My experience this time has exceeded above and beyond the call of duty.Karina had the patience of a saint with helping me,computers are not my thing and being dyslexic I struggle.Without putting her job on the line was able to walk me through and didnt make me feel bad for not understanding! I appreciate her time that took a lil longer after hrs to make sure I was able to get the loan I needed. I came to this place for the first time and cashed my 1st check from my new job they were advertising the Netspend card so I was like OK it would great to set up direct deposit for my job so I ask her if she could put my whole check on the card and she said yes all I had to do was call and activate it. So I call and try to activate it after she already put the money on the card but the people at netspend told me that I wasnt eligible so I said okay can I get my money off and they said NO I would have to wait 10 business day to receive a check I was furious sad and confused Im a single mom with four kids so I try to cry to them they finally help me the next day also taking 20 dollars from me....I HATE THIS PLACE ALL THEY TRY TO DO IS TAKE YOUR MONEY.....I CAME BACK AND TRY TO BE NICE CAUSE THE LADY HELP ME AND CASH MY CHECK the next 2weeks THEY CHARGE 14$ TO CASH MY CHECK....NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO CHECK N GO !
