Ive use David for managing my rental property. Ive used Laura to list/sell my property. Both are amazing; I highly recommend them.

Please be careful if you list or have business with this agency. We listed our home with this agency and had nothing but problems. The agent we signed with left midway through our agreement. David Young would not allow us to transfer with our agent. As a matter of fact, David Young (the owner) ordered the agent out of the office the same day the agent told him he was leaving. From that point we received no support. Our property was de-listed. (Which basically means no MLS listing) When we attempted to leave the agency David Young said you are under contract until 7/25 and I will not release until that day, he even threatened legal action.Its really too bad, as we tried to stay local vs. listing with a larger company. Unfortunately, this is an instance where the owner does not seem to value customers or their well being.Update: As you can see from David Youngs response, there is no apology, no sorry for the problems, no what can we do to help. The response is what you can expect from his agency.
