This is a small, family-owned business in Geneva. They have many years experience in real estate and do a lot of business in the area, so they know what theyre talking about. We found our agent, Lori Wallace Wray, to be very knowledgeable, prompt and accommodating. She treated us like we were her only clients, although I knew we werent. She was professional, yet personable, and treated us as friends. We felt that she was looking out for our best interests and not just to make a quick sale. We were first time home buyers and Lori took the time to explain each step of the process with us, and took the time to show us many different areas. She is very knowledgeable about the Fox Valley area. We met Mom and Dad, Marsha and Jack Wallace, at the office and they couldnt be nicer. We were very impressed with the lender and home inspector that Lori recommended to us, and this led to a very smooth transaction overall.
