I came in several weeks ago due to a repeatedly low tire. The guys found a nail and were successfully able to repair it. When it came time to replace all 4 tires this was the obvious choice.. friendliness, dependable and efficient. I thought I needed brakes and rotors but Jeremy took time to inspect it and determined I did not need them. I’m not so sure other places wouldn’t try to sell me brakes and rotors.

Seth and James went above and beyond to help my family out when they blew two tires and were stuck on the side of the road! They’re customer service and was amazing and I am so very thankful for them!!!

They took an hour and a half to change my wifes oil, I had set up an appointment the day before to get my oil changed as well. And then at the last second they told me that they dont keep my cars oil, 10 W 30, in stock at all. It would have been nice for them to have an oil selection when making an appointment. Then I would not have wasted my time.

I accidentally drained my Prius battery in a nearby parking lot and wandered down to Big O Tires for some help. A young mechanic was helpful and took me to Jeremy, the store manager. Although I was not a customer and it was closing time, Jeremy brought his personal jump starter and got me going! I am so very grateful for his help and kindness!!!

The two younger gentleman who assisted my mom when above and beyond. My mom was about to head home to Louisville late Friday afternoon when I noticed a bubble on the sidewall of her tire. Big O got the tires ordered and said they would be delivered on Monday. They ended up being delivered Saturday and were installed and ready by noon on Saturday. GREAT, FAST customer service, will definitely return!

On 5/6/21 I had 4 new tires installed at about noon. 5:00 2 of them were flat. Jeremy, the manager came and took both back to the shop, repaired them, and came back to put them back on my car. We moved here in September of 2020 and this is the only place we have took my car too since and I have had great service with them recommend for sure from fixing my tire that had a nail to oil changes so far

Damaged my new wheel cap covers, dirtied my interior and stripped my anti theft lug bolts...wouldnt recommend if you care about your vehicle. Had to get a welder to remove the stripped bolts. I also had to get my alignment redone due to the toe being completely off after I noticed excessive wear on my front new tires that I had bought. I had paid for the alignment the same day that I had purchased the tires.

Although there was a (minor) mistake made a couple months prior, Jeremy the store manager took care of the mistake at no cost to me. And very quickly. No company can be perfect, but at least they’re honorable.

I have been coming to Big O for all of my car services for several years now. Love the staff, they are always knowledgeable and friendly. Reasonably priced and I’m always getting coupons in the mail. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else in the area. They are closed on Sundays and if I have a problem I will wait until they are open Monday just so I don’t have to go anywhere else. I’ve gotten tires, tire repair, oil change and tire rotation, shocks, brakes, coil pack here just to name a few...would give more stars if I could.

Went in for a recall and they did a fast and great job. They saved me lots of Money on services and even fixed a small problem with my heat shield and didn’t charge me. They were very transparent with pricing and didn’t try “upsale” me on unneeded work!!

Went to get an oil change, had a coupon for 18.99. The cheapest oil change was offered to me was 40.00. Supposedly took 15.00 off. My car does not require synthetic oil, it is a 2010. They claim Ford recommends synthetic oil. I have been going there for awhile and didnt have any problems. I wont be returning, will get my auto repairs done somewhere else. Have reduced my 5 stars to 2 stars since the last time I was in there. Alot of difference as when I was in there 3 months ago.This rating is on a oil change I had done approximately a little over a week ago.

Great place in a great location. Staff is awesome and only took an hour for alignment of my Ram Dually. I didnt even have an appointment. Just showed up and left withing an hour. Reasonable price. Note: I wasnt able to get my truck alignment in another place, they mentioned something about the codes, I didnt have issues in here and the truck runs very smooth and straight!

Sent my wife in to have an alignment and an oil change on our 2018 Honda Odyssey in January of 2021 and when they pulled our car into their garage, they didnt pull the vehicle all the way in. Because of this, when they pulled the bay door down, they pulled it onto the car and it damaged the back tailgate. Upon checking out, they said nothing about the damages and handed the keys over and said everything was good.A day and a half later after the snow clears, I noticed my back windshield wiper blade wasnt working right so I looked at the back of my vehicle and saw the damage. Damages included needing to replace the rear windshield wiper assembly, replacing chrome trim, and repairing dent/scratches by means of paint and bodywork. Total of around $1000 to repair.If you are wondering how I was able to narrow the damages back to such a specific event, well Jeremy (Who seems to be an honest up front individual) reviewed the video camera footage with me and we were able to identify the accident. The district manager said that they would fix it but only if I went to the body shop of their choice. I told him that since I have already been mislead once that I would prefer to just have their insurance information so I could file the claim, he then said he was not at liberty to do that and that the only way they would pay to have the repair is if I took my vehicle to that specific shop. I also inquired about just using a different shop and he said that is not how Big O Tires handles these situations and that I have to use that specific location. After going back and forth I told him that I will just file a claim with my own insurance and then recoup my money through subrogation. He then ended the phone call with goodluck with that and have a good day.My biggest regret is that I have a brand new set of Big O Tires on my other vehicle with warranty and road hazard and now if I have an issue I cant even go to one of their locations because I simply do not trust them.

These guys are the best. They took care of my truck tire after another local tire shop couldnt. After I told Sam what the problem was, he said bring it in and they would put it right through. He was very friendly and gave me every bit of confidence that it would be fixed. I have a big f250 with 35 tires and had a wheel weight embedded in it. I was on the road in no time at all and he didnt even charge me. Even though my tires were warranted through a different company. This is the kind of customer service that gets my business. This was my first visit at Big o tires and it will be my last. Rude guy at desk argued with me. Then they had quoted me one price when I called but when it was time to pay the bill they had doneextra things I did not ask for or was informed of prior. They told me my wait would be about an.hour---more like 3 hours. I will never ever ever do business here again. Worst experience ever. I would drive 50 miles before I would use them again for anything

The guy who attempted to check my battery said everyone had only been there for about 2 weeks when he started. I asked for Donnie or Aaron and was told theyre no longer there. If youre looking for Donnie hes at the new Firestone in Georgetown where they help you immediately without all the hoop la.I can go anywhere but, I return here because of Donnie and Aaron. These guys are fair and honest. Its refreshing instead of the typical experience of sell, sell, sell till you wonder how you even made it into the parking lot. They tell you what they suggest and recommend on the NECESSARY repairs. I have been a long -time customer and as long as theyre there, Im there. Thanks for always going the extra mile for the customer.

Unbelievably great job! I had complete engine failure and Donnie and Aaron took on a seriously big job in locating an engine for me and installing it in my Hyundai Tucson! This shop is super professional, kind in their customer relations, and does whatever it takes to achieve customer satisfaction! We moved to Georgetown a couple of years ago, and have been getting my tires and brakes taken care of here, so it was a relief to deal with faces I know and trust! Thanks for all of your hard work!

They broke one of my toyota hubcaps and replaced it with off brand hubcaps. They kept the other three of my name brand toyota hubcaps. They were suppose to get me a new toyota hubcaps but I never heard back from the.When I finally followed up apparently they are under new ownership. The person on the phone was pretty sarcastic with me. Basically I got screwed.

I have to reduce my rating. The new management is horrible! I will not be doing business with this company any longer. Brian has no customer service skills at all. I have witnessed him talk back to customers in the lobby, to the point of being a total jerk. He tried to upsell me on things when the vehicle had only 13,000 miles.

Today I spoke with Donnie about a tire that I needed repaired, I had been putting air in it weekly because that was the simple thing to do instead of going in to get it fixed with a toddler. Donnie was incredibly helpful and told me just to leave it in the drive way and give him the address and they would come to me. So they fixed my tire and I didn’t have to worry about driving it there already low on air. This is customer service you can’t get just anywhere. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

It is VERY unprofessional for a customer to schedule an appointment and show up for said appointment and then be told that you cant look at my car. I understand that things happen and people get sick- HOWEVER you had my number- I left it with Donny* and not one person bothered to call me to let me know. It is such as shame that businesses have I could care less attitudeI dont think that I will be returning for any kind of issues with my car ( not that it matters to you) ALSO, you should check your parking lot, I found 2 pieces of metal, almost like wiring and tires could most definitely get punctured by both.
