Went to the Cypresswood and 45 location in Spring Texas on September 5th and had a horrible experience. I’ve been going to this location for years and have always been pretty happy with my haircut and experience. On this occasion one of your stylists was seemingly teaching a young woman how to cut hair. I felt like I was in a cosmetology school. My first question is does the young woman have a cosmetology license and if so why does she need the hand holding she was receiving. Secondly, should I be asked if I want to get a “training” haircut? Should it be a lower cost? Regardless, I wasn’t thrilled with my experience and left before I was happy with the cut. I will have to go to another establishment to get it fixed. I will not come back to this location.

Kiley at the Federal Way Store in Boise, ID., is second to none when it comes to cutting my sons hair. She is a professional, a perfectionist, and more importantly a sweet person! My son has had other stylists and all are fantastic at that Store! I highly recommend Sports Clips, you can’t go wrong!

Ive been getting my haircut there for years all of the women in there are great yes wait times can be long sometimes but if you check in online usually wait time its very minimal there were times that I have not checked in online wait times were only maybe 30 minutes 40 tops never had to wait longer than that I see some of these reviews that they say that they waited four hours or taking people in front of them as for me I would say the customer service here is top-notch Elizabeth as always helps

Great Place during these Uncertain times. I am not a fan of wearing a mask anywhere however the kind way Rebekah K. asked me to keep my mask on was great. It was also great to see how clean this place is. Everything is clean!! This is a great example of a Small Business thriving in a community.

Just got a lopsided hair cut with a skin fade that could still be cut with scissors... the top portion of my hair is 3 different lenghts:( I WOULD SUGGEST NOBODY USE THE TUCSON-MARANA STORE UNTILL THEY GET MORE EXPERIENCED HELP . I FULLY REGRET USING THIS PLACE FOR MY HAIR CUT.

They Forgot about my appointment when got to the Germantown, Wisconsin location. Made me wait over 30 minutes. Then completely ignored me after i got there. Never doing business with this company again 🤯 Complete lack of common sense.Joey from Contractors Unlimited LLC

Went on a Friday 2 hours before the new closing time and was turned away too many people on the sign in board and only one customer in the lobby waiting went again on the following Sunday this time 5 hours before new closing time and was told the same excuse this time 2 people in the waiting area. I left and stated F$$k this place the so called manager if that is what you want to call her said in a very unprofessional way ( have a good day ) I responded back with my comment while I was outside the store and the so called manager came to the door telling me not to come back to her store and proceeded to give me the finger. Very unprofessional for a manager to do something like that especially because she didn’t agree with the comment that I had made. This location is on Trimmier road in Killeen Texas

I checked in online with the stylist that I always use, checked the waitlist online and when I had 5 minutes before my time I arrived at the location checked in on the system and sat for 20 minutes. Someone finally called my name and come to find out my stylist was not in????? I am very disappointed she was listed online and I was allowed to schedule an appointment when she was not working and very very disappointed that I was not told the moment I checked in at the store and ended up sitting there for 15 minutes.

I could go back over why. But its was just simply clear I am not the type of client they wanted to keep.

I was over charged for a basic haircut. I was charged 22$ . When I asked about a senior discount they said that would cost more. I would not recommend them.

Great Company to work with.The corporate team is always open to answering my frequent questions, and they are able to schedule meetings that work for me, even though I am in a different timezone that makes meeting together difficult.You can tell this team really buys into the values that their founder uses to guide the company. I am usually able to get any issues that rise up fixed quickly, often faster than the times that they quote to me when I initially request stuff.All and all its a lot better than I thought working with Texans would be.

Sport Clips in Sanford, Florida - Please do not book your haircut with Nicole B….the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you would like to pay someone else after your haircut to fix her work, then book your appointment with Nicole.All she did during my haircut was complain about her life and how un-happy she is working at Sport Clips. If your that unhappy in your life, then find a new profession. I don’t need to hear about your life and your drama.

I highly recommend you try their service. You will be happy you did.

Signs outside say no wait, signed in, comp says 1 minute wait ( other sign says no wait but whatever its just a minute) after 7 minutes of watching your 3 employees cut 1 persons hair while talking and discussing work problems i got up and walked out. Signs claiming no wait when there is a wait are false advertising. And employees who wont even say hi are even worse.

Make sure you ask for the MVP service, great service, and easy online check in to avoid waiting.

These people are the worst I have ever seen. I went to one in Long Tree area of Colorado, and the lady gave me an uneven haircut. She refused to cut my hair in the way that I asked. When I left the shop, she would not give me a receipt and was very argumentative. I requested a refund through corporate and received nothing. I had to pay for real barbershop to cleanup what Great Clips done wrong. I am so luck that my business meeting was cancelled this week. This seemed to be a deliberate act!

Went to the new Rogers, MN location they did great on two of my kids but the other one the girl didnt listen, everything is wrong, and uneven! Very mad! Not much you can do when she cut off too much and didnt listen. Then come to find out they were rude to some friends that were after us! Pretty sad! Will never go back! HORRIBLE PLACE!

Wow okay! I told the stylist what I wanted and she suggested something else. She then proceeded to cut way more hair off than I had asked for. I get a combover, the part wasnt even straight and she left long hairs behind my ears I guess that didnt get clipped or cut. I go back the next day to get what was messed up fixed by hopefully a new person. I get in there and was greeted nicely but I brought up the issue of my hair she told me it looks fine -_- FINE is not the look Im going for! She proceeds to fix my hair but decided I needed a fade on the sides instead of what I had or asked for, which was just to make my part straight and visible. She gave me a fade up the sides and a hard part ! My hair looks worse than I had walked in, never going here again.

Can I give less than a star? I used to love this place in fredericksburg, va in central park and got my hair cut by the same girl for a while. Ive been here the past two times within the same week! I cant get an appointment because the staff says they dont do appointments. They dont dont give me a time frame for how long its going take while I sit there patiently waiting. They just say theyll put my name on the list and call about 45 minutes to an hour before hand..which I did! Still sitting here after an hour and a half. Seriously? It shouldnt take 2 hours to cut 3 peoples hair. No offense to the girl that does a good job on my noggin but this drives me insane only because I was told to call beforehand, thinking that I wouldnt be waiting for an hour and a half after calling an hour before I arrived. Ridiculous.

Temple, TX location: Not only did the they no listen to the requested and described haircut, they aruged with is infront of other customers! When we called to talk to a manager we were hung up on. What horrible people. We will never be back.

I went to the Sport Clips in Sugar Land, Texas the Telfair locationand I got the worst haircut I have ever gotten. The lady just tookthe shears to my head and did not stop until there was little left. Also, I was charged $6.00 more than my previous visits. I will never go back to that location again!!!!

Usually a good experience until you get a new person or just someone who doesnt know how to cut hair and they mess it up.then when you try to go to a different store because you were unhappy with the store you went to they will charge you the price of a while whole new hair cut just to fix their mistake wasted my time and money
