but February was fine.

I have been going to this jiffy lube for at least a year now and every time I go I have had issues. Ive been over charged on oil changes that cost me $100. Ive been misinformed about my antifreeze/coolant levels and still charged for it. They have left the tube for the motor oil off and my motor oil burned up on the interstate. Dont waste your money, or time.

Saw Chris and the team today for an Oil Change and 4 Wheel Alignment. Work was performed professionally and quickly. You seriously need to bring your vehicle here for your scheduled maintenance.This team is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, to the point that they make you feel like family.Highly recommend!

Not often very fast service but great service! Customer service is important here! The staff work hard to get you in and out quickly.The parking lots gets crowded quickly and I rarely see the same staff twice here. But they offer a military discount for all services, respectfully stop trying to up sell me stuff.Bring a book or something to read because you will spend at minimum 30 minutes waiting. And go slow entering their parking lot, its a nightmare for low cars.

I paid for an oil change for $105 and was disappointed that they wanted to charge me $5 just to add less than 1/2 cup of coolant into my car. Was not happy I thought and always had all fluid added when I get an oil change. This is why I gave them that rating. They were pretty fast and the staff seem very nice.

The team was friendly and prompt. I called ahead to make sure they had a bday open before heading over; I was in and out in 15 minutes tops.

We pulled up and waited while they worked on a car in the bay. We sat for 15 minutes at least before anyone acknowledged us. 4 guys working on one car. Then when they did acknowledge us, 3 different guys approached the car at different times to get our information. Had to explain to the last 2 that someone had already taken our info. Was told it would be just a few minutes. We waited another 20 minutes. We went for an oil change but they were unable to change it at no fault of their own. The previous mechanics at another place had messed up the gasket so it couldnt be opened. They did check everything else and sent us on our way. My expectation next time would be much better communication. If a wait is necessary for that long, they should let customers know. At the very least. Grateful for the service they did provide.

The Georgetown TX Jiffy Lube keeps getting oil all over my undercarriage of my F250 and it then drips all over my new clean concrete driveway. Even after asking them to do a better job of cleaning, it happened again.

DONT GO HERE!!! THEY DAMAGED MY VEHICLE!!!I recently just went to the Georgetown location for Jiffy Lube on the 10th of June for a car inspection and as the worker was pulling out of the bay, he took a sharp turn and damaged the right side of my truck. I was assured by the worker who damaged my car and as well as the manager that they will take care of everything and will pay for recovering the damages and it is now Friday the 16th of June and still not a word or an update from anyone at Jiffy Lube. We called this location for an update, because no one has cared to reach out and they said that the District Manager is busy---what is wrong with this picture? We have a damaged vehicle caused by an employer of Jiffy Lube and the district manager doesnt have even five minutes to give us an update or just the assurance that everything is being taken care of?? Also, I called the Jiffy Lube corporate customer service and he said that there wasnt even a claim open for our damaged vehicle!! This represents not only the managers, but Jiffy Lube entirely--customer service is terrible!! We have already contacted a lawyer to help us with this horrible situation and were hoping that we see some progress soon.DONT GO HERE!!!!

I showed up right at closing time and tried to be there sooner just couldn’t. Drove in right at 6pm and the service Tech Anthony was right there ready to help didn’t skip a beat. He made some recommendations and serviced my vehicle in a timely manner. I did not feel rushed and most importantly he treated me like the “next” customer not the one that drove in right at closing time. It makes a difference! It’s hot and yes it’s his job, but he obviously likes and cares about his job and the experience given to each person. Thank you Anthony!

The inspector introduced himself and completed the process within the timeframe given. Checkout was quick with Carlos informing us of how Jiffy Lube could meet our future vehicle maintenance needs. This service is funny guys who work in it do not know how to remove the filter and said you have to fill the garage we do not know how to change the oil filter 😂😂😂

Seems like they have trouble keeping people here. The guy this morning was by himself and had four cars 15 minutes after opening. He worked hard getting to everyone as quick as one guy could do an oil change. He needs a raise and a promotion.

If i could give 0 stars i would ! i attempted to go on my lunch to get an oil change i pulled up to 2nd stall at 12:24pm was told the vehicle before me would be moving in 5 minutes .. 5 minutes later they are still there, a vehicle from next stall moved and the person who was suppose to be after me pulled into it then u was told give them 5 more minutes i left at 12:54pm with NO PROGESS . and to think they want to charge 89.99 +tax crazy as heck . be prompt . vavoline charges less and GETS IT DONE IN LESS THAN 15 mins with topping off liquids anddddd putting air in tires

Went 3 different times to get an inspection and everytime the inspection guy called out. I went to a different jiffy lube and was in and out in no time. While there, was told all techs are certified to do inspections. I guess all techs on duty were too lazy to do the inspections that day at the Georgetown jiffy lube. Very unprofessional!! Wont go back to Georgetown

These guys were good as usual. They got my car in and out in good time considering it was a Saturday morning. Its a little confusing trying to get into the parking lot the first time and good luck if you need to turn around (I forgot my water bottle and had to go back for it). But overall its a good Jiffy Lube. 😁

**WARNING** Check your bill before handing over your money! I came in for a routine oil change on a Saturday morning, and being the only customer around I was definitely expecting a good service experience. An overbearing attendant with absolutely no knowledge of my vehicles service history explained to me all the available recommended services for my vehicle despite the fact I clearly stated I was there only for an oil change. Although irritating, the real problem came in when I checked my bill. A mysterious charge for antifreeze top off of $5.49, a little more than half the price of a gallon of 50/50. I was never asked if I wanted my antifreeze topped, I was never advised that my antifreeze needed to be topped off, just a magical $5.49 charge on my bill I didnt want. AND, although I paid for the signature service, after thoroughly inspecting my entire bill it looks like I declined on the Wash exterior windows option, more like the lazy attendant didnt want to do his job. I also never saw anyone check the air in my tires, although my receipt shows they were checked and are perfectly filled.... Hopefully they are, but who really knows... Epic Fail jiffy lube. At least I caught the issue and scored the refund. Pictures attached for clarity.

Poorly run business. The facility was extremely was dirty, I had to provide my own filters, slow service, and most of the services included with their fee were not actually performed. Staff was friendly but not very professional.

Had my oil changed yesterday and received excellent service. Jose was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in 20 minutes. They not only performed the service but also vacuumed the interior of my truck and cleaned the windows. I was extremely pleased and will be back with my other car soon.

Recent visit was great as always. I take all of our cars to Jiffy Lube for fluid checks & inspections - they are always courteous friendly & efficient -Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Not good. Went there four times for inspection based on there services and no resourse to get it done. Why offer the service if you cannot do it based on planned business hours.

Stopped in from a little cruise around the state in desperate need of an oil change. The prices were reasonable and we were very pleasantly surprised by the customer service. Isaac, Anthony, David and Aubrey were great workers and it turned out to be a very enjoyable deviation from our drive. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been hitting this shop over the years for either inspection or oil change. I called on a Sunday about an inspection and was told the inspector was sick. I went in on Tuesday and there was nobody in the inspection line. There were two cars in other bays, and maybe four guys buy one car. After waiting in my car about 4 minutes by the inspection bay, a young man came over and asked what I needed. He said leave my insurance on the dash and that someone would be over soon. I was reading some email and watched the guys standing by the first car. One went to his car to get some food to eat (or was it chewing tobacco, not sure). After a few more emails, I realized 15 minutes had gone by. Huh. Nobody came over. It was really cold out. Hmm. Awkward moment. I backed up and left out the entrance drive way. I sort of expected someone to wave me done - nada. I went down the road to another shop, pulled out, was greeted immediately and serviced at once. Not sure what is happening at Jiffy. Not inclined to go back.

I don’t like this Jiffy lube!!!! Why parked my car in line and was told to go into the waiting area. No came in to talk to me for 15”. I saw them move my car in open the hood and start working on it. I went over to the car and told the guy working on it, what’s up?? No one has spoken to me and you are working on my car? He said I will get to you in a few minutes. I didn’t even know what the cost would be? $81 for a 4 cylinder oil change? WOW over priced slow -poor communication. NEVER AGAIN Walmart offers a $49.99 synthetic oil change. Quicker better service

I went to this location for an inspection. When I went to put my insurance doc back in the console, I found an expensive item had been stolen. I confirmed it was there when I was waiting in line. I called the Police and submitted a report. I registered a complaint on the jiffy lube web site. They promptly responded, forwarding to the local franchise owner for resolution. It has been over 10 days and I still have not heard from the owner. Poor service and no follow-up to customer complaints .11/3/17 I received a call from a regional mgr from the franchise that owns this location. They reimbursed me for half of the value of the item that had been taken. I am satisfied with this resolution but want to remind everyone, do not leave unsecured valuables in your vehicle. Not only at this location, but any other location you might take your car that individuals have access to it without your presence - car washes, car dealerships, valets, etc.

Went in for an oil change and ended up with an oil leak after, ended up having to replace my oil pan because they used a plug that was too big. Also jad to replace gaskets because they put in to much oil. Will not go back to them for any auto services and recommend going anywhere but here!

I went in for an inspection and was told the inspection guy quit yesterday and not sure when they wo it ld get another one.

They were very fast and courteous. They didn’t try to up sell services like other places.

I waited for an hour for an oil change, they still didn’t have my van in the bay and three people who came after me were already done and had left. I will never come back. It ruined my day, I had to be somewhere and took my car and left, now I still have to get the oil changed.

What gets a company credit for me is how they own up to mistakes and make it right. I was sent a full refund and the person who called me about the issue following my review was sincerely worried about my car first, then very responsive and sent the refund overnight mail. Everything was fine except that they only have one vehicle inspector and the guy had called in that day.

This locations lobby didnt smell like a florist died. Wen to the Leander Jiffy Lube and it activated my asthma. Had to leave. Went to Georgetown. This Jiffy Lube had no over powering stench in the lobby. And that was nice. They team listened to my wishes and completed in a timely manner.

Had a great experience here. Only took 15 minutes to get an oil change, and thats because the place wasnt dead. The staff were great! They tried to upsell, but werent too persistent. And I can go there if I want air in my tires or windshield wiper fluid for no extra costs between oil changes.
